Fantastic experience: Referred by my friend Albert who works here and have been seeing Dr Leo Ye since last December. Cannot be more grateful to my friend and Leo and all the helpful & patient receptionist & dental assistant. I did my routine exam, scaling and polishing also fillings with Dr Leo. And much importantly, I have been upset about my oral health for a long time regarding my restricted jaw movement. Leo gave me a proper professional education on Temporomandibular joint dysfunction and advised me two solutions. One Botox injection to help my muscles relax. Two having a occlusal appliance. I decided to choose the second one. Everything is smooth and completed with their professionalism and patience. Gotta start wearing it to sleep from today. Fantastic experience: Dr Lilian is the best dentist we’ve ever seen. She truly listens to and cares for her patients. My mum is terrified of dentists after a bad experience but Lilian made her feel so comfortable. She won’t see any other dentist, even though we don’t live in the area anymore. Fantastic experience: Glen Dental Care was my dentist of choice. I have been visiting there for the past several years for all the predicaments regarding my teeth. My orthodontist was Dr Lilian, and she gave my previously crooked tooth and jaw a brand-new make-over, and significantly improved my facade. In addition to the braces, I was also able to have multiple over-grown teeth extracted with the utmost care while the entire procedures were swift and completely absent of pain or discomfort. The reception services are excellent to say the least, and I found the ceiling TV to be a fantastic method of passing the time. Fantastic experience: I went to Glen Dental Care since year 2000, recommended by Medibank Private. I had quite a few dental implants done in this clinic, fantastic work. Glen Dental clinic has has a machine for OPG or CAT scan, I don't have to run around for special X-ray anymore. As I am aging, I have a gum graft surgery in May this year for some of my lower teeth areas. It went very well. I just have another gum graft surgery on my left upper molar areas last Tuesday. It went very well, I have stitches removed today. The clinic is nice and clean. They have quiet and spacious wait areas to sit. I love to have my dental care in the clinic and don't want to change.

Fantastic experience: Came here for my braces. Before, one of my teeth was completely crooked, but thanks to Dr Lilian Shi not only is that crooked one straight now but my other teeth look much more aligned too. Before, I was really anxious about getting braces, but the reception team and Dr Shi were really kind, warm and patient, and made me really feel at home. Compared to other dental clinics I’ve been to, Glen Dental Care is really clean and modern, so the environment was quite nice. (I remember one of the other dental clinics I went to was a bit dirty, and there wasn’t even a bathroom, so I had to walk to the mall toilet…) For my appointment to take off my braces, I got there a bit early and they offered me some water too which was quite nice. I’m just really happy with how my teeth straightening has turned out and I just want to say a massive thank you to the Glen Dental Care Team!

Fantastic experience: Our family have been attending this dental practice for many years – for yearly check-ups, fillings, orthodontics, wisdom tooth removal and implants. We find all staffs (dental and reception) very friendly and easy to deal with. Also impressed with Drs Lilian Shi, Kai and Winston Zhang (Hygienist) who have been very professional, efficient and caring. My husband had an emergency on Saturday with very bad tooth-ache due to infected gums. Rang the clinic 2 hours after their closing time and was pleasantly surprised when Chantelle answered! Spoke to Dr Lilian and she was so accommodating, requesting him to go in immediately. Ended up spending nearly 2 hours for anaesthetic to take effect so that the loose tooth on a badly infected gums can be extracted. Dr Lilian was very patient, friendly and professional throughout the whole ordeal – putting him at ease at all times. Totally impressed and I highly recommend this dental practice

Negative experience: I had a cramp during my deep clean session today and the doctor doesn't seem to have confidence knowing what to do and how to help me... I was a bit nervous there was something serious gonna happen. I felt very alone. Secondly, i was also surprised to find out the deep clean session is going for like 10 minute excluding the numbing part and dr Chen explained to me your left side is not as bad as right side. I am not sure if they just rushed through because of my cramp issue or if it is really not as bad as the other side. If it is not as bad as the other side, I should be advised in the first place! I should be given the option whether to numb my gum! Before the deep clean started, I specifically mentioned to them if possible, I prefer not to use numbing in the future treatment!

Fantastic experience: 强烈推荐叶医生，叶医生是我好朋友介绍的牙医。我孩子6岁今年发现好多牙齿都坏掉了需要去医院拔牙，虽然手术是儿童专科医生做的，不过叶医生帮忙制定了拔牙后的计划，及时安排牙套以便给拔掉的牙齿保留空隙。叶医生和小朋友交流也很有经验，我孩子每次去看牙，都很愉快，也从不抗拒。叶医生还教导我们家长，尽量从小就给孩子们养成良好刷牙，以及大人帮忙用牙线的习惯，尽量预防蛀牙，这样孩子们的牙齿也可以更健康，减少痛楚。感恩早点遇到了叶医生，我可以更早预防其他孩子的牙齿问题，谢谢你叶医生。

Fantastic experience: 2017年，我开始在这家牙医诊所治疗。五年来，特别想为Dr Kai Fen Ye 点赞。她医术高超，对于牙齿的任何症状，不仅判断准确，手到病除，而且干脆利落，用药恰到好处。她常说：“麻药只要够用就行”。每次只要一走出诊所，口中已经没有任何麻的感觉。不仅如此，她医德高尚，常为病人着想，提出建议，预先告知病情，回家以后，治疗的牙床、牙龈可能会有什么感觉，但事实上从没发生，足以证明已除后患。作为一个七十多岁的老人，特别感恩能在墨尔本遇到凯，让自己原本十分糟糕的牙齿，非但没有恶化，反而走向好的趋势。

Fantastic experience: 我是這間診所將近20年的病人,這里的服務一流 ,各位牙醫生做事很好,尤其是施莉蓮醫生。她经验超丰富技術精赞,又是植牙专家,非常之為病人着想，非常之有責任心,总是幫我们想办法怎样可以在用最少的錢达到最好的效果。 收費合理做工又靚,我大力推薦這位牙醫和這間診所給大家。

Negative experience: 我带我儿子去看的叶医生。第一次拔牙，小孩子下面前门小牙齿，几乎要掉了，自己都可以摘下来的。只是孩子不肯，所以就去找牙医为了更卫生和专业。第一次去非常糟糕，医生戴着手套在看牙齿的过程中接电话，通话后不换手套继续用手扒开孩子的嘴巴。被我制止后才勉强换了一副新的。我孩子才7岁，对于小年龄的孩子应该更加有耐心，一上来就拿着麻醉针就扎上去。孩子吓到后就不肯张嘴了。哄了半天也算成功拔了下来，但根据情况根本就用不到麻醉。检查拍X光就算了。但是不要因为新开的诊所急着赚钱，就各种不需要的都开单。还把我孩子吓到。检查后有蛀牙，所以我还是约了第二次的牙齿治疗，本来体验非常不好，但我想看看第二次怎么样。我还安慰自己可能那天有实习的人在比较乱，助理一直在教另一个人，医生叫她了才帮一下。所以当天只有医生一个人在那边操作。 第二次我按照预约的时间到了诊所，整整等了半个小时。到了房间孩子本身由于上次经验比较抗拒，医生没有一点耐心，还很不耐烦的说不肯配合的就没办法，没有用一点strategy来帮助孩子缓解紧张等，旁边助手上来就打开吸水的管子，声音非常大，孩子更加害怕了。没说两分钟，叶医生就说我们只能去speciallist去看，然后就开了一张referal信，打发我们出去马上叫下一个等待的人。等了半个小时，全程不到十分钟我们就被请出来了，明显就是没把我们放在会诊的列表里。到了前台说要收检查费，我问什么检查费，根本没检查。consultant fee我还可以接受。后来强行解释了一番，也懒得和他们说什么。总之是非常糟糕的两次体验。各种赚钱，虽然都有保险孩子也有政府bonus，但是对于乱开没必要的单来赚钱觉得非常黑心，医生没有一点耐心，态度也不好，非常不推荐大家去这家牙医诊所。（新开的为了赶紧盈利各种暗操作）不推荐YE KAI医生。后来我预约了另外一家，我的孩子成功的补了牙齿，那里的医生非常有耐心，动作也很温柔，给我孩子很多鼓励，吸水的管子也是声音很小，使用头细的那种。我知道有两种管子，叶医生那里的助理直接上粗口的管子。总之不推荐不推荐。

Negative experience: My son has root canal treatment here and been going back regularly few years (every 6mth to 1 year) for internal bleaching, which we've been advised it's normal procedure. however we just found out from Endodontic this is NOT NORMAL. so now we have to pay extra thousands $ to fix the problem for long term and to save my son going back unnecessary visit every 6 mths. Really upset for the pain that my son been went thought all these years and extra $ have to pay.

Fantastic experience: Our family have already attended the glen Dental Care with Dr. Kai Ye for 6 years. Dr. Kai Ye is our best choice after compared with other dentists, especially on children's dental care. She is very patient and very professional on children's noncooperation. She explained the treatment clearly and always considered to charge fairly. We moved to a new place where is far away, but we still choose the glen dental care as our first dentist, so as my friends.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kai has been my dentist for over 10 years. She has been very professional and her honesty has been a main reason on why I continue to visit her. Without her education, conservative and cost effective way of management on my severe gum diseases, I would have lost most of my teeth 10 years ago. Dr Kai is the most trustable and the best dentist I have ever met. I have recommended all my family and friends to Dr Kai for their dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shi, Jennifer , Winston and the team here are absolutely the best at what they do. So genuine, so caring. I came in with major concerns and have been putting off on fixing my smile for many years. Dr Shi held my hands through the process and explained everything in detail. I had some major dental works done and now have a tired mouth from smiling all the time. She really had made smile again. Absolutely perfect.

Fantastic experience: I went in the clinic to get my retainers made and loved everything about the process. Everyone was super professional and nice especially the dentist. I used to hate going to see dentists but they were so relaxed and gentle. Really made it easy for me. I don’t think I’ll go to any other dentist again, only con might be needing to wait for a bit, but the treatment totally made it up.

Fantastic experience: Thanks a lot to Dr Lilian. I have my wisdom teeth removed two weeks ago. My wisdom teeth is quite close to the face nerve and Dr Lilian has done a fantastic job and got very positive results. Now I am fully recovered and feels much better.
