I have had a few small surgeries (cavities and a crown) and i couldn't be happier with the results. Have been going there for some 30 years and the changes Corbin has made, when he took over the practice, in modernising the premises and always having the most up-to-date equipment have been amazing and have of course led to a much more comfortable and assuring treatment when visiting. Negative experience: AVOID. PSA: CHECK THAT THEY HAVE BOOKED YOU IN WITH A DENTIST AND NOT A HYGIENIST. Extremely disappointing that Corbin couldn’t take responsibility for the error. Blaming the patient for a practice error is not an appropriate response. My son had a minor issue with his orthodontics that my orthodontist stated could be easily fixed by a dentist (it later was by a qualified dentist). This issue arose because this practice swaps out dental appointments that should be performed by a dentist and has a hygienist perform them without telling the patients. I understand this is to make additional revenue, but it is poor, and potentially illegal practice to not inform patients that they will not be receiving appropriate dental care. There would have been no issue with my visit if they had actually provided a dentist to perform the consultation. It is, frankly, dishonest practice to not inform the patient you have done this. To then insinuate that there was abuse towards the staff is extremely disappointing, and shows that this practice will try to turn any issue onto the patient. Not once did I receive an apology for the dishonest conduct of this businesses. I was only offered to travel across the city and wait 6 hrs until a time that suited Corbin, or go book in with a dentist somewhere else. I was able to get another dentist of my own accord to resolve the issue very quickly. It could have been very simple if your practice had provided the service I had booked instead of trying to maximise revenue.

Fantastic experience: There is only one dentist for our family and that’s Corbin at Annandale Dental. A warm and friendly practice with amazing staff and facilities. Thorough but gentle. The place to go.

Fantastic experience: Every dentist here is the pinacle of what healthcare workers should be. They are all fantastic at dentistry, and they are exceptionally lovely and caring people. They're very thorough and won't send you home with any uncertainties. The receptionist also bucks the trend of scary and mean healthcare receptionists; she is welcoming and patient and you can just tell that she enjoys her job. The space itself is very clean and minimal. I think it has been recently updated. They always have fresh flowers in the waiting room, which is definitely a pleasant touch.

All procedures are thoroughly explained, any work is carried out to a very high standard and they play great music. Parking in the environs is usually easy and bus stops are close by.
