Negative experience: Have been going here for years. Unfortunately my partner and myself have found the work to be poor. It seemed good at the start but this practice has poor ethics and is only after your money. Asked my partner how much super he has and pressured him to fill the forms out on the first visit. (He didn't). Fillings put on over decay. I was told something was impossible to fix only the next year they fixed it on the spot without question and without explanation. Crowns are three times the price of other places and they used the poorest quality products. After spending thousands of dollars my partner went back in severe pain and was charged and sent out the door. Had to pay for another dentist on the same day to fix the problem, which they did. So glad we found somewhere else. Run while you can. Dez and Mona are not trustworthy people.

Fantastic experience: I am happy to recommend Dr Mona Patel if you’re considering a new dentist. I initially went to Aspley Elite Dental for a check up and clean using there advertised special. While there I asked advice about a possible implant for some missing back teeth. Dr Mona was very gentle with the clean and patiently explained my options for the missing teeth. She inspired a lot of confidence so I decided to give an implant a go. The initial procedure (implant) was not pleasant but I didn’t expect it to be either. It didn’t hurt but the drilling and suction noises are awful. I was okay but if you’re getting one, I would recommend having someone available to drive you home afterwards if possible. I was pleasantly surprised that I had very little pain after the needles wore off. Part 2 of implant review to be continued when I get the crown in a few months time. Part 2: Dr. Mona Patel is absolutely fantastic. She did an implant and crown for me, and I’m so happy with how it turned out. The tooth looks great and feels completely natural. It’s a much better option than false teeth, and I’m really glad I went ahead with it. She also organised a splint for me to wear at night, which helps protect the implant and my other teeth while I sleep. That extra care really shows how much she thinks about the long-term health of her patients. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring. Dr. Patel is warm, professional and clearly knows her stuff. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality dental care.

Negative experience: Went with a broken denture. Was told don’t know how long the repair would last. Had it was done at 3.10 in the afternoon and it broke again at 7.30. I accepted the fix was not guaranteed as it was only glued not fixed by a denture technician but was It charged $280 out of pocket with health cover out of pocket was $203!, what a rip off!! I didn’t think the cost would have been so much. Be careful !!

Fantastic experience: Dr Dev Agarwal, I’ll will be honest probably one of the nicest and professional doctors I’ve come across. Fit me in the same day and knowing my condition booked me in for after hours. Very caring and considerate this practice is towards patients. I needed my wisdom tooth taken out which I went to at least 3-4 different dentist and they couldn’t help me and said I needed an oral surgeon. Oral health did not help me at all knowing my condition which was bad as I couldn’t open my mouth and face was completely swollen. The staff and doctors were very kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: After visiting several dentist to help with my discission to move forward with an implant, I felt comfortable with my examination & information from Dr Dev Agarwal, even though anxious I feel confident my extraction & moving forward with an implant in the next two weeks. Day 1 of extraction & I was anxious but read reviews, so felt confident with Dr Dev. He made me feel comfortable asking if I was ok several times & explained what he was doing, there was a little discomfort & slight bleed (as expected) but following morning I feel fine, took advil & panadol & not eating or drinking anything hot very happy with my procedure & grateful to Dr Dev, moving forward with an implant soon.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dev was amazing! My son had been in pain for days and unable to be helped by our regular dentist so we decided to phone dr dev after a recommendation. I will always be using this place now! He saw us straight away as an emergency appt and started the procedure straight away relieving my son’s pain. The after care was second to none, he actually phoned us himself which really made us feel he cared which gave us even more confidence in him, his empathy throughout 3 procedures and his consideration were incredible…. He has a calming nature and is very informative with what is happening etc.. already recommending to friends and family!

Dr Mona looked at my sons teeth and I was impressed by her manner and professionalism. At my first appointment she put me at ease, did not judge me and after xrays explained in basic details what I needed to do and options on how to approach my treatment which was good for my teeth health but also took into account my budget and level of health insurance. At every appointment with her, I feel supported and feel hsrdly any discomfort.
