Fantastic experience: Dentist and staff were super friendly. They went out of their way to make me feel relaxed. The service was very professional and everything was properly explained and my input was asked every time. Dr George was very gentle and I would suggest this Dental Practice to all my friends.

Negative experience: Poor quality dental work and even worse reception staff. Don't make the same mistake I did. You only get one set of adult teeth.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ali is my regular dentist who I trust the most. He have been doing all my regular check-up, clean-up, as well as major dental works on my teeth. He is friendly, caring and kind, very easy to talk to, at the same time, really passionate and details on what he does. I would recommend him 100%. The receptionist is very kind, accommodating and approachable too. She always welcomes me with smiles and gives me helpful advice on the appointment whenever I ask. Two thumbs up to her.

Fantastic experience: 5 Stars Dr. Sneha Susan George has been my dentist for a while now, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience. She’s always so considerate and constantly checks in to make sure I’m comfortable during appointments. She takes the time to explain things clearly, and her friendly, down-to-earth personality makes each visit much less stressful. Even outside the clinic, she’s warm and approachable—it really shows that she cares about her patients beyond just the dental chair. Highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Ague Alarcon for amazing dental work & she did a filling & clean. I originally came regarding an asbess & she took a few ex rays & had me take one at Lake Image radiologist & it started to get complicated & she gave me a choice of having a root canal or extraction & l went with root canal & then l decided to get an extraction & she advised to see a specialist as it was a wisdom tooth & the specialist charged $300 just to look at my appointment & advised $600 to extract or $5,000 for root canal so l came back to see if Dr Ague Alarcon would do the root canal but she didn't want to so l've started getting root canal at another dentist in Melton.

Negative experience: After years of avoiding all dentists I have had to face the moment of absolute necessity. If I had known what these guys were like I would never have gotten them to do my teeth. I spent near enough $2,500. And now have had too spend virtually the same again to get another set of dentures that fit correctly. The ones primary Dental made and supplied had really bad under bite and are way too loose. As soon as I attempt to use them they hurt and won’t stay in my mouth and that is before trying to eat with them. So bad still even after reclining , adjusting ect. Total rubbish, waste of time and money. Only 1 star because I can’t give less!!!

Fantastic experience: I started seeing DR Harman Chahal in June. I was super mega anxious to go to the dentist due to previous post traumatic experiences. On my first consultation I was in tears but had no other choice to face my fear due to the pain I was experiencing in one my my tooth. Dr Chahal has been absolutely amazing, she really managed to help me control my anxiety and help me get over my traumatic dentist experience from the past. She is so calm, caring and professional. She looked after me all the way until September and together we managed to get through all the dental work I needed done. I feel so incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful dentist with who I feel at ease, I can trust and took away my fear of dental work! Well done to you Harman and thank you so much for all your patience and hard work with me! I am normally not the type of person who leave review but that one is now 2 months overdue! thanks again. Negative experience: I went here for a toothache and needed it removed, they started the job then didn’t complete it and they said I need to go to a oral surgeon to get it done. Surgeon not available until December which is a long time to keep a bad tooth. I went to another dentist Weir Views Family Dental for a second opinion and the dentist got it out no issues. I would not be attending here again !! Waste of time and money.

She also doesn’t rush and is always asking what you would prefer to do after giving options. She doesn’t push or make you feel like you have to do anything. The whole clinic is nice and clean, reception are friendly too. I highly recommend Tania!!

In fact I would say he is the best dentist ever!! But unfortunately the professionalism from the admin team especially Lauren is not only illegal but pathetic. Lauren lied to me and refused to take ownership of her errors.
