Fantastic experience: From the welcoming and reassurance from the beautiful receptionist to the care and explanation of my teeth getting work on. I don’t cope well with dentists so I was very pleased and thankful for the kindness and top quality work done . I even had photos of my teeth done- highly recommend if you have any phobias or dental work needing to be done.

Fantastic experience: Dr Priyanka was quick efficient & very caring towards my daughter on her visit clean check up getting fillings done. Our first time with her and will be back again. Amazing reception staff Raquel great communication and helpful.

Negative experience: What a waste of time... Terrible customer service. Went there with the sole purpose of replacing a broken filling and they decided they want something entirely different for me, despite my protests. A clear attempt to rip me off. Left he clinic frustrated and still with a broken tooth.

Fantastic experience: Dr Julia was very thorough when I had a routine inspection and cleaning and explained her recommendations really well. Will come back and see her again.

Negative experience: Being a Bupa Members First Provider I visited the Practice on 22 Nov 24 for an annual check-up, as I'd done at the same practice for years. The dentist I had booked with was no longer there, and the text reminder prior to my appointment noted a different dentist. However, being at the same practice, I presumed that this wouldn't make a difference. Never having to pay for check-ups in the past, I was surprised when I was asked to pay ~$70 afterwards. The receptionist wasn't able to determine the reason for the out of pocket expense and directed me to Bupa. Following a call with Bupa it turned out that the particular (new to the practice) dentist's registration had lapsed/was not current with Bupa. I visited the practice again the next day and the (practice) manager, Jade contacted me 2 days later saying that the matter would be referred to their head office. Several phone calls later, which I had to initiate in November, December and January 2025, I was told that the dentist in question's registration had been updated with Bupa. Now, over two months since my check-up, despite acknowledging that this was an oversight on the Practice's behalf, I'm still waiting for a refund. Lesson: do not assume that all dentists at Primary Dental Murrumba Downs (who promote themselves as a Bupa Members First provider) hold a current registration with Bupa. Make sure to also check individual dentist details with Bupa beforehand AND confirm with the reception before any work is undertaken.

Fantastic experience: I have been a or8vate patient for almost 15 years now and had been using my private insurance for dental check up and other issues in different dentist in Brisbane. But today was a different experience. My Dentist was Dr Banafshe Ranjbar. I would say, she has been the most approachable and smiling dentist I ever met. She has the patience to explain what's happening, did the cleaning thoroughly and even cleaned my dentures (which I didn't expect). Furthermore, she gave me a clear plan on what to monitor on my dental aspect It was a pleasure to have such an extraordinary experience seing a dentist today . That's why, I am delighted to give a feedback to her and the reception was also polite and cheerful . Thanks and for sure, I will be back on schedule time..

Negative experience: Absolutely useless and terrible customer service. I wish I could give zero stars. I went in last Thursday to have the rest of my wisdom tooth removed, to be completely ripped off, and further more to come. Referred to a specialist nowhere near where I live, and turns out I didn't even need one! They refused for many days to release my reports, even though I had filled out the form they requested (which I had to go to the library to print, sign and send back as it wasn't able to be filled out on my phone like I was told it would be), I also had one sent from my new dentist that also called getting the run around, and 8 days later and my dentist still hasn't received all of the report. They withheld some of it, and I called up multiple times to be lied to over and over again. 8 days of pain and infection, and yet I went to Bald Hills Dental this afternoon. The wisdom wizard removed it in less than 2 minutes!! With almost no pain what so ever and I enjoyed my dinner and hour later. He removed the remaining part of my tooth, that the dentist at this clinic insisted I needed a specialist and it was deep in the bone, was absolute rubbish!! No drilling needed at all, just taken out very easily. I suffered for 8 days for nothing, yet they were more than happy to take my money for poor service. Don't waste your time here. They will refer you to a specialist of their choosing to charge you hundreds upon hundreds of dollars for no reason but greed. Go to Bald Hills Dental instead, where they went above and beyond. It's a good thing the infection didn't spread! Absolutely disgusted with this practice!!!

Fantastic experience: Having moved in to a new area it’s always a risk to find health providers and I’ve always relied on recommendations… I’ve been putting off having a check up as I really struggle with everything to do with a visit to a dentist! But breaking a tooth made me needing to find one fast! I was super impressed with how quickly I could get an appointment and I cannot seriously recommend Dr Paul any higher! The best dentist I’ve ever seen! High communication, understanding and I felt like he really listened to me and navigated a plan that not only worked with my phobia but with my budget aswell. Have now booked my daughter in too! Thank you for such a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I came in this week with a severe toothache, I had been having issues with the same tooth for 2 and a half years, seen 3 different dentist and it took Dr Lizamore 10 minutes to figure out what was wrong! She was super comforting & answered all queries I asked and helped me with the pain. Jade the receptionist was also very lovely and welcoming! Will definitely be coming back for future appointments and will recommend to family and friends. ☺️

She is very patient, gentle and understanding with little ones. The practice is very clean and sterile. Plenty of chairs to wait in comfort before your appointment. Lots of free parking aswell. Great location and excellent to deal with.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible service! Rang us to say we could come in early for our appointments yet took a "emergency" walk in so ended up sitting around for 50mins! 30mins past our initial appointment time and had to cancel our second appointment due to other commitments. Couldn't even have the decency to call us to say they took a walk in and we'd have to push our appointments back

This beautiful lady is now my forever Dentist and I cannot wait for my next appointment! So very very highly recommended including this entire practice! Look no further for the best Dental Surgery Clinic!!!! I’d travel an hour to come back any time!!! Negative experience: Well I was going to book an appointment for the dentist but seeming most of the reviews for the dentist here are 1 and not very happy customers I am going to save myself the stress and just not do it. I like this place and been to the doctors here which are lovely but I don't think I can trust the dentist nurses here

Negative experience: Dr refused to listen to my partner about what she wanted done. Then lied to her about the price of work being done. Did not numb her face, and did what she wanted regardless. When my partner said she was in pain dentist just said ok and kept working. End result, tramatised partner, tooth worse off and more dentist bills to actually have to work completed correctly.

Really happy with the service. Jay at the front desk was also very lovely, she called the other doctors and arranged antibiotics script for me. Really happy with the service! Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Despite good reviews, my experience was exactly opposite. Seen the true colours of Dr Lizamore Moore! A repeat customer faced a billing conflict! The center does not know what level of membership their dentist has with a particular insurance provider but charges you blindly and defend they are members, but argues it was my insurance fault. Can’t believe that I have put myself in such an awkward exchange of words with a receptionist and dentist(yes Dr Lizamore Moore). I decided to stay away from such an unprofessional dentist, cancelled all future appointments of the whole family. PS. Things were okay just 6 months back! Don’t know what exactly changed!

Negative experience: My experience at Dr. Parisa Ghanavi's dental clinic was nothing short of a nightmare. In addition to the painful check-up, I also experienced bleeding during the procedure. Dr. Ghanavi and her dental assistant, Simon, seemed indifferent to my discomfort and offered no solutions to alleviate the bleeding or pain. Furthermore, the billing process remained as unclear as ever, with no itemized breakdown of charges. This ordeal has left me traumatized and dissatisfied with their services. I strongly urge anyone considering this clinic to think twice before subjecting themselves to such a distressing and unprofessional experience.

Negative experience: My experience with my dentist, Dr Ghanavi was terrible. The first appointment was okay and went alright apart from some small issues with being a little harsh. The second one was awful, i was having a filling done on one of my top back teeth and the spinning disk blade she was holding had cut my bottom lip and it had started bleeding. The dentist said sorry but the assistant dentist Simone, had told me that it was because i didn’t open my mouth wide enough, when she could have told be to open my mouth wider. They grabbed the dental bib and just wiped the blood off.

Negative experience: I have been booked for appointment for my 2 kids at the clinic today last week for dental check . Finished my work early rushing kids here just be on time. The clinic is closed till 2nd of January. Why did they take bookings and if they closed why it's not been informed.

Fantastic experience: The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. Both of our children 3yo and 6yo see Emma. Emma is by far one of the best dentists I have meet! Her ability to explain what she is doing in a calm and simple manner always puts my mind at ease, she also has a way of communicating with our children to make them feel safe, informed and relaxed, more dentist need this skill in the industry and i am grateful we have found someone that can communicate this way. Every visit is like visiting friends. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Dr Jacqueline lp has been so friendly and professional. She worked really well and completely cleaned my teeth. Fantastic experience: Emma is amazing I can't speak anymore highly of her. I was petrified of the dentist so much so I put it off for 25 years. She made sure everything went so smoothly and made the whole experience well worth it kept me so calm and now I am slowly loosing my fear and can go back without loosing sleep even thinking about going. Emma is such a assest to the team that's for sure.
