Fantastic experience: Dr Mohd Makhdoom and his dental hygienist Ameneh, were both extremely professional but also very friendly and helpful. Dr mohd made sure I understood what each part meant and explained it thoroughly but also made sure I could understand it. I definitely recommend this dental practice, it is beautiful in the actual dentist area/ waiting area and you don’t need to leave for an xray which is a bonus! I don’t know many dentists that I actually like but this one made me feel comfortable and made me feel at peace. Would come again 10/10

Fantastic experience: Professional, kindly, and painless (phew)

Negative experience: Worst Dental experience I have ever had Dr Mohd Makhdoom , was rough and careless resulting in me thinking I was going to die. To begin with when taking the unnecessary xrays he cut my mouth in numerous places, he then used way too much numbing gel which went down my throat resulting in me feeling like I couldn't breathe and I couldn't swallow, to top it off he injected me painfully with 2 vials of anaesthetic, my mouth was sore for weeks. Needless to say I never got a scale and polish but fortunately the medical centre was next door and I was seen to immediately. I do not recommend especially if you have a child avoid at all costs. I do not believe all the glowing reviews which played a large part in me attending this dental practise. If I could give a minus score I would, Never Again to top it off they still wanted payment! I have just seen the clinics response absolute liars there was risk to me, it was nothing to do with anxiety it was to do with poor procedure. Just be very careful how much numbing gel they use, and if it pours down your throat do not ignore it and be told to calm down. Stay with your child during there procedure, ask questions and see exactly what they are injecting and how many vials they use. He is a liar told the ambulance he used 1 and even tried to hide that I know for sure he used two, he's a piece of work! By the way I am more than happy to pay for a service even a poor one but for a dentist like yourself who was an absolute health risk you deserved to be sued. A lot of your clients are government covered maybe you thought it's not a private patient I can bodge this up, nothing will happen and you are exactly right but I believe in karma!!!!!

Although I am very scared of visiting a dentist, But Dr. Muhamamd made my visit very comfortable. He was gentle and professional. Out of all the dentists I’ve had in the past, Dr. Kahdija is by far the most gentle one. She provided a friendly environment alongside her dental assistant with efficiency and utmost care. Fantastic experience: My husband had his first appt here, we brought our kids (4&1.5) as we plan to bring our 4 yr old here for their first dentist appt. The start of the appt was quite delayed by 20-30 minutes but it was ok as they had a few toys and very good colouring books, pencil crayons and stickers that kept the kids entertained while we waited. The dentist and dental assistant were very kind and showed the kids cool educational dentist things.

They managed to fit me in within the hour and were so lovely and helpful during the entire appointment. The pricing is very reasonable and I have absolutely no complaints with any of the service I received. Definitely making this my permanent dentist!

Fantastic experience: I needed to get an urgent clean and checkup done ahead of my wedding as I'd not visited my dentist in about 18 months. Unable to get into my usual spot, I found these folks were around the corner from me and they were able to fit me in :-) The staff are courteous, kind and good humoured, and went above and beyond my expectations, even providing me some teeth whitening strips to use to make sure I looked the best on my wedding day! They also did a very thorough examination of my teeth and helped pinpoint the cause of an issue I had noticed but wasn't sure what was the cause (it ended up being teeth grinding!) Will definitely be coming back and these folks are now my new prefered dentist :-)

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a great dentist don’t look any further! Mohd and his team are absolutely awesome!! My husband and I have been doing our check and clean for the last year and last week we took our toddlers (3 and 4 years old) to do the same. To keep a long story short. Fantastic experience: I managed to get an urgent appointment to fix my daughter's braces. Our orthodontist is on leave and has no one to look after the patients. My daughter was in so much pain due to the wire from braces digging into her cheek. Dr Mohd was very gentle and thorough to cut the wire and did the cleaning at the same time. He took Xrays as well for his records and only charged what was covered by health Insurance. No gap fee. Definitely going to recommend him for any dental issues or to get braces.

Fantastic experience: I had my last appointment with Dr. Mohd today as I prepare to move back home overseas. It is very challenging to find healthcare providers that are compassionate, helpful, and genuinely interested in their patients from overseas. I had a lot of negative experiences with Perth doctors and dentists. It is exhausting explaining your situation, lack of medicare, health cover, etc. I have had to battle a lot of added charges from other practices over the last 5 years. Dr. Mohd and his team go above and beyond. They offer full transparency to their patients & always happy to have you back in their office. They gifted me phenomenal care each time and I am very grateful for them. I wish I had found their services earlier on in my time in Australia. I highly recommend this place to overseas students. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and parking is always a breeze. When I am back in Perth, I will definitely be back here.

Fantastic experience: Amazing! Very thorough scale and polish, full transparency of service with photos of teeth before, during and after. Full X-rays and everything covered on private health, no out of pocket on first visit! They covered all gaps. Didn’t try to sell me any unnecessary stuff. Even got a free bamboo tooth brush hehe thank you, I’ll be back (probably for some teeth whitening soon).

Fantastic experience: Me and My two boys been to Dentist @ Manning, I must say its a fantastic journey we had..Being a very nervous person when going to the dentist I have to say today wasn't any different but what I found was a wonderful dentist named Dr. Mohammad Makhdoom who listened to my fears and, talked me through the procedure with a gentle and caring manner came away feeling I've found my dentist felt great so a big thank you for caring so much. And must add the wonderful Dentist Dr Hira for my two boys they loved her she was very gentle and friendly, same with reception and nurse , heaps thanks for the goodies...

Fantastic experience: Dr Mohd runs a great practice. As a new client the Gap or $200 is deducted from your first visit. That covered all the X-rays. They don't upsell but do talk through all your options. My whole family goes here and we are all happy.

Fantastic experience: Last Tuesday, 9 Nov, I visited Dentist@Manning for the very first time. I had chipped a tooth and needed help. Luckily I was able to get an appointment promptly. Mod, the dentist, and Amika, his assistant, were very professional, caring and kind and my tooth was repaired expertly and without any discomfort or pain. Mod x-rayed my teeth and, as I need a little more work, we discussed the process and costs involved. Natasha, their efficient and lovely receptionist, processed my bill and printed a quote for me for the additional dental work. For anybody who is afraid of visiting a dentist or is scared of the pain that may be involved, let me assure you: THERE IS NO PAIN! Mod and his team are doing an outstanding job and provide a relaxed atmosphere. Strangely, this is the first time I'm looking forward to going back to the dentist!
