You should consider yourself fortunate that I have chosen to limit my response to sharing my honest experience here, rather than pursuing legal action or reporting the matter to the Dental Board of Australia. Unfortunately, I am now left with a painful tooth that was healthy before your treatment. Your lack of competence in performing what should have been a straightforward procedure, along with the questionable nature of your online reviews, will inevitably come to light in due course. Stay Away from This Clinic! I honestly don’t understand how this place has a rating above 4. My experience here was the worst dental visit of my life. I went in to have one tooth treated by Dr. Houman Larijani, but instead of doing the procedure we agreed on, he chipped away a big chunk of my another tooth without my consent—just to make his job easier. Now I’m left with constant pain for a healthy tooth. I thought about lodging a formal legal case against Dr. Houman Larijani, but no lawsuit will ever give me back my tooth. I’m just left with pain for the rest of my life. This is not just careless—it’s unethical and unacceptable. A dentist should protect your teeth, not destroy them without warning. If you value your health, avoid this clinic. The rating is questionable! There are far better and more trustworthy dentists elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: The Team at ICIDS always have this amazing ability to bring a calmed, relaxed almost zen feel for me.. sounds crazy but true.. from entering the practice and being met with smiles by the knowledgeable, competent and absolutely lovely reception there to the skill dental nurses, dentist Dr's implanters platters and cosmetic experts in the team. I always feel like i leave a plcaebi look forward to go back too . I'm known to be always fearful these guys make that a non event. See you soon.

Fantastic experience: I've been to Dr. Houman's practice for fillings and to have a crown placed on an already root canaled tooth. I'm so impressed by how painless, quick, clean and easy all my procedures have been. I don't even have to take any painkillers after my procedures. The staff are welcoming and helpful and I cannot recommend this practice enough!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this clinic for dental care! Dr Houman took one of my challenging wisdom teeth out in the practice in 15 minutes without any pain! I could not believe it! Negative experience: I had an extremely unpleasant experience here. Two years ago, I underwent a root canal procedure performed by Dr. Larijani due to persistent pain, but the pain returned. I revisited them multiple times, and both Dr. Larijani and Dr. Rooshanak assured me that everything was fine. However, after two years of sleepless nights, I decided to change my dentist. My new dentist discovered a significant infection around the root of another tooth, and it took three sessions to treat it. Thankfully, I'm now feeling better. Additionally, my new dentist mentioned that the root canal done by Dr. Larijani was too short and not properly sealed, making it susceptible to infection, and I can't have a crown placed on it

Fantastic experience: I had been putting off finishing my root canal for years. Scared from previous experiences from other dentists, I was literally SHAKING when I came into see Dr Houman to finish of this root canal. He was SO patient with me. Larry (his dental assistant) was also a god send. I cannot fault one thing with my whole experience with them both. My particular root canal was a difficult one too, but Dr Houman is good at what he does, thats for sure! He also did my smile make over. I got x10 veneers on my upper front teeth. He makes sure not only the clients are comfortable but also the recipients accompanying the patients. I was in the waiting room and a mother, grandmother and 2 small boys walked in. The way the receptionist cared and looked after the 2 little boys while the dental assistant catered to the grandmother offering her a coffee while the mother was being attended by dr Houman and his personal assistant is heart warming. its so nice to see that not only the patient but everyone is looked after for!

You cannot afford NOT to go here, apart from the great customer service, the team there are dedicated to working through any issues..my teeth were a mess, so many problems, yet an affordable plan was put in place to address not only the condition of my teeth but the cosmetic appearance as well. The clinic itself is clean and they have all the technology available to really define what’s going on. The quality of the work done is exceptional. I have had pretty much everything done here ( too much to mention ) and I’m on the last 1/4 of my total dentist plan - this was a huge undertaking and it’s soooooo nice to smile again with confidence!
