Negative experience: Do not go there I look like a cartoon character the day procedure was done I complained my plate was far too large was told on top of the $25000 dollars I had spent I would need to pay additional $12000 to have a plate correctly fitted It has been 2 years since the huge plate has been fitted I now have many issues with grinding and my jaw also the large screws above my own lower teeth honestly I looked better with my broken teeth than I do now This was one of the biggest mistakes I have have ever made Will be getting plate replaced but not there I hate smiling I even feel self conscious when I talk I look so ridiculous

Negative experience: We have been waiting since December for my husband’s work to be completed. It’s still not done after 6 months.

Negative experience: Came here a while ago. Started out promising and then turned into a nightmare. They overbooked themselves and don't spend enough time to do a thorough job meaning you come back for multiple unneccessary visits and do not take time to consult of listen. You will be spoken to abd buttered up nciely butnonce you commit thats where to care drops off. You will get less than you paid for here. The permanent teeth were so uncomfortable and the Dr acted like it was a complaint until it became so bad I lost complete confidence and asked them to be removed. In the end the teeth were so uncomfortable and the attitudes so poor I asked for them poor work to be cut out. This resulted in a traumatic experience without anaesthetic and my supposedly permamant teeth having be ground out and held with pliers whilst twisting in my head because Choi did not listen. Listen to your patience. Incompetence and rushing lead very close to me making this a legal matter. Dr Choi didn't listen. Dismissed my serious complaints and contributed to another disappointing dental implant experience. The one thing he did right was send me to another specialist who took the time to fix his complete stuff up. This experience literally traumatised me. I wouldn't come back here if you paid me. They did give a refund but the trauma really does remain. Horrible.

Fantastic experience: Sydney Implant Institute have been extremely professional and caring from start to finish with my mum's all on four dental implants. We feel very comfortable with the Sydney Implant staff (professional and friendly admin, knowledgeable and friendly nurses and the exceptional work from Dr Choi). Michelle guided us through what the process would entail and was very warm and welcoming. The photography and imaging was done on site and carried out in a professional and caring manner. The implants look great and are made on site. My mother is very grateful for the aesthetically outstanding final result, and ultimately to have no more tooth pain.

Fantastic experience: My experience was second to none I am only 34 and required the all on 4 procedure not only for my teeth but really bad infection in my jaw bone I could hardly eat would hardly drink the pain would shoot through my whole face and neck it was horrible always suffering with abseces and feeling sick all the time high blood pressure and even chest pain a hated going out and avoided conversations and photos learnt to hide teeth as best I could and hide how much pain ibwas in with humour when I would talk then after ALOT of home work I decided to book a consultation with Dr Braund , my treatment co ordinator Gabrielle changed my life or gave me back hope in a happier and healthier future I am one month post op and won't look back Ithe level of care I have never experienced or even heard of especially with dental work and the procedure I needed they took care of me from educating me and keeping me informed and ensuring I was OK no matter what they further then above and beyond to ensure not only ibwas looked after but happy with the result's

Fantastic experience: I could not be happier with the service from this practice, I am writing this especially, for anyone considering on coming, no matter how far away you live, I can definitely recommend that they are worthy of the trip into the city. Gabrielle, my treatment coordinator, displayed professionalism in a very fresh & charming way, with attention to detail, communication & support was commendable, I was well informed all the way. The free consultation & Xray straight up, saves mucking about, all the information for the Dr was there, no fiddle & less fuss. A special thankyou to Dr Choi, in making me feel comfortable & relaxed the whole time thru the surgery. I was surprised he managed the two big needles as well as he did, they did not hurt. I was in the chair for a front tooth Implant, & I was pleasantly pleased upon arrival to know, when I showed Dr Choi my loose crown, he said we can use that for your temporary tooth as it would be structurally stronger,(it made perfect sense to me), than the one he would put together, plus, costing me less,( I had several other quotes, & not one other Dentist mentioned this, in fact, I was told they couldn't use it), not only that, their bills were much higher, also, the time frame for completion, longer. This was also concerning to me, learning the imbutment would be placed into position straight after the rest of the tooth was removed, whereas no other dentist that I had previous quotes with would perform this. Dr Choi reassured me, it would be fine. It makes sense to me, why go back into an opening, & reopen it. I think Dr Choi is advancing in Dental Technology & is above his league. I can say this confidently, as I have the experience being the customer that has sat in his chair, & I can compare. I did spend a lengthy time writing this, but I did it for the hesitant people like me, it's to help you,& give you some peace of mind, in making your decision. I have never hugged a dentist before,nor felt so happy as I had felt that day, in seeing one. Excellent work & care, congratulations team, you have won me. Maya

Dr Choi is truely brilliant at what he does, attention to detail, perfectionist & the master craftsmanship he carried out on my teeth ( major extensive wk ) surpassed my expectations.I cannot sing his praises high enough.Choi’s warmth, sense of humour, commitment , empathy ,reassuring demeanour ever present. To date each appointment & interaction I’ve had with with Dr Choi, Gabrielle & support staff has been pleasurable & positive. It is evident that the staff are passionate regarding the roles they’ve undertaken & their aims & objectives to make their patients feel at ease, comfortable & have a “ positive experience “ is in the forefront of their minds.Even on completion of my work, Gabrielle would regularly email, phone me “ to check in” on how I was feeling/ any pain or discomfort / any questions I may have. In closing I fully endorse & highly recommend this clinic if you are looking to have dental wk carried out regardless of how minor/ major the procedures are. Through verbal consultations ie discussing one’s expectations, realistically “ what can be achieved” price point/ breakdown of costings for each step/ wk to be carried out through to having the quotes emailed out to you with a “time frame” as to how long it will take & what one can expect to be carried out at each appointment… No nasty surprises Best of all the clinic is very transparent when it comes to the patients financial outlays & will also give quotes in the event of complications “ worse case scenario” what the patient may need to factor in regarding budget.

Fantastic experience: I recently had upper All on 4 surgery which I was very anxious about due to a phobia of going to the dentist and some past bad experiences but from my first visit to Dr Mark Braund, treatment coordinator Tiana Allan and their team, my mind was quickly put at ease by their friendly, kind and reassuring manner and enthusiasm and passion for their work. I was surprised how relaxed I felt during the surgery and how smooth and pain free it was and the 3 hours passed so quickly, making what I feared would be a horrible experience into quite a pleasant one. I'm so happy I took the step to get this done as it's a joy to be rid of the uncomfortable dentures I had before and to have beautiful straight white teeth! I would definitely recommend Dr Mark and his team to anyone considering this procedure especially to those afraid of dentists!
