Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Barkha for over a year now and I have to say she is amazing!! She is such a professional and such a lovely lady always making me feel comfortable and always clearly communicating and most importantly always making sure I’m never in pain!! Fantastic experience: Had my first visit to Primary Dental as I recently moved and it was closer to home. Had a wonderful and easy visit with Dr. Woods. In the past I have found visits to the dentist a bit unpleasant. But Dr. Woods made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The whole procedure took roughly 45mins and felt like a breeze. I will be returning for my regular check ups .

Fantastic experience: Four appointments, totalling less than three hours, I now have a lovely crown over the problem tooth I had been nursing for far too long. If your worried about the pain, so was I, but it all worked out, and I'm happy it's done. It will be a hit to your heap pocket, but that will be the case anywhere you go, but well worth the money and the time - If you have trepidation about going to any dentist, consult with Primary Dental - Dr Vasnami (Mrs) and her assistants were great, and I'm certain you will think so too.

Negative experience: False advertisement regarding new patient no gap offer. Booked an appointment for a checkup and clean due to the new patient offer on their website and good ratings. The offer specifies no gap for the service valued $199. Got there and ran a quote first. Receptionist says there is a gap of $78 as the health fund only covers $121 and I would have to pay it out of pocket. Despite the offer saying NO gap. Receptionist says that it's only no gap if the health fund covers the full $199 as part of its policy. That is not called no gap. Also wanted to cancel my appointment upon being told there will be out of pocket expenses for the checkup and clean and the receptionist was reluctant to do that.
