Fantastic experience: We were referred to Dr Philip Hand for tongue tie procedure for our 4 month old twins babies. They came out of the procedure not crying and have recovered so quickly from it. Dr Philip hand and the team have been patient, professional with great attention to detail explaining everything to us. The experience has been great and I would highly recommend them to do tongue tie laser procedures on babies.

Negative experience: They ruined my tooth a few years back..big guy with glasses ..hand or Marriot..can't remember he's name..it still upsets me to this day.also over charged me.

Fantastic experience: An old filling of mine cracked, leaving the nerve exposed and I was in serious pain. Dr James stayed back after work on a Friday to not only save my tooth, but to also help me understand exactly where my oral health was at. Great bed side manner and excellent facilities.

Fantastic experience: As the now retired founding principal dentist in what later became Marriott & Hand, now Aesthetic Laser Dentistry, I'll always have an interest in how this practice further develops. I attended the practice in Airport West today for an emergency visit (yes, even dentists can experience these!). Treating a fellow dentist is always potentially more stressful, however, Sasha rose to the challenge as beautifully and professionally as any of the other clinicians within the practice. Well done Sasha, you're a great fit within an excellent practice.

Negative experience: Extremely rude receptionist Renee. I called to talk to Dr Hand to discuss my 4 year old son’s frenectomy surgery that he was booked into have in 4 weeks time and was told that Dr Hand is “too busy to talk to me” to answer my questions. When asked to book in a phone appointment then I was told “he doesn’t really do that” so I’m left having to cancel my son’s surgery as i cannot agree to a surgery that I don’t know anything about and am not aloud to discuss the surgery with the surgeon who is performing the surgery on my son?! Extremely angry with how unhelpful and rude they are.

Fantastic experience: My son saw Dr. Hand who is just amazing. Dr. Hand was really engaged with my son and only recommended the best form of treatment for his tongue tie. While he didn’t preform the surgery himself, I would recommend anyone to see him. The reason why is that my son was having surgery from an ENT surgeon and it was best to do his tongue tie release at that time as recommended by Dr. Hand.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Phillip Hand was the most lovely & gentle man I have ever met his knowledge for his craft was extrodinary he did not rush our consultation & answered all the questions I had, His nurses were just as informative & lovely. He definitley made me feel comfortable & I had all confidence to trust him with my 7wk old baby girl. The Tongue tie procedure via laser only took a couple of minutes & my baby didnt seem overly distressed with the procedure. The aftercare provided is as exceptional as the initial appointment.
