Fantastic experience: First time at the clinic today and i was absolutely petrified to the point i had tears rolling down my face, as I sat and waited for my name to be called. They walked me through the clinic for a tour prior to my treatment which I thought was very reassuring. The dentist Mel was lovely and the assistant Bridget was amazing, held my hand every step of the way and reassuring me that I was ok and doing well. Highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: This is such an amazing place, and I can't believe I actually look forward going to a dentist! The staff are all incredible, professional, everyone knows exactly what they are doing. Nicole is a gem, Michaela is wonderful, Dr Henry has the patience and kindness of a saint. He is also VERY good at what he does, and has picked up on things with my teeth that no other dentist has. It's nice to feel a person loves what they do, and cares about your teeth. I don't have enough good things to say about him and the team. I wish i knew everyone's names to name them personally, but i will get there. Also a special mention for top of the range tools and technology! And being able to watch Netflix while Dr Henry does what he needs to do. Highly, highly recommended ✨️

Negative experience: Called over the phone to get a price on teeth cleaning and was quoted $200.. When arriving for an appointment, my wife was directed to the chair , they chatted on and on about having to do scan , xrays ..only for a clean . She paid the bill and 1 month later still waiting for email on scans .. I find them to be not professional and the person has grind down one tooth that much that I've had to go to another dentist.. Go somewhere else ..

Fantastic experience: Where do I start with how relieved and happy I was with my first visit. I had a dislodged crown that needed removal. My phobia with Dentists is paramount. The amount of care and empathy I received from everyone there, I have never experienced before! They gave me gas and headphones to listen to music, and a stress ball to help me relax. It was really over in seconds but to me, it was such a great experience (I never thought I would say that, ever!).... Thank you Dr Henry and the Team. This will be the beginning of my new Dental journey!

Fantastic experience: Incredibly impressed. My 9 month old son had laser surgery today to remove a lip and tongue tie. They were so thorough, explained everything really well, listened to our concerns, there was absolutely no pressure. It was so quick, and he was totally fine ( mummy was a blubbering mess though lol) The nurses and other staff were so kind and caring and im really greatful to Dr Mula.

Fantastic experience: I want to state that I am terrified of going to the dentist, so when I say First choice is amazing, I really mean it. They sit you down, really make you comfortable, explain everything as they go (or if you don’t want to know, will 100% distract you during the process) and are upfront with costs and options. I would rate 10 stars if I could.

It is by far the best dentist I have ever been to (I have been to multiple practices over the years due to moving areas). The staff are all so polite, friendly and gentle. Their process is extremely thorough, and they take time to carefully examine your dental and oral health. It is the most comprehensive dental examination I've ever had, and I feel completely comfortable and confident with my treatment plan. I would not hesitate to recommend First Choice Dental and plan to use them for years to come.

Negative experience: I was glad that they were able to fit me last minute for an appointment. My visit was great and was pleased with how everything went on the day. However their follow up has been a huge let down. I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks to hear back from this place. Was told on day of visit by Dr Salina that they were going to speak to Dr Henry regarding my case as there is a complication with getting my wisdom removed and they would get back to me. Waited a week. They called asking if i would like to go ahead with surgery. I had to query if they had spoken to Dr Henry as I'm not able to yes or no without all the info/knowledge. They had no idea about it and said they would follow up with Dr Henry and get back to me as soon as possible. It's been another week and still no update.

Fantastic experience: Putting off seeing a dentist for multiple years with a genuine fear from prior bad experiences, and putting up with years of pain waves with my wisdom tooth, I finally put on my big girl pants and booked in to see a dentist. Dr Henry noticed my discomfort amd nervousness, and made every effort to make me feel comfortable as did the dental assistants who are all so so kind, caring and lovely. Two days later I had my wisdom tooth removed and I felt as though I was in good hands with Dr Henry and his team. I can't thank them enough for their genuine care that I received by all. After avoiding the dentist for many years (due to less-than-pleasant experience), I finally mustered up the courage to book an appointment for myself with First Choice Dental Narellan when I accompanied my son for his appointment. Fantastic experience: I find it hard to be believe that I am giving 5 starts to a Dentist! I avoid going to the dentist due to issues with dentists delivering pain relief to me in the past. First Choice Dental managed to get the job done with ease. I went in for a molar removal and the process exceeded my expectations. The booking, consultation, procedure and follow up were exceptional. The work was done while I sat back with headphones on watching Netflix!!! I Could not recommend First Choice Dental enough.

Fantastic experience: My 4 year old had her very first dental appointment today and was understandably very nervous and scared. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome and smile by Nicole and she was quick to put my daughter at ease and let her know that she would have a balloon awaiting for her after her treatment. My daughter was seen by Shannon & Tiarne who went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and put on her favourite show to watch. Tiarne was amazing she made my daughter feel at ease and carefully explained and demonstrated what she was doing each step of the way which helped build trust with my daughter. After her checkup she provided thorough instructions on her teeth development and what to look out for. My daughter was given a goodies bag with junior oral care kit and some colouring pencils and received lots of praise for being so brave. When she came out Nicole presented her with a bravery certificate, lots of praise and a balloon. My daughter had the best experience and walked out telling me the dentist isn't scary at all. Thankyou to all the wonderful staff for providing a 5 star service! I will definitely be recommending First Choice Dental.

Fantastic experience: Today I visited this dental practice for my final Root Canal treatment with Dr Lyn... 100% recommend her, she is the kindest, more caring dentist I've ever come across. She passes zero judgement and genuinely cares about you and the treatment you need. My first ever, and hopefully my last experience with Root Canal treatment was made as pleasurable as possible by her and her assistants!

Positive experience: This is the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. Had my first visit here last week and I’ve never had my needs to attended to. They started the appointment asking me about what I would like to achieve from my appointment, what’s most important to me coming to a dentist, and how much detail I like when things are explained to me. The dentist took the time to explain every aspect of what needed and didn’t need to be done, and why. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because it is not a preferred private health provider so I had to pay quite a lot out of pocket and in the past I’ve never had to pay a gap for a check up and clean at a dentist

Fantastic experience: Just a Note: I am normally very apprehensive about my routine visits to the Dentist, But this was most defiantly NOT the case with my trip to First Choice Dental today. To say I had a satisfying experience with First Choice Dental, would be a massive understatement, this practice is located in Narellan. All the staff were so so friendly, respectful, and courteous , from minute one, they made me feel at ease, it was my first time visiting this practice. I got a tour from a extremely pleasant young lady, I also received a gift pack, it just added a personal touch. Not over priced either. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I took my two kids (8 and 10 Y/O) to first choice dental in Narellan yesterday for the second time and I have to say, each visit is more impressive and enjoyable than the last! They look after my baby’s better than I could ever hope for! Dr Tiarne is just incredible, she is kind, patient, caring, gentle, informative and thorougher every time! The practice is both professional, kid friendly and very clean! The kids always receive a special treat and leave with beautiful clean smiles beaming from ear to ear! Even after quite extensive treatment (deep cleans, protective coating and 7 fillings in one sitting ‍♀️) my daughter still said as we walked out “that dentist is the best dentist in the world mummy! Can we go there every time?” Special thank you to all the staff and especially the beautiful Lily on the front desk for making sure our visits are nothing short of wonderful and my kids are getting the best care possible for there oral hygiene and health

Fantastic experience: My daughter required urgent treatment and I wasn't able to have her seen to by her regular dentist, but was able to get her an appointment with First Choice Dental. As a result of their excellent patient care we will now use First Choice as our regular Dentist.

Fantastic experience: By far the best dental experience I have ever had. While I avoid going to the dentist for many reasons others can relate to, I felt coming into their care very comfortable. The procedures went smoothly. The staff are all so welcoming and wonderful. I think ive finally found a dentist that genuinely cares about the wellbeing of their patients. Highest quality of service with affordable prices.

Fantastic experience: First Choice Dental are fantastic! The entire team are friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable the moment you walk through the door. I personally had filings done a few months ago and Dr Henry suggested using a dentist rubber dam - this was awesome! Not having to worry about water, suction, etc. made it so much easier to sit through. They also provide plenty of options to help you remain calm during the appointment like watching Netflix, choice of music & noise cancelling headphones.

Negative experience: I am absolutely disgusted in first choice dental. I Had my Daughter booked for a clean at 4:50pm appointment. We Arrived at 5pm because of peak hour traffic and trouble finding parking and they turned us away for being 10 minutes late. Thanks for turning my 7 year old away first choice dental.
