Fantastic experience: Had a clean and scale at Prime smile Dental Clinic today as well as Zoom whitening to my lower teeth, I could not be happier with the dentist Lakshmi and her dental assistants so much care and great service. Excellent prices half price to new comers. I’m so happy with my results wish I’d done the Zoom whitening years ago. I’ll be back there tomorrow for 2 x fillings. Thank you ladies had my 2 fillings this afternoon took so much care to ensure my comfort it’s my permanent dentist now thank you. I have not been left waiting on either of my visits which is fantastic that they value my time as much as their own.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. Best dental service experience in SE Melbourne. The clinic itself is clean and well-maintained and has cozy ambience. Dr Perez is one of a kind. She has magical and gentle hands She explains well the procedure and very careful and meticulous in every treatment.

Negative experience: Worst experience the owner called my nephew a girl for crying after dentist (dr lakshmi) shoved a needle in his mouth and cut the inside of his cheek & gum. She said it is protocol to not tell kids they are getting a needle and was trying to do it with out letting him know, & cut him up instead. Then the owner comes in & says are you a girl or boy because boys don’t cry. Pathetic & horrible dentist clinic will never be returning. & if I do return it will be to re arrange the owners face!

I was warmly greeted by the dental assistant Ken very pleasant and could possibly sense my anxiety, she was keeping me distracted with a pleasant conversation whilst I waited for my appointment , I was then greeted by dr Perry she was also very kind and helpful though the procedure they both made me change my mind about the dentist ,made it as pain free and comfortable as they possibly could . They were very reasonable with pricing and was honest with their recommendations and steps going forward in future appointments . I highly recommend this clinic .
