The whole team at the clinic is lovely. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the positive experience. Fantastic experience: Everyone is a little nervous going to the dentist but the team at Robina Dental are very professional and made my experience comfortable. Fantastic experience: Jonathan was by far the best dentist we have ever had. I have been coming to the dentist for over 35 years and his kindness, consideration and empathy was exceptional. He listened to my concerns, gave me hands on and practical advice and took the extra time to fix a sensitivity issue I have having for years and although the treatment was something that was not booked in for, he took his time, was extremely perfectionistic with his delivery and did not make me feel rushed or worried. He has a calm and warm disposition and I found the experience overall to be extremely positive. My whole family (including a 4 year old and an 11 year old) left feeling cared for. We appreciate Jonathan so much and he has changed the way we perceive and see Dentists now… he has set the bar very high. Thankyou Jonathan you are a true asset to Robina Town Dental.

Negative experience: I went in to Robina Town Dental on the 16th of May, the Dentist was amazing, she treated me, gave me antibiotics, and referred me to a specialist. I never heard anything from the specialist so I called Robina Town Dental to follow up, Katie ensured me they had sent my referral and gave me the number of the specialist. When trying to call the specialist I could not get ahold of them, upon waiting some more time to hear from them I still had no contact from the specialist so I called Robina Town Dental again, and spoke with Katie. She ensured me once again they had sent my referral so I asked if I could please just be emailed all the information with my X-ray and referral letter. Katie was dismissive, and said I could have the specialists number I said yeah can you please email me all the information with my referral to which she just responds saying the specialists number so I ask a final time can you please email me my referral information she gets my email and sends me what I can only describe as a fake referral, just an unofficial email that I can only assume she wrote up herself and signed by a Dentist that didn’t even treat me with no X-ray. I responded again asking for my referral information to which I finally got an official referral letter and X-ray that was written by the actual Dentist that treated Me. When I eventually got a hold of the specialist it turned out they had not received my referral. I’m just disappointed by the Reception team being so unhelpful and dismissive. It’s not a great feeling.

Fantastic experience: I have only been to a dentist about five times in my 65 years. It was 11 years ago the last time I went. Today was a very good experience doctor Henry did an amazing job the lovely dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth ( for the first time I. Over 30 years was amazing. I am still petrified of the dentist but I will try very hard to do Six monthly visits from now on and I will definitely go back to this practice. From the receptionists to the hygienist and the dentist it was the best dental experience I have had. Thank you all and thank you for your understanding.

Fantastic experience: We had an emergency visit for my 5year old after a bike accident and the team were so accommodating and kind- getting us in last minute and making space for three kids in the room (school hols). Natalia was brilliant, compassionate and took time to help us to feel safe and at ease, and my five year old had a positive dental experience- even without much preparation! Thankyou for your time and expertise!

Negative experience: I had the worst customer service from the receptionist named Katie, I’m 30 weeks pregnant in pain booked an emergency appointment due to lack of sleep from tooth pain. Also looking for a new dentist in my area. She made me explain to her what was wrong then started to diagnose me like she was a dentist and embarrassed me in front of people in the waiting area. My health issues are private and only for the dentist to know. Not only that made me get up so many times to walk over to her. Mind you I’m pregnant and have tooth pain. She spoke so down to me like I was poor and wasn’t able to afford the service. My dentist was so helpful, caring and spoke to me with respect. He referred me to a specialist and said that Katie will print my referral out, she made me wait 20 minutes to tell me she will send it to me by email in 5 minutes. Just to not send it at all to me, I called the next day because I was still in pain and wanted to see the specialist, again talked down to me saying did you book a appointment with the specialist knowing that I didn’t have the referral letter. She is the most rudest person I have ever came across and I hope no one else experienced this, maybe because I was brown. The dentist was amazing and really wanted to make this place my dentist but Katie ruined my whole experience.

Fantastic experience: Our little one (4 yo) had an accident and knocked his teeth out today. From the receptionist on the phone, to the greeting in practice, through to Dr Ori’s consult, we could not have been better looked after. Dr Ori took her time to be kind to our son, explain things patiently to us, even drawing pictures and answering all of our questions. We now have the best chance of managing a very stressful situation in a way that our son still likes the dentist. Fantastic experience: Located in the Robina Town Centre on the upper level above Target, Robina Town Dental is one of the most friendly dental offices on the Gold Coast. I started going there about 3 years ago, and convinced my wife and young daughter to go as well. The dentists are all great but my personal favourite is Dr Emma Puschman. My daughter had to go in for a tooth extraction the other day. For a 7-year-old this could be a very daunting experience, but Emma walked her through the process in a kid friendly manner and continuously checked in on her to make sure she was comfortable. She even walked me through the process as she was going. And let me take a paparazzi photo. The fantastic dental assistant (sorry, I forgot her name) kept a close eye on my daughter when she wasn’t preparing dental instruments, making sure the movie on the screen was to her liking. When the procedure was over my daughter got a dentist goody bag and also got to pick out a free toy from a large basket. My daughter decided against the slime which she knew would not be welcomed in our house by her mum. The staff at the front desk are terrific as well, and made the pain of paying a dental bill a whole lot less (thanks to my private health it was free this time - Phew!). I’ll be honest it’s been awhile since I’ve actually gone. But the positive experience with my daughter will having me making another appointment for myself soon.

Negative experience: 24/01/2025. Waited 19 minutes for the phone to be answered. Explained I needed to book in a person with special needs who had previously been a patient. I was told they needed to be seen as a new patient due to the length of time it had been since they were last seen and offered a first available date 18 days away on 11 February 2025. I had explained that the person said their tooth felt big (indicating swelling) and they had bad breath (indicating infection). I would not recommend any dentist office that does not accommodate special needs people who often cannot identify the issue. I wanted to return to the same place the special needs person had previously been but to expect someone to wait 18 days is unacceptable when there is a clear issue and not just a routine appointment, as is taking nearly twenty minutes to answer the phone.

Fantastic experience: I just can’t recommend Robina Town Dental enough! We had a dental emergency and when I called, the team were able to accommodate us immediately! Our Dentist was wonderful explaining everything that was happening and was so quick! No pain - totally seamless! Very happy with the cost especially considering how quickly we were able to get in and the level of expertise and care. 10 out 10 double thumbs up!!!

Negative experience: Poor customer service. Receptionist was rude and dismissive and the information provided regarding appointment type and price was different to what was provided over the phone the day earlier.

Fantastic experience: We had such a great experience here. Thank you to all the beautiful staff who helped me when my 2 year old daughter had a dental emergency. The team were so kind, compassionate and helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: I have never been spoken to so badly and treated with disdain like this place!!! Really terrible, do not recommend anyone to come to this place. Service at the lowest level there is and contempt for people whose English is less good. Arrogant racist secretaries and behavior that does not respect customers. Just terrible terrible terrible. Terrible service, they called me to cancel an appointment to treat some teeth literally half a day before the treatment claiming that the doctor could not come. In addition, the first time when they answered me they put me on hold for 16 minutes without saying anything, I decided to hang up and get back to them again, at that time they simply denied any connection to the previous call and said they didn't receive it. Here are proofs.

She was gentle, gave me breaks during the cleaning, and did a thorough job, including X-rays, without rushing. The admin team was also fantastic, clearly explaining how my Bupa insurance would cover everything. I can’t recommend Dr. Oriza and the clinic enough. Thank you!

Negative experience: They destroyed the roots of my teeth. I had orthodontic treatment and as a result I suffered 50 percent root loss. When I complained I was told that it was my fault because of my genetics. They said that in 20 years all my teeth will fall out. They didn't even say sorry. They are monsters. Stay away. I am experiencing pain and discomfort in my teeth every day and it is all their fault. Stay away from them.

Fantastic experience: I've had a toothache for a few weeks now and after seeing one dentist who couldn’t find the problem we was referred by some friends to Robina Town Dental.. After attending the Robina Hosiery emergency department we made an appointment early in the next morning and they immediately arranged for me to see the dentist at 11:20am. Dr. Oriza Laprea was very professional and caring, she explained everything and fixed my tooth ache very carefully. All of the team are great!! We just moved from South Australia to the Gold Coast and were lucky to find a good dental clinic that we think is the best. Our family will continue to come here. thank you for an amazing service.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional! I booked an online appointment in the afternoon for the following day, received a sms immediately to confirm the booking to which I replied yes. When I finished work I had a missed call and voicemail wanting to confirm the appointment and a sms to say the appointment had been cancelled as they were unable to speak with me to confirm the appointment that I had already confirmed. By the time I received this they were closed. This has now inconvenienced me as I had to rearrange my work day in order to attend the appointment that is now cancelled due to an extreme lack of common sense!

I am a nervous dental patient (previous dental trauma) and Alistair is always kind and makes the experience so easy as he goes above and beyond with the dental care he provides. Fantastic experience: The best dentist on the Gold Coast!. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable, I have seen a few dentists and they are all incredible. Took my daughter in and they kept her entertained for me whilst I had a clean done, they go above and beyond. Highly recommend ❤️

Negative experience: Took our daughter for treatment and a few days later she was experiencing pain so I took her back the following week to get the tooth checked out. We were told that the dentist will not re do the filling and that we need to go and see a specialist which will end up costing us more money on top of what they had already had from us. When I mentioned this to the dentist, I was told that it may be costly and that she will not personally touch that tooth again as she feels that my daughter was getting upset.... within a week, our invoice went from $600 to $985 and this isn't including the cost of the specialist. I called to ask them about the fees and the receptionist Caitlyn I believe was her name, was rude and very patronising and tried to tell me that the $600 invoice was from last year even though I had it right in front of me. Avoid going to this dentist. Do not give them your money.

Fantastic experience: We have been taking our 5 year old daughter here for a couple of years now, such a great team, they always make her and us feel so comfortable.

Fantastic experience: This practice is so friendly and comforting! I hate the dentist but Dr Henry is excellent! He doesn't push to spend $$ but gives options & quotes for what could be done. He is clear, concise and has such a kind & gentle bedside manner. All of the staff have a very warm and genuine presence. Fantastic experience: I usually don’t leave reviews but I just had to for this practice, the women who work here are just lovely. Both the admin, dental assistants and dentists. They just have such a lovely, welcoming demeanour. I was running late for my appointment and rushed in, and one of the ladies behind the desk offered me a bottle of water, a small but such a kind gesture. Dr Lancaster is an amazing dentist. So friendly and caring and you can just tell she is super bright and really cares about her job. All of the staff just seem like lovely people and it makes all the difference in the world when using a service like a dentist. Would recommend this place 100%!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been been going to Robina Town Dental for over 35 yrs. John had been my dentist for all those years. I’m a scaredy cat when it comes to going to the dentist. So I’m generally only there when something has gone wrong. Yesterday, I was introduced to a new dentist, it’s been a very long time since that happened. I’m so happy having Dr Bianca Large and Sarah her assistant. These Two where like twins or life long friends the way they worked together in sync and harmony. Always advising me before anything was going to happen. Dr Large would even explain if there might be some discomfort what it would feel like and why it was happening. This made me feel so relieved throughout my service. The after procedure explanation and possible outcomes was very detailed. This carried through to the lovely receptionist. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Robina Town Dental. I have been a patient for quite a few years and my children also attend the clinic. The facilities are always fresh and clean. The reception staff are kind and friendly. And the dentists are amazing!! I have to highly recommend Dr Simone Lancaster she is absolutely amazing at what she does and so kind and friendly. They are also so very accommodating when I have to bring my little ones with me. Highly highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Robina Town Dental for years and the whole team have always been amazing. Recently I needed root canal treatment and I appreciated that they were able to urgently treat me. I also have to give a big shout out the the very caring dental assistant Annie who was able to keep me calm during my treatment. Her empathy and compassion was invaluable.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist! I havent been to a dentist in an extremely long time, these ladies from the moment I called were so lovely and kind and helpful I didn't know what was wrong I was just going through alot of pain and they made me feel so comfortable, immediately made me feel safe and like I could trust them with my life, they were literally the best group of girls I have met, it was like going into a luxury salon the way they treated me it was a beautiful very appreciated experience, unfortunetly my son was off school for the day and they even took care of him while I was in there and let him decorate their Christmas tree, my boy is very wise and we both walked out of there with the biggest smiles on our face, they kept giving me pain relief to make sure I didn't feel any pain they were so caring and gentle and spoke to me every bit of the way making sure I was ok, I can't thankyou enough ladies at robina town dental, I now want to spend all my hard earned money on the dentist instead of wasting it on shopping and ect...u guys really changed my mind about the dentist.. (best thing is they are soo very cheap and let me know the amount before proceeding even though it was an emergency) thankyou so much with all my heart for everything today! x

Fantastic experience: I have to write this review because i have just had the most exceptional experience with this clinic. From speaking with Louise on the phone who was able to book my emergency in on the same day, to literally walking in the door and waiting the time it takes to fill in the form to be seen. The dentist lady and dentist assistant nurse who i wish i could remember their names, because they were both so professional yet made me feel so comfortable and like i had been visiting them for years when in fact this was my first experience with the clinic. Fast, efficient, and so likeable….. Very reasonable price and no pushey xrays or extras… Just to the point! I couldnt recommend this surgery and its staff more highly to anyone. It is incredibly hard to find a good family dentist and now i have, i will scream it from the rooftops Thankyou to everyone i encountered today. The service was outstanding.

Fantastic experience: A very clean professional experience through-out. Louise helped me locate the practise through directions on the phone and I was welcomed with a nice smile from herself and Alicia. I waited briefly until I was escorted and introduced to to Nataliya and her assistant Julia. They both made me very comfortable and did a very thorough job whilst making friendly conversation where possible. The closest I could come to enjoying a trip to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are absolutely wonderful they made my daughters first dentist visit a fun experience. I would highly recommend Robina town dental for young children.
