Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for a couple of years now and the experience is always good. Friendly staff and Benson the dentist is a star. I’ve had two crowns in the last 6 months & each have taken only 2 hours with a break in between while the crown is made on site. No issues afterwards either. Highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Complete Dental are a very professional outfit - I can honestly say I always feel I’m in safe hands with them. I’ve been impressed over the years with their thorough approach to dealing with whatever issue I bring to them. The method they use (text message in my case), to keep contact re upcoming appointments is excellent. Rescheduling, if needed, is always easily accomodated. They use a robust schedule of regular checkups that give me confidence that my teeth are in the best condition possible.

I've just had some major dental work done and I saw Tyrone who always puts me at ease and there is never any pain with any procedure. Although he always asks me to let him know if there is pain. I'd like to give a special shout out to Ocean and Naomi on the reception team. They are so friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I found Complete Dental to be an amazing experience from beginning to end. The receptionist was very efficient and Dr Benson answered all my questions and queries very thoroughly. He was also able to take photos of my teeth whilst I was sitting in the chair and project the images onto the television screen above my head so that I could see any areas in my mouth that needed attention. I would definitely recommend this surgery to anyone seeking an attentive and caring dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Complete Dental Elanora for many years as I lived on Gold Coast. Since moving to Bundaberg (13 yrs) I have travelled from Bundaberg twice yearly to keep Dental appointments and visit with friends. This has now had to come to an end as it is more difficult to travel etc. On my latest visit I said goodbye to my friends at Complete Dental and thanked them for looking after me over the years. They are amazing dentists and I will have difficulty finding another so caring & professional at reasonable prices.God Bless you all and thanks again for caring for me.‍♀️

Reception contacted me by mobile phone and was very friendly and efficient. Dr Benson and his assistant were professional and kept me informed whilst in the chair with what he was doing. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Complete Dental for about 15 years. The receptionists have always been extremely happy and helpful. The dentists I have been to both Tyrone and Benson have been very professional and explain everything in terms I can understand and if I don’t they produce photos. I am a not fan of going to the dentist like most people but I feel comfortable with the team at complete dental hence why I have been going there for so many years.

Fantastic experience: Tyronne and Alice are excellent dentists - I've been going to them for years and years and all their dental work holds up 100% to wear and tear. They quote first and stick to their quotes - they tell it like it is. Fair dinkum legends imo.

Fantastic experience: My unusual reason for a five star review... I've been using Complete Dental for years now — Dr. Tyrone Chen. The main reason is that Tyrone built a machine that cleans teeth extremely well — no scraping and polishing. It's gentle but highly effective. Two weeks ago, after a consultative process, I had my remaining two wisdom teeth removed (upper & lower left side). All went well, and Courtney even called me the following day to check up on me. The main reason for the removal was the lower wisdom tooth causing problems for the molar in front. I knew I had to return today to have a filling for that tooth, as well as my check up and clean. Again, all good. But during the clean, my porcelain crown came off and Tyrone saw the tooth underneath had decay problems. He fixed me all up, and recemented my crown. I wasn't really aware of everything that had happened, as my jaws had been numbed. As a result, I had a higher-than-expected bill. In a rush to leave to pick up my son from school, I paid but made the comment that I wasn't expecting such a high bill. The receptionist managed to say, "oh really", before I was out the door. When I had chance to view the itemised bill, I realised all of the extra work Tyrone had to do, and understood the totals. Again, all good. What really made the difference was Tyrone called me 2 hours later, presumably when he'd finished his appointments. He told me the receptionist had told him that I wasn't happy with the bill, and offered to credit the extra work. I explained what had happened and there was no need to do that. I'm happy and I understand what I paid for. I applaud the receptionist (sorry I don't know her name) for letting Tyrone know what had happened. And having had Tyrone call me made all the difference in the world. He not only made a teeth-cleaning machine that's better for his patients while getting outstanding results, he obviously cares enough about each and every patient including me, to ensure we're always happy. Well, I am happy and I really feel the love from the entire team at Complete Dental. It's highly unusual to get this level of service from anyone these days. Thanks to you all!

Rang in 1st thing in the morning with seeing an emergency appointment after breaking my top front tooth and getting it removed. Then they sorted out a temporary tooth plate as i was starting my new role on the following Monday and my appearance needed to be tip top. This was done at a great effort and timing. Awesome Dental practice with excellent understanding Dentist. Awesome.

Fantastic experience: I have the highest regard for staff at Complete Dental. Courtney is always bright, cheerful and facilitative. Dr Anna Kang is always welcoming, cheerful and extremely competent in her dental procedures. I do not look after my teeth as well as Anna wants me to. Anna guides and advises me to improve my flossing and brushing in a very helpful way. I have the highest admiration for Anna in trying to help me. I commend and recommend Anna very highly.
