Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at GlenSmile. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Dr. Sarath and Dr.Sachin both was gentle, explained everything clearly, and took great care during my and entire family all major dental needs including check-up and cleaning. The clinic was clean and modern, and I never felt rushed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dentist.

Negative experience: I visited the Glensmiles today morning on Glenwaverly and it was a tooth filling. First one of the lady doctors said that she has to take an X-ray . I was ok with that decision and then I asked how much is the cost and doctor said $220.00. I agreed to that and started to do the filling. While doing the filling the doctor has to stop few times as she couldn’t find the tools in the room. She said sorry for that and there’s no tools in that room but the whole time I had to open my mouth wide and it was very hard to open and really hurt when I come home until the next day. Then she put 2 big injections and started to drill. While drilling too she had to run to the other rooms and it takes nearly 45 minutes and in the end when I went to the reception the lady asked $310.00 and I said I am sorry the lady doctor showed me the screen and said $220.00 and I wasn’t ready for that much for one tooth filling. Then the lady went to the room and asked the doctor and came back and said it’s $310.00 as doctor took X-ray and injections. But doctor already knew when I first asked how much as she was looking at the X-ray and said the price. I wasn’t ready very disappointed and because of the 2 big injections and opened mouth wide results the mouth pain and discomfort.

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Eranda at the end of 2023 for root canal treatment after an accident in which my front two teeth were knocked out and needed to be re-implanted. Recently had an XR with another Dentist and was told the teeth are going strong and the initial procedure must have been done really well. Really appreciate the time, effort and care that Dr Eranda put into my treatments, a fantastic dentist!

Negative experience: Rang for an urgent appt and was told by receptionist that she would contact the Dr and get back to me. I rang about 2hrs later to enquire only to be told again that she was not able to speak to the Dr. Rang again and was given the same answer and by then it was too late to contact anyone else as all the Dentists was closed or fully booked. Had I known earlier of no appt available I would have rung around for an appt. Now i have to wait till tomorrow to fix my tooth. Very disappointed with Glen Smiles Glen Waverley. Would have to look for a new family dentist for all future treatment.

Negative experience: Would not recommend this place at all. Had a tooth filling from this place. Didn’t complete it well at the first instance and had to redo it twice. I did a general dental clean up and realised that it had it been filled incorrectly and had to remove my teeth as a result. Please avoid this place at any cost.

Fantastic experience: I visited Glen Smiles as a new patient today and had a fantastic experience! The staff were lovely and my dentist did a thorough check up, which included in-house x-rays. My dentist made evidence-based suggestions on how to improve my dental health, as well as provide advice on simple lifestyle factors to maintain oral hygiene. The Spotify playlist was on-point too!

Negative experience: Customer service is truly appalling. The old lady who is at the reception does not show any professionalism towards the patients. She’s very disorganised and on several occasions she has messed up my appointments /bookings after I have received confirmation via SMS. She also made the patient’s wait in line until she finished a personal phone call by booking her Mercedes for a service, or finishing up a phone call with one of her friends. The dentists at GlenSmiles are very professional and extremely good at what they do. Its sad that all their hardwork gets diminished by their incompetent administration staff.

Fantastic experience: In the past i had 2 x implants done in Thailand by very good Dentist however by recommendation i had a third one done by Sarath it cost the same as Thailand except i did not have to travel to Thailand. I needed Straumann for a brand and he was able to provide this at an attractive price, His work was excellent and his customer service was impeccable. Its two years now and i have no regrets. Since then i recommended my nephew to have an implant as he broke his tooth in sport, He was shocked at the high calibre of work and service .I wouldn't hesitate to give a man a higher recommendation. He is very honest and caring.
