Fantastic experience: I recently went to Bupa Dental South Melbourne and I had a very positive experience. The team is very friendly and accommodating with everything. Dr Shivani is an amazing dentist who was very professional with the treatment and provided expert dental advice on my dental concerns. Overall, the entire experience was very pleasant and the procedure was pain free. I would highly recommend Dr Shivani!

Fantastic experience: Never a problem here. I have a 6 monthly check up and everyone is always great to deal with. Special mention to Debbie Ha, who is without a doubt the best oral health therapist on earth. She is great at her job and just such a wonderful person as well. I look forward to going to the dentist because of her.

Fantastic experience: I had a really positive orthodontic experience with Dr. James Lailah. From the start, he was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to, which helped ease my nerves. He clearly explained the entire fixed braces process, answered all my questions, and gave me realistic, helpful advice on how to achieve the results I was after within the timeframe I had in mind. I also really appreciated how flexible he was with scheduling, which made appointments easy to manage. I felt well taken care of throughout the process and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great orthodontist.

Negative experience: Never completed my Invisalign treatment even though they took over the previous clinic which includes current clients. Followed up with them several times. Withheld my retainers from me, never got my promised whitening service. Poor communication and 0 accountability. Look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: First customer & very happy. A check and clean was done very well and really time efficient. No issues and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Bonus as a BUPA member it cost me $0!

Negative experience: What an absolute scam! I was quoted $550 for two small fillings. The procedure was less than 30 minutes, start to finish, and no anesthetic was used. When I questioned whether there was anesthetic in the quote, their reply was, "The quote does indeed include local anesthetic as all patients are numbed to get fillings." They refuse to refund the amount for the anesthetic that was not supplied. I now have to pay to obtain my dental records from them so I can visit another provider.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice for ten months (they were known as Clearly Dental when I started). My experience with them has always been extremely positive. I have seen Dr Debbie, Dr Shivani and Dr Julianne. All of them are very attentive and helpful. They never try to swindle you into a procedure you don't need, and try to solve the issue as best and as affordable as they can. They get straight to the point and give you clear and simple recommendations to maintain your dental health. Great experience and I'm glad they are my regular dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: I just had my first checkup and cleaning at Bupa South Melbourne, and after a nightmare experience last year at a different place, I was so relieved to have a positive one this time. Julianna (or Julia – I’m terrible with names) and her assistant were fantastic. They listened to all my concerns, offered great advice, and most importantly, didn’t cause any pain or mess. It was evident that Julianna made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. It was an experience that actually made going to the dentist feel much less scary. I never google review but had to on this occasion. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Shivani! She has been my regular dentist for the last few years after being recommended by friends. Dr Shivani is very caring, explains things well and takes the time to do a good job with her dental work. I highly rate her as my regular dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr. James and the team have been amazing....I'm a recently new customer and after a less than ideal experience(s) with my past dentist of over 3 years, I sought a second opinion on several issues. Thankfully after a lot of explanation, diagnostics and procedures to rectify the past problems, I'm very happy to report that my serious issues now appear to be in the rear view mirror. Prices are also very reasonable, premises are high tech, clean and comfortable. All the staff are very attentive and helpful....the added bonus is the constant "spot on time" in which appointment s begin, a rarity in the medical industry!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr James Lailah by a friend who was really grateful of his gentle nature. I am incredibly fearful of dentists because I have very sensitive teeth. I get very anxious just to have my teeth cleaned. After my consult with Dr Lailah, he recommended me to Debbie Ha their hygienist who uses a special machine for people who are sensitive. Amazing experience with this machine. I felt at ease & appreciated her gentle & reassuring way. Highly recommend this dental clinic. I have been impressed by everyone working there

Fantastic experience: I recently had a clean with Debbie and fillings with Dr James. As a nervous patient, I am usually hesitant about going to the dentist but my experience was great. I felt very safe in their hands! I didn't feel a thing, and the treatment was over before I knew it.

Fantastic experience: We've been loyal patients of the clinic since 2013 when they were Freedom Dental, and we've experienced nothing but the best from everyone working there now. We're grateful to be in good hands, especially with Dr James Lailah, Izzy, Connie, Kat and the rest of the team at Clearly Dental.

Negative experience: I have been going to this dentistry for the last 5 years when it was known as freedom dental, around 7 months ago I had dental bonding done on my front tooth and all was good. I was told I have a 12 month warranty with the filling that was done and if there was any repairs or complications that needed to be done during that period it would be covered and free of charge. The filling chipped while I was eating something quite soft so I made an appointment to get the filling repaired (as is was still under my warrantee period it should have been free to fix the chip) Since my last visit it seems the business has been bought out by Clearly Dental and no longer goes by the name Freedom Dental. I had the tooth repaired and the charged me full price for it. Not happy at all, I was told I had a 12 month warranty when the filling was done 7 months ago yet I was charged for the price of a brand new filling.

Fantastic experience: My experience with them after 4 years is amazing. I was a bit apprehensive about going to them after seeing these flurry of bad reviews. But then again, not every situation or customers are the same. Very pleasant support staff and those front desk customer service were welcoming as always.

Negative experience: I chose Freedom a few years ago for their reputation with patients with dental anxiety. Staff, Dentist, Nurses, and office space were all perfect for someone with dental anxiety, and my previous experiences were positive. Things have changed. I attended for treatment today, was in pain and visibly anxious. Dentist was not ideal for someone who requires a gentle approach. He wasn’t great at listening or reassurance and I regret not leaving before I sat in the big chair. It was an upsetting and unpleasant experience and I won’t be back. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: The girl at the reception who claimed to be Kat/Kate/Catherine was absolutely rude and unprofessional. She really needs a lot of customer service training. Honestly, I'm very sad to have to give this place a one star only because of her. Otherwise, everyone else are really nice. It seems to me that she's always tired if working there. It's as if she is hating her job. But please don't take your anger out on your customer all the time, it's highly unprofessional and really impolite :(

Negative experience: Had Invisalign treatment here, when I came to my final review I told the dentist my teeth started separating between the first two teeth and I now had a large gap in my two front teeth. I was told I wasn’t wearing my aligner properly without any other information and required to pay an extra $1,000 to fix the gap in the teeth after already paying $7,000. When I attempted to rebook to have a second review and scan I was given some new dentist who had no idea what was going on. She said it was my fault I didn’t keep in touch during my Invisalign journey even though we were in lockdown and weren’t allowed to go for cosmetic reasons, I even told her I wore the Invisalign 22 hours a day only took out for eating and changed weekly as advised and when I did call the clinic during the process I was told only emergency cases were allowed to see dentist. It’s honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced and feel like I wasted $7,000. STAY AWAY, I’ve honestly spent over $10k here as I had wisdom teeth removed and did check ups previously and this is how they treat a loyal patient. Their customer service has gone downhill

Fantastic experience: Just finished my braces treatment with Dr James, super happy with the results. It's a great environment, with kind and caring staff.

Negative experience: Currently, appalling service. I have an emergency situation with a broken underwire from my Invisalign. Responsibility is not being taking by the clinic. After being a long time patient it’s disappointing that Freedom Dental won’t support me with this issue, particularly as it is time sensitive and I am in pain. Hopefully this can be rectified. I will update this review in due course.

Negative experience: I was told my case was considered an emergency, I could get help during lockdown but kept having all of my appointments constantly cancelled. I understand that things get cancelled during lockdowns however my condition continued to worsen over time and was causing a lot of stress. The appointments would get cancelled very last minute. I would then rebook for the following month and the process kept happening. I was telling the staff that I was starting experience pain. They told me my case was no longer considered an emergency, to just rinse my mouth with salt water and to monitor the situation until my next appointment. Guess what happened the appointment got cancelled This was happening since June I couldn't wait anymore as I was concerned for my health. I ended up contacting another dental clinic and they took me in straight away and helped me (that's how URGENT this case was) I wouldn't recommend them unless if you want to go through a lot of stress and not get taken seriously

Negative experience: Trusted & Reliable? Dr John Hagiliassis & Freedom Dental are parting ways. A poorly managed PR process that is allowing their patients to get caught up in their affairs. Can't even rely on the practice manager to return calls and or emails. As the TV commercial would say 'Not Happy Jan'

Negative experience: I have been a long time patient. I had all dental work done here. I had invisiline here and had a veneer. Until recent experience I would have recommended freedom. My veneer which I had fitted a little over a year ago, came off over a month ago. I called immediately to get it fixed. I was told they would call back with an appointment. I called back after they did not contact me. Over a month later no appointment. I've arranged to go somewhere else, and now 4 days before Xmas my veneer came out and I didn't know. I believe I swallowed it but don't know. Basically my opinion is that a veneer should last more than a year. Not come out while eating a basic sandwich. And when someone has an issue with work done, you should probably try to fix it. I would have not posted this review had done even the slightest to fix my issue. Overall incompetence is the only thing I can say.

Negative experience: I have contacted Freedom on two occasions to attempt to schedule a consultation for Invisalign. On occasion one, I filled in the online form, including detail around when I would like to be contacted and exactly what I was looking for- I received no communication from Freedom. A month later I called them to schedule a consultation. I was abruptly told by the receptionist I would have to see Dr John and she didn't have access to his calendar so someone would need to call me back- no problem.. if it actually happened. With communication practices this poor, I can only imagine what the quality of care is like, especially after reading some of the recent reviews.

Negative experience: This place is a scam. I have made payment, around six thousands dollars to this clinic. At the start, they were very on the spot, but now that I am almost at the end of the payment plan, they neglect me, and always push my appointment to an unforeseeable time without a reasonable reason, even though my treatment is nowhere near completion. My Dentist was Dr Tina Raj. She is always unavailable, and even if I book an appointment 2 months ahead, she will cancel last minute, and ask me to reschedule 2 months later without considering my availabilities and my dental needs. Then, 2 months later, they cancel again. Same reason, Dr Tina is not available, no other dental practitioners (not even an oral health practitioner), and they never follow up on my request. The receptionist lady even hung up on me when I pleaded to see other dentists. This has occurred heaps and heaps of time! Could this be because I have almost finished my payment plan, so I am neglected now? Avoid this place at all costs! They seem very nice at the start, but once they get your money, you will not get the service you have paid for. The way they run the business is a complete disgrace to the dental profession. I believe that Australian Dental Association must take action against them!

Fantastic experience: I just wanna say how happy I am with my new smile, thanks to Dr James. No better feeling then removing your braces. Everyone, from the Doctors, Nurses and staff were amazing, easy going, helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend Freedom Dental to anyone who are wanting to improve their smile. Negative experience: I would not recommend Freedom Dental. I am so disappointed in the level of service (or lack thereof) I’ve received from them- even after spending a lot of $$$$. My dentist left the clinic earlier this year and since then my experience has been disappointing. I am extremely disappointed with my Invisalign. The dentist now only works one day a month which has significantly delayed my treatment - often I don’t even see him and therefore he has no visibility over my progress. What’s worse is that I have voiced my concerns and have heard no response back from the practice manager - I’ve followed up at least three times to get things resolved and have been told the practice manager is “too busy and he will get back to me”. That was about six weeks ago and still nothing. The experience with Freedom Dental has caused me a lot of stress. I spent a lot of money on my Invisalign case and have been left unhappy with my results and my experience at Freedom Dental. I’ve ended up transferring to another dentist and am so happy that I did. Don’t bother going to Freedom Dental. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist to anyone. My review is consistent with others.

Negative experience: Once they get you in and a plan in place it becomes about how fast they can get the procedures done atleast that was my personal experience with Dr John. Every single procedure was rushed and as a consequence I've had issues with every filling and root canal treatment done by Dr John. On one occasion he did 3 deep fillings in one 30 minute session and as a result one tooth had the nerve damaged and I suffered through a week of excruciating pain before I was seen by another dentist at freedom, who after assessing my teeth by tapping on them prescribed me mouth wash and antibiotics although I told him I was in 10/10 pain, I consequently ended up at the dental hospital to have the damage rectified, my partner who was also a patient of Dr John has experienced the exact same issues with her teeth and one of the root canal treatments became infected and apparently freedom dental can't rectify it although she is in excruciating pain because they don't have the appropriate equipment and they referred her to a specialist at her own cost which is around another $2300.

Negative experience: Shameful: they made me paid upfront for a treatment that took 3 times the estimated duration, now I've relocated overseas and although they promised to finalise my treatment, they have stopped all communication. They won't send my file nor assist in finalising my treatment. The reception has a great communication, turns out it's all fake. I'm now initiating a VCAT application, if more patients are unsatisfied I'm happy to share information and doing a joint hearing.

Negative experience: I got Invisalign from them. Lots of money later and lots of ongoing issues, I am still fighting with them to get my treatment done. They keep telling me about this internal issue they have with one of their doctors… Not my problem. I just want the treatment I paid for to be carried out without all this stress!! Wouldn’t recommend Freedom dental to anyone. Unless you want to stress out ALOT. Last, dealing with the reception is one of the worse experiences I have had.

Negative experience: I have my Invisalign treatment here. Dentists Toe and Debbie are friendly. My two stars are for these two ladies. my appointments were cancelled several times in the past year. Totally understand the lockdown policy, but no one from the clinic gave me follow up call. I rang numerous times to follow up, every time I was told I would be given a follow up call. This morning after nearly one month waiting, I gave the clinic a call again, then I was told Dr John is still reviewing my treatment plan. Seriously ? after one month? Then the clinic told me they couldn’t guarantee when I could get the reply. My treatment is suppose to finish within 18 months, but now nearly 30months. Very disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Have been going here for many years now, always top notch quality services provided. I travel a fair bit to get here but it's worth it. My routine check up and clean this morning was such a welcoming and informative experience that I felt the need to leave a review. Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Meet dr. James Lailah at Freedom, our family dentist! He’s such a great dentist, he knows his stuff, very friendly and extremely patient (esp. with kids). Will never see another dentist, that’s how good he is!! And Freedom Dental is awesome in term of service, you won’t be dissapointed for sure!

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with my treatment in Freedom Dental with Dr.James. I have got problematic teeth that need a lot of attention. And Dr.James did his best - he installed the crown so professionally that you can’t even see that it’s crown - it looks like real tooth. I’m so happy with his attention to every detail and always good mood! Ladies assistants are so good as well, always smiling and giving the feeling of calmness. Highly recommend this place

Negative experience: Avoid Freedom Dental at all costs if you are considering Invisalign. I had an initial invisalign scan of my teeth in July. Due to lockdown I came back in early october to have fillings done and was told my aligners would arrive in 2 weeks. I was then told they would be fitted on 9 November, this was then changed last minute to 21 November, then changed last minute to 7 December and now I have received a call to say they need to reschedule because the aligners haven't arrived. This time I haven't even been given a reschedule date as no one at the clinic knows what's going on and they will need to call me back. I paid them $8,500 months ago and the level of service I have received is appalling. Im at the point of requesting a refund so that I can go and find a different dentist who actually does invisalign and doesn't just take your money and play games. PLEASE AVOID!

Negative experience: I do not recommend for Invisalign. I’m still not happy with my teeth on completion of the full course and my teeth where not crazy bad to begin with, I just had couple slightly out of line top and bottom front. After finishing the treatment I went back in a number of times to advise that my top teeth keep moveing during the day when I’m not wearing my top night aligner, each time they just put a punch in the aligner to help push the main problem tooth back, which did nothing. On my last trip I went in and they advised I could get a further number of trays for free as part of the Invisalign process to fix this issue and they would enquire on my behalf, they then advised that the timeframe for this had passed and my only option was to pay thousands of dollars to do a lite case Invisalign treatment again or some other similar treatment they are now offering. I still have and wear the top aligner at night so it’s not because I lost it or through any fault of my own but my teeth are still no better. I have a wire on the bottom. I feel like they stuffed me around on so many visits until the timeframe for the extra aligner had passed and then did not care and wanted more money to fix the issue, an issue that could have been fixed with the extra retainers. This is not to mention that when they advised about their own similar treatment they did a 3D scan and knocked my bottom teeth wire off one of my teeth, by the time I went back into get this attached the teeth had moved slightly out of line also. I’m not worried about the bottom ones but every time I look at a photo I’m not happy with my top teeth and feel if I had gone elsewhere they would have sorted this with Invisalign at no extra cost to me.

Fantastic experience: I have had such a positive experience at Freedom Dental. Dr Tina and her team are so friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to get treatment from. They have made my procedures very comfortable and I'm now confident I have found the dentist for me.

Negative experience: Went in for a clean and check up on Saturday. Been coming here for the last five years and will definitely be my last. The clean was not thorough at all and was rushed. I normally see Dr Tina who does a great job but the guy i was booked in with today wasn't interested.

Fantastic experience: Previous to finding freedom I went to the same dentist for 30 years. I researched extensively knowing whoever I found had big shoes to fill. Oh my, did freedom fill these shoes. I cannot speak highly enough. Easy to find. All staff are genuinely the nicest people you will ever meet - not forced like other places. Their reputation precedes them. Can’t fault the work of any of the dentists - from whitening to check ups to Invisalign replacement. Appointments are quick and easy to make, followed with a courtesy follow up phone call. The moment you walk in you feel at ease. Not only because of the staff who always greet you with a smile, but the ambience created by their marvellous candles. Never have I been to a dentist who gives you a gift when you leave. I can honestly say they are the strongest and nicest smelling candles ever. Jo Malone eat your heart out. Cannot speak highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I recently have just finished my invisalign treatment and I honestly could not be happier with the results, I had debated getting this treatment for months and had visited a number of dentists who recommended different time scales of invisalign and I wasn’t convinced however when I visited freedom, from the moment I entered I felt completely at ease, the girls recommended a treatment plan and showed me what my teeth would look like when finished which was amazing to see so early on!! This is what swayed me to pick freedom & I am so so glad I did! I now finally love my smile & have already recommended to friends and family! Also their prices are extremely good too!! Fantastic experience: First of all, im not normally one to leave a review but for Freedom Dental I feel like I have too. Ive been to quite a few dentists over the past few years and whilst all of them have been okay, it always felt like they HAD to be finished within 10 minutes ontop of them somehow only saying things along the lines of "we have to do this" without their apparently being any other alternatives. I saw Dr James B at freedom and he walked me through every single concern/thought he came across, he was open honest and straight to the point. It actually felt like I was seeing a friend, as opposed to someone waiting to press the buzzer for the next appointment to come in. He did a fantastic job, he was knowledgable and most importantly (to me) is that he explored every avenue I could take in regards to my teeth. Without a doubt, ill definitely be seeing him again soon.

Especially Molly upon as she made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. Debbie as my oral hygienist was knowledgeable and helpful and the dentist Tina was extremely professional. Fantastic experience: I have been a regular patient for 2 years at Freedom Dental now. I was a very nervous dental patient and hence neglected my dental health for many years prior to that. A family friend recommended Dr Boon to me and that has changed my life. He is so gentle and caring and I have never felt so comfortable with a health professional. It also helps that he can switch between English and Chinese to help me understand my treatment. I also went in for a few complimentary follow ups and he is always very patient with me. Thank you again Freedom Dental and Dr Boon. I smiled a lot at my 60th birthday with my new smile!

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Freedom Dental for both Invisalign and Botox. I couldn't recommend Dr Tina and Teo highly enough.

Positive experience: My partner went in a month ago in hopes for a wisdom teeth removal, however this was delayed as the general anaesthesia company had been liquidated. This was out of their control, which was understandable. However, she was charged twice even though we’ve requested and made sure with them that no further payment would be taken out. Even though Freedom dental said payment was out of their control, they shouldn’t have made false promises at the start. Furthermore, they’ve said that they will let us know early a date for a surgery, but even after two weeks of waiting, there was still no news (keep in mind, that freedom dental had already secured another anaesthesia company). Now, we’ve decided to go to another dentist, and she had just wasted a month of waiting and dealing with her toothache with false hopes. It doesn’t matter how professional you are, or how friendly you may sound. If you can’t deliver on your promises, that’s not just not on. Edit: After a month of resolution, we found another dentist. However, Joanne the manager had took matters into her own hands and did her best to resolve the Denti-care payment conundrum. Thanks Joanne.

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience I have ever had!! I broke a front tooth late at work, I called and was booked in straight away, parked easily and was seen with not too long a wait ....after 20 minutes in the chair I walked out with my tooth fixed and options for an ongoing permanent fix..it was like walking into a day spa, everyone was calm and friendly and even though by then it was after hours Dr John ensured I was happy with the result and didn’t need any further clarification on anything before I left. Rebate was processed immediately and the cost much lower than I expected ...I would highly recommend Freedom Dental to anyone. Now I will sit back relax and enjoy the scented candle from the gift pack I was sent home with.

Fantastic experience: Boon Tan is great. He is very friendly and speaks my native language Chinese which gives me so much comfort and makes this whole experience enjoyable. I got a filling today. The whole procedure was fast, no discomfort. Both Tan and the dental assistant were very thoughtful. Tan was explaining to me what they are going to do next during the process. It really helped to ease my fear and to know what to expect next. Will definitely go back! The price is reasonable, the staff will also explain the cost at the beginning which i found super helpful.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this clinic since 2011 and every staff member I have seen has always been fantastic. I had an extraction and had no pain at all. I needed an implant last year and Dr. Tina was amazing. I don't think they are too pricey either, you pay for what you get! Great work team!

Fantastic experience: Dr Boon Tan is really incredible. Extremely gentle and genuinely caring about my well being and comfort. As were all the staff at Freedom Dental. He understood my anxiety and did everything he could to ease it. I was also able to elect a payment plan. The only downside was the roadworks in the area made it a little difficult to park so allow extra time before your appointment. Overall I would highly recommend Dr Boon Tan and Freedom Dental.

Fantastic experience: I see Teodora for my Invisalign treatment. I highly recommend her, she is always attentive to all your questions, concerns, she is always on top of your treatment plan. She checks your progress throughly and you just feel like you are in good hands every visit. On top of that, she is always polite to her assistants and I just feel like she is such an asset to any practice she works at.

Fantastic experience: Today my daughter and I attended freedom dental I have never experienced anything like this before ... it’s a dentist but has that day spa vibe ! Candles burning, beautiful decor and unbelievable professionalism and customer service. Im actually so glad I took my daughter here for her first visit because the environment is so welcoming and calming ! She walked out happy & positive and with cute butterfly wings (that lit up may I mention :) and a goodie bag from our dentist ! Debbie was so good with My daughter she had so much patience.....I had my check up and clean after and I got to watch Bridesmaids on the tv above me haha such a good experience!! Fantastic experience: First visited Freedom Dental to have my wisdom teeth out and to say that it was an extremely pleasant experience would be an understatement. Upon walking in I was greeted by the highly friendly receptionists before being escorted in for my appointment. Having 3 wisdom teeth pulled out in the chair is a rather daunting thought but I was able to kick back with my feet up and enjoy Netflix from roof mounted tv while my teeth were extracted. I didn’t even feel a thing! Overall great experience and very happy to call them my number 1 choice!

Negative experience: I don't normally write bad reviews at all but I felt I should for Freedom dental. I found Freedom Dental after having dental pain and looking online. I foolishly trusted the dentist. They removed my tooth taking advantage of my ignorance really when removing a tooth should be the last option. They did it on my first visit during the checkup and they charged me a big amount of money on all my visits. The dentist was rude and blunt about the state of my teeth and payed no respect or consideration, and again did an examination and recommended treatments charging 3 times than the price I managed to get at other dentists for the same procedure and it felt like a money making business. Not only I lost a tooth near the front of my teeth but also was charged a RIDICULOUS amount. Marketing themselves as 'affordable' is a lie in my opinion and felt like a money mattered first and foremost without real care or integrity. They are friendly but I wouldn't trust them at all. I found other dentists that are much better! One thing: don't entrust your teeth or pockets with them especially if you're not that experienced with dentists.

Positive experience: I attended freedom dental for my invisalign and veneers. My experience with invisalign was brilliant, very happy with the experience, after finishing my treatment i opted for a gum lift,whitening and 2 of the hand painted porcelain veneers.My veneers arrived and were the wrong color,so spent the whole day going to the gentleman to have them repainted then return to freedom dental.. All while having filed down teeth exposed.. After 3 months or so of having the veneers one popped off while eating a croissant . went in and had it fixed, few months later and the other one popped off while eating a sandwich. I went in and found out it had broken at the top which i thought warranty would cover, but apparently it didn't so i had to pay.. only about 2 months later and the same one has broken in the spot that had been repaired.. Extremely angry as i have spent over 2600 for two of the premium porcelain veneers and have had nothing but trouble... Now currently sporting a chipped veneer once again. Not impressed.

Negative experience: Pretty poor service. I went in for an invisalign consultation and despite the welcoming receptionist and nursing staff the whole experience was poor. I was told I would have a check of my teeth followed by a 3D scan to see which treatment would be most suitable (ie how long I would need Invisalign and the price) however I was told I needed a filling before a scan could be performed as it would “change the shape of my teeth”. I’m not an expert but pretty sure this isn’t the case! Felt pushed in to having dental work with no discussion on price. I insisted on having the scan but I ended being given an X-ray and sent on my way with a brochure. Have been booked in for a follow up appointment but I have no idea what this will entail and will likely cancel. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Went in to get a tooth pulled. Expecting a consult and then make another appointment. But they were able to do it there and then, saving me time and driving (from the North) Great service, minimal waiting, great friendly team and the best part... no pain getting the tooth removed (or on the wallet!)!!! Worth the trip!
