Fantastic experience: I have been attending 1300SMILES in Springfield Lakes for at least three years now and have had my cleans/treatments performed by Kim. I highly recommend Kim as a dentist who is warm, friendly and very caring. She would talk me through every step to ensure I was feeling calm and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Dr Abbygale Hank is one of those rare professionals who is not only incredibly skilled at what she does, but also genuinely lovely to be around. I felt instantly at ease in her care… she was kind, calm, and completely on top of everything. I was so impressed I booked my daughter in just a few days later to have three teeth extracted. She didn’t exactly come out smiling (who would?), but the care and compassion she received meant the world to me. A day later she’s back to her happy self—and I’m just so grateful we’ve found a dentist we trust. The reception and support staff were also a delight… warm, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Honestly, it’s a gem of a practice. Highly recommend… five stars and a grateful mum heart.

I had impressions done for my bottom plate they were quick and painless and only have to wait for my denture 2 weeks. Just a couple of days left to go. The technician for my denture is amazing. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient with practice for 15+ years, and I have seen it through rebranding/new owner takeover. The administration staff, dental hygienists, dentists, and orthodontists have always been professional, supportive, kind and patient. I’ve always been treated with utmost respect through all sorts of different dental needs, and have also introduced my ex to the practice who now attends the dentist regularly even though he suffered from significant anxiety about dental procedures previously. I have my son happy to attend the dentist from as young as 5. He is now 10. I would always and have always recommended 1800SMILES at Springfield Lakes.

Fantastic experience: Friendly experienced staff- appointments are easily organised, communications are excellent. Like most 70+ year olds I had poor experiences as a child and found dental appointments made me very nervous. This has not been the case with these wonderful dentists and nurses. Reassurances and excellent pain relief and wonderful service and I am happy to attend my 6 monthly checkups. 5 star service

Fantastic experience: My experience was limited to the Denture Plates and I will say the Technician was totally dedicated to his Craft. He is a Master of his Craft and way above any Denture Creator I have ever had in my life. My Upper and Lower Plates fit perfectly and I have absolutely NO NEED FOR ADHESIVES! I have already mentioned 1300Smile in Springfield to several people. No hesitation in recommending the technician as the very best I have ever met.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Smiles Dentists Springfield Lakes for several years now. The team are very friendly and courteous and will look after you extremely well. They always do there best to schedule in appointments especially for emergencies. I have had bad experiences in the past with some dentists which really put me off having any procedures done for some time. Fortunately, when I came to this clinic the staff were very caring and compassionate about their clients wellbeing and were extremely careful not to cause unnecessary pain or emotional trauma. I now feel very comfortable and confident when I need any dental work done and actually look forward to going because I know that they have my best interest at heart. Thankyou team you are the best. Fantastic experience: Both my 4 year old and 10 year old feel so comfortable at this dentist. They are so kind and patient. They explain what tools they are going to use, how they feel and let them test the air blower tool. Honestly wouldn't take them anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend 1300 Smiles! I took my two children in today 5yo (special needs) and 2yo and Dr Abi was phenomenal! The toys had their "teeth" checked first then the girls. They were very patient, gentle and interactive which I loved. We have been to a few different dentists over the years for my 5yo and she hasn't liked any of them, she was very nervous about coming today but after we left she said to me "that dentist was very kind. Dentists aren't scary at all I liked her" and for the first time she actually allowed the dentist to do a proper clean. My 2yo did also. Well done Dr Abi and team!

Katelyn & Jasmine are so lovely and understanding each time I speak with them.. They are always willing to help me out with any question or query I have and do whatever they can to accommodate me. :) The dentists are thorough and never fail to ease my nerves when in the chair.

Negative experience: Let me say the one review is due to the professionalism of the business itself anf nothing to do with the dentist I seen. Dr yam is amazing at what she does. So I put down a $7000 deposit to get my teeth fixed (root canal, xrays, fillings etc). Used some of it to.learn my dentist is leaving and opening her own clinic. Which is fine cause I wanted to follow her across. So I spoke to them 2 weeks before my last appt of the year and told them I would like the rest of my deposit refunded back to me so as I wouldn't be getting the rest of the work done there. They said this would be fine. At my last appt on the 13th December told them I havmt got my refund I want it back, was told the boss is out over Xmas break which was understandable only to find in January the process hasn't even happened or been started. They owe me over $4000 and havnt been in contact with me at all.. I've called sent emails (no reply) always to be told the manager needs to verify it. Why is it taking a whole month to get my money back! If you guys do not send me my money back I will be taking the business to court and reporting you for consumer rights.

Negative experience: The NEGATIVE RATINGS ARE TRUE - took my 8yr old son to get checked for a toothache and was charged $156 for a consultation and X-ray then was told that it would cost $232 just to pull his molar out. TOTAL RIP OFF we only found out when we came across another dentist that said that was too expensive for a child so got another opinion who also said that was too expensive for a child, so definitely GO TO ANOTHER DENTIST. I guess inflation has made them that desperate. Never going again and will definitely tell everyone we know not.
