Fantastic experience: I attended blacktown Dentisty today. Very anxious and nervous. As soon as I met Sonia she reassurd me and explained how she can make it as painless as I would like. So after some local injections into the gums and some happy gas. I can honestly say I did not feel anything. The dental nurse was also very good reassuring me all the way through. I asked where have they been all my life. I would have come sooner instead of waiting years. Not I am no longer afraid and am ready for my next appointment. I highly recommend this Dental group. So if you are generally a coward for the dentist like me go see them and you will no longer be afraid.

Fantastic experience: My nephew had to have RCT. A place in Parramatta was recommended to us, but when I enquired about pricing, I thought wow at the high pricing. So I googled RCT places and Blacktown Dental Group came up. After I emailed and got pricing, BDG were half the price. So my nephew has had the RCT and a crown fitted. Dr Lam was excellent. He explained everything and my nephew was very comfortable with him. We will be back!

Positive experience: I am getting a root canal at black town dental group and even though today was my first session. I was beyond impressed with the entire experience. The Doctor was incredibly patient and he was understanding throughout the whole process. He took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I fully understood the treatment plan before we started. He made sure l knew that at anytime if l had any questions or concerns l could bring it up. The receptionist, was also amazing . She was so friendly and she also made sure if l had any questions or l was in too pain or something l could call at anytime.

Fantastic experience: I first visited Blacktown Dental a year ago, from the first visit I was made to feel welcome and given all the information I needed. I very scared to go the dentist and this is why my oral health had declined to the point that needed implants and extensive work done. I found the dentist’s and all the staff there to be very friendly and informative. I am at the end of my implant journey however, not at the end of my dental journey in general with Blacktown Dental. Thank you to all the dentist’s and staff for getting me through this rough journey. And yes you will be seeing more of me to ensure I keep good dental health.

Fantastic experience: I visited Blacktown Dental Group last week and had an amazing experience. I took my 8 year old and 7 years old who have had a great calm professional experience with Dr Yu-Hawke who took his time to explain everything to the kids. He was very friendly, professional educating my kids on how to look after their teeth. Both of my kids have been brushing twice a day since that visit and are both doing exactly what the dentist advised them to do. Not to mention the dental assistant who welcomed us in an extremely friendly manner, explaining the process and taking every step to ensure high level of service. Thank you Azra and Dr Yu-Hawke. Fantastic experience: 6 and a half months and my dental make over in now complete. I have been a very regular patient of Paul for the past 8 years in which I had a dental plate made to compensate the teeth I had extracted. November 2022 I started the conversation to have all my teeth removed and replaced with dental implants March 14th the procedure was carried out by Dr Nadeem and team and I could not recommend them enough for such a professional procedure. Fast forward 4 months and I was then in the wonderful hands of Paul. His articulate attention to detail he has carried out to give me a wonderful set of teeth is absolutely outstanding. I am one very very happy patient. Thai has given me the confidence to smile more and not hide my mouth beyond my hand. Anytime over the course of this journey the whole team from Blacktown Dental Group always welcomed me with a smile and was always very accomodation to my needs my adjustments or my concerns and questions I highly recommend to use these guys you would not be disappointed they all do an amazing job on all levels. Negative experience: I feel it’s crucial to share my recent nightmare dental experience with Sonia Narula. Please stay away from her; she doesn’t prioritise people’s well-being; her primary concern seems to be money. This experience has left me with serious concerns. Initially, my intention was straightforward: a check-up, cleaning, and clarification about a small dark stain on my second molar. However, what followed was a series of events that profoundly shook my confidence in the care I received. During the appointment, I brought attention to the stain and asked about its nature. she labelled it as a stage one cavity. This prompted me to express my hesitation about the procedure, as I believed the issue was just a stain.considering my habit of drinking lots of coffee and tea. Despite my reservations, the drilling commenced, and I had to intervene and halt the process. When I asked to see a photo of the tooth, I was in for a shock. A significant amount of enamel had been removed, and I couldn’t comprehend why. I questioned her actions, and her explanation was that the cavity was too deep. When I requested an x-ray to assess the supposed cavity’s depth, it became evident that there was no cavity at all, only a significant loss of enamel and dentin. After the x-ray, she insisted on filling it, but I pointed out a remaining dark spot in my dentin. Her response was that it was just a stain. This revelation left me deeply disappointed and unforgiving. She did all of this solely to charge me for the filling procedure. wishing that she experiences what she put me through. ‏While my primary concern is not money, I am deeply upset that nearly all of my tooth enamel was removed, leading to removal of my dentin as well. This, in turn, resulted in severe jaw and ear pain, as well as an uneven bite following the filling procedure. This extensive procedure was driven by a desire for additional charges, especially considering there was no cavity to begin with. I'm very disappointed and firmly believe that such actions, which potentially compromise people's well-being for money gain, are not only unacceptable but also unforgivable. I want to issue a warning, especially for those who may be inexperienced in such matters, to exercise caution and awareness when seeking dental care, from this type of people like Sonia I hate to mention her name but to let people stay away from her. What adds to my dismay is the insufficient cleaning of my teeth. Despite my request to address interior stains, I was met with a demand for extra payment. Why should I be charged extra for cleaning when my purpose was a check-up and cleaning in the first place? Sonia intentionally misdiagnosed a stain as a cavity. The procedure resulted in the significant removal of enamel. The cleaning I sought was insufficient, and I was asked to pay more. The aftermath has been characterized by severe jaw and ear pain and an uneven bite. I emphasize quality dental care, and it's disheartening to think that financial motives might overshadow patient well-being. Sharing this experience is intended to advocate for transparency, ethics, and patient-centered care in the dental community.

Negative experience: Please approach positive reviews with caution, as I’ve found them to be unreal in light of my wife’s experience with Sonia. Be cautious of reviews that portray her as a good dentist. Unfortunately, Sonia mishandled my wife’s case deliberately. She inaccurately diagnosed my wife with a cavity, seemingly to just charging for unnecessary filling procedures. Our primary concern is not the money, as money can always be regained, but the damage to my wife’s tooth is irreversible . This has affected her bite, leading to severe jaw and ear pain. Sonia’s actions have raised serious ethical concerns about her practice.
