Fantastic experience: My experience today at Keppel Dental was absolutely incredible. I had an emergency appointment with Christie Snary. I was a bit anxious at first but Christie and her assistant made me feel very calm throughout the procedure. I could say that it has been one of the best dental appointments I have had. Fantastic experience: Had to find a new dentist as previous clinic closed. I only go to the dentist when something is wrong as I have an issue in life with this (apparently it’s called Dental Anxiety). Tried one or two then found Dr Luke at Keppel Dental. Clinic is huge, clean and bright. Staff, from front of house to the top doctor / owner are all fantastic. I have never trusted a dentist more than Dr Luke and his staff. Very experienced, very good at creating a calm and reassuring atmosphere. Very skilled. I had a deep filling redone and a complete lower tooth extraction today. No pain AT ALL during the procedure. And so far, 5 hours later - doing really well. Recommended highly.

Fantastic experience: Having gone 18 years between dentist visits because of a terrible past experience, I made the decision to visit Keppel Dental to set a good example for my toddler. Meg and the team at Keppel Dental made my experience more than perfect. Even with the extra work I might have caused myself with such a long delay, they made my appointment comfortable and as easy as possible. That was all 6 months ago. Having just gotten home from my 6 month clean just now, my appointment was even easier. Zero anxiety going in, great staff all round, laughs were had throughout and the cost was more than reasonable. As long as you guys are here, I'll keep coming!

Fantastic experience: I was so pleased with how my appointment went to replace an old filling! I have had a number of difficult experiences with dentists over the years due to freezing not working very well and Lyndsey was so good at ensuring the freezing was in place before proceeding and then checking with me intermittently to ensure all was going well. And when the freezing wore off later in the day, the tooth felt completely fine (no sensitivity, no aches) and had a perfectly aligned bite - first time that's ever happened! One of the best dental experiences I have had – thank you, Keppel Dental.

Negative experience: one stars only. They messed up my root Canal so now I have no tooth and braces. Don't go to them they are horrible.

Fantastic experience: I have just begun the process of getting all my teeth fixed that I have neglected for way too many years. Megan has started with the cleaning of my teeth over a few appointments. I was quite distressed at first, Megan and the staff cared for me until I was at ease. During my appointments, I was relaxed and did not feel any pain, just slight discomfort at times. I would recommend Keppel Dental to everyone. If you want your teeth attended to and want the best, you have pay for it. My income is low, they have a payment plan. Go for it!

Fantastic experience: Currently travelling and just passing through in Yeppoon when my son had an accident and damaged his tooth. Keppel Dental got us in the same day, and have been great in assisting us with organising an oral surgeon in the area. Fantastic experience: For Dr.Sam, Dr (can’t remember her name sorry- Taylor?), Tara and Cami as well as the rest of the team - you guys were absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was inviting, positive, warm and comfortable, there is no excuse for me to be scared of going to the dentist when there is a great one like this. Positive experience: Dental treatment was good and my dentist was great, very professional and personable. 4 stars just due to lack of appointment availability.

Fantastic experience: I attended the surgery very apprehensively as I had a huge amount of work to do. Sam was the dentist that looked after me. I had approximately eight visits and not once did. Sam hurt me or cause me to be anxious. He reassured me at all times and was very patient. Before the work commenced, I was fully informed of what work needed to be done I was also given options The end result was that my teeth are now in good condition. I'm 66 and I get to retain my own teeth rather than having dentures and I'm pain free I can't recommend Sam enough I'm now attending the dentist without being frightened I highly recommend Sam and and the girls of Keppel dental

My first time going to the dentist since i was a kid- and appointments in general are a hugely stressful thing for me, that often leave me completely drained. However, my experience getting a check up and x-ray at Keppel Dental was wonderful. My dentist was Sam. The assistants were Tara and Katie. All three of them were just absolutely lovely. I felt so safe, comfortable, and listened to. I really felt like I could relax. I never felt judged or negative in any way! Everyone was so friendly and professional. I just felt really really comfortable, which is super rare for me! They ran through the entire process, explaining everything they were doing in a way that was really clear and easy to follow. Any questions I had were easily answered, with no judgement. I would also like to make note of Robyn, who I spoke to on the phone to book my appointment. She explained the processes and gave me accurate quotes, and was incredibly calming and friendly to speak to. Setting up an appointment had never been so easy! The office in general was perfectly cleaned, decorated wonderfully and totally comfortable. The desk staff were really friendly, and made checking in and out very smooth and easy. I left my appointment in a better mood than I was when I went in. I would recommend Keppel Dental to anyone, especially the staff I mentioned by name. I really had just such a good experience. My partner and I have been patronising Keppel Dental for at least 30 years of which in the earlier days of its establishment was known as Christensen's Dental. The neucleus included a small team of workers including John Christensen's partner , Denise, who was the foundational glue that held the building blocks of this highly successful business together. During this period, till the day of his recent retirement, John has always conducted his practise in a thorough and highly professional manner always paying particular attention to detail with the highest possible standard realising successful outcomes for his clients, ever mindful to their level of need, health and their socio- economic circumstance. His retirement after 50 years at the helm is well deserved. We feel his physical absence will be felt but K D's quality of work is continuing with his son, Luke Christensen, whose seamless transition as the driving force will guarantee many more years of the same standard of platinum service we have learned to accept as the norm. This success, we feel, was due in no small measure to the dedicated effort of the ancilliary staff who seem proud to function over and above their job description responsibilities by tirelessly providing their administrative expertise as and when required. Yeppoon is indeed fortunate to have access to this talented team of professionals at their disposal. We wish Keppel Dental further posterity in their future commercial endeavours. Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend Dr Aleisha Bassett highly enough. I've been putting off seeing a dentist for nearly 10 years due to prior terrible appointments with other dentists (different practice). Dr Bassett has completely put me at ease following my recent appointment with her. I have never had a dentist take the time to explain things to me, and showing photos and xrays in addition was amazing. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort and didn't even feel the needles. Thanks Dr Bassett for making me feel like I don't have to spend ages psyching myself up to go to the dentist.

After 3 sessions and a fair bit of work I can't say enough good things about keppel dental. The staff are friendly and kind. Dr Sam is incredible, his attention to detail and kindness go along way. My 9 year old daughter has been kept at ease despite multiple visits requiring needles, which is super important to allow trust and encourage a willingness to return for later appointments. The ceiling tv for patients with Netflix and headphones are a great distraction!

Fantastic experience: As I’m new in the area I researched dentists in Yeppoon and Keppel was at the top of my shortlist. Having a full time dental hygienist was important to me. I’ve now had three appointments and have not regretted my decision to try Keppel out first. All the staff from front of house to the dentist herself, her assistant and the all important hygienist have been friendly, kind and caring, efficient and professional. And all ready to communicate what is happening as it is happening, which is also important to me. I’m pretty sure I’ve found my new dental surgery in my new home.

From my first 'emergency' appointment, Dentist Matt and the Team at Keppel Dental made me feel as if I was their most important patient (as I am sure they do with all patients). Any treatment required was fully explained including the reason and the cost. Appointments were made with ease. Communication and reminders were spot on. The actual Dental treatment I received was just exceptional with no pain whatsoever through several procedures. To cap it off, I required a new partial denture that would take up to two weeks to be completed but due to family circumstances we had to travel interstate urgently. The Team pulled all the strings possible and had the denture completed and fitted in half the normal time to assist mywith my committments. I simply cannot recommend Keppel Dental highly enough. Each and every one of the Team are a credit to their profession. Without doubt the most professional Dental Team I have ever met!
