Negative experience: After reading several negative Google reviews about Invisalign at this practice, I decided to see for myself. Unfortunately, I now wish I had trusted those reviews, as it would have saved me both time and money. The consultation was unhelpful, lacked clarity and the communication was difficult to understand. Dr. Ruby Wang was unable to provide a quote or even a basic opinion regarding the Invisalign plan, despite conducting an oral examination. Her responses were consistently, "I don't know" or "I can't tell you." Additionally, her attitude and tone were far from welcoming. As a result, I have lost trust and confidence in this dentist's expertise and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Negative experience: Don’t get Invisalign here they don’t know what they’re doing!!! They don’t supervise the treatment and just follow what the computer says without being able to interpret the data.

Negative experience: Awfully rough when cleaning, leaving you with a mouthful of blood even on the next day, can't even eat. Called the receptionist about it, rude and blames it on the customer. Zero accountability and will victim blame. If you want them to attack your gums instead of clean your teeth, then this is the place to go. Otherwise, I would suggest taking your money to another dentist.

Negative experience: If you’re planning to get braces/aligners I don’t recommend to go to this clinic for a consult at all. My consultation (in February ) was less than 5 mins, where there was no proper examination and explanation given to me. dentist looked at my oral cavity for a sec. Also, dentist said that nothing would help me which is quite unprofessional, considering I have a minor aesthetic concern. At the end I had to pay for a full consult fee even though my questions were not answered and I was not satisfied with the consultation, which should include taking full medical history, examination, scans, etc. So think twice if you are willing to waste your time and money. Receptionist was nice though

Fantastic experience: I brought my son to have his very first general check up. Not that the dentist is so friendly, she simplified what happened and what need to be done and prevent. My son did not flinch nor complained. The place is very clean and very pleasant to be in. I highly recommend this clinic!

Negative experience: 技术非常差 操作的是越南人还要夸自己技术好 洗的很疼 但是恢复很快 第二天发现约等于没洗 收费比之前在 chastwood so dental高3倍 一开始还列了一大堆不知道什么项目 为了多刷保险 后来我们一项一项的看承认算多了 减掉了几项 同一天我和我媳妇在同样的两个位置都说我们有蛀牙 之前在so dental也做过 我记不清是不收费 保险全部cover还是二三十了 但这里我和我媳妇俩人多付了400+ 总结 技术差 收费离奇的高 保险显示我的洗个牙要900+

Negative experience: DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I went in for a filling that needed replacing. The dentist Julia did not fill where I had asked and filled a completely different part of my tooth that I had zero issue with. Extremely rude when I went in for a review, laughed in my face when I didn’t understand how the tooth was incorrectly filled. I went back and forth via email with a marketing assistant who said I needed to prove the filling wasn’t filled after the dentist already admitted in writing that there was a misunderstanding of which part of my tooth was to be filled and the company has refused me a refund because I didn’t want to go back in for a THIRD time after already taking time off work for the first 2 appointments. Absolutely disgusting service. I’ve seen another review where Julia was said to be rude and I couldn’t agree more. Pathetic business and the owner should be ashamed of themselves for not contacting an evidently unhappy customer.
