Rachael at reception was incredibly helpful and asked about my condition throughout the day. Harpreet is a gentle and skilled dentist, the wisdom tooth extraction was quick and completely painless. I highly recommend Sundown Family Dental for their professional, prompt and genuinely caring service.

Fantastic experience: I had a filling give out on me and called for an appointment for later that same day. Though I had to turn it down, I was called back an hour after and offered an earlier appointment due to a cancellation. I was made comfortable and treated well, my filling was all fixed up within a few minutes. Sundown Family Dental is a great place to go for all things dental, they make the effort that others don't.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction done here on Monday and everything was a breeze. I was also told about other treatment options but ultimately chose to get my tooth out.. wasn't painful and it was quick. Did develop a dry socket though which the dentist kindly treated with some filling free of charge. Im' on day 6 and my tooth is healing, and the pain has significantly subsided even without taking pain killers. I would recommend them 100%. The receptionist is also really nice.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a new dentist since moving up north, and Dr Harpreet is the 6th dentist I have seen (I am fussy!). But my search is now over! Dr Harpreet is everything I was looking for - she is compassionate, gentle, patient with the anxious and dentist phobics (me!), explains clearly what work needs to be done, and very importantly - takes a minimal intervention approach. I am very relieved to have found her and would highly recommend her to anyone, especially those nervous about going to the dentist. I would also like to acknowledge the rest of the staff - the receptionist Rachael, the lovely dental assistant and the practice manager who are all very professional and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I managed advertising for this practice for 3 yrs, dealing with them professionally was just as good as the amazing service they have provided personally for my 2 sons age 12 and 14... they are so gentle and caring and supportive and all procedures/anything done has been explained to me in great detail with the ut most professionalism. I can not recommend them enough, sundown family dental is definitely above any other dental surgery I have attended top job team!!

The new practice in Innisfail CBD is world class, and I continue my dental treatments at this facility, even though it is not my local practice, with Dr. Harpreet and her team due to excellent customer care. Negative experience: Over charged me $50. Worst customer service and the dentist was very abusive when I asked why I was charged so much. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. They are very rough and contacted the innisfail police who rang me and informed me that if I change my review that I would receive a $50 refund. THATS A NEW LOW and I will not change my review. Be very careful using Sundown Dental.
