Fantastic experience: I was very anxious attending my appointment today. During my visit I was kept calm and treatment was gentle. Definitely recommend for those needing a gentle care approach.

Fantastic experience: I am a patient of this clinic who has had a history leading to serious issues and honestly unsightly teeth, that I'm incredibly self concious about. Every single one of the staff from the Oral Hygienists to Dentists have always treated me with the utmost dignity and respect and have always made procedures easy. I recommend this dental clinic to anyone who is avoiding seeing a dentist out of fear of judgement, they will not judge you and will do their best for you always.

Fantastic experience: So pleased with our visit yesterday. All of the staff were super helpful setting up our new files. The dentist was very patient with the kids. My youngest is ADHD and suspected ASD and he was amazing with her. I highly recommend this dentist for those with neurodiverse children. For myself they were very thorough, and happy to spend time doing a decent job rather than the rushing I am used to with dentists in NZ. I was given advice for aftercare and a plan for the next six months going forward. Thank you all for the great care team.

Negative experience: This review is on behalf of my Dad who got a dental implant here from Dr Jonathon Ng. "I went to Buderim Dental. They sent me to Kallangur Dental where Ng put in the implant around 3/11/21. 3 months later I went back to Buderim Dental to have the tooth fixed to the implant. The implant was gone. Buderim Dental replaced the implant. That one became loose.After about a year of dealing with Buderim I went to Channon Lawrence Dental. Dr Cull informed me the implant was too small and would need to be replaced with a longer implant. All these procedures cost about 7000 and took about 12 months". My Dad requires Ng's permission to see his own files and requires a reimbursement of the money paid to this franchise for unsatisfactory work that required replacing by a more qualified dentist. The next step is A Current Affair if reimbursement isn't received. We have already been in touch with them and they wish to pursue this story should we give them the green light. I will remove this review once my Dad is reimbursed. His name is Gordon Davis, call him and sort this out because $7000 is a lot of money to be out of pocket for a pensioner.

Negative experience: 500 to fix a toothache leave with more pain then I got there with few extra cuts in my mouth… more blood in my mouth then a butcher, didn’t even get anything to help with the bleeding…. Just a real sht show

Fantastic experience: Since 2017 I have somewhat infrequently yet exclusively chose Kallangur Dental Surgery. I have previously had a lot of dental work conducted since growing up in the UK and I have never experienced the level of care than that offered by your staff. The reception staff are always bright and friendly, and my last few appointments have been the most pleasant of dentist trips I've ever experienced - far better than the NHS in/out mentality. The young lady Rochelle that I have visited in my past couple of recent appointments is clearly a valuable asset to your clinic, presenting as confident, knowledgeable and considerate where I felt she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable as well as communicated each step perfectly. My only feedback, or idea for dentists in general, is to consider offering ear protection during any dental work as personally I believe this will for some people add to overall patient comfort beyond the excellent TV/music provided - especially for children. This would also negate general dB noise exposure from drills/other tools. The type I'm thinking of are similar to the Red/Black 3M Peltor Optime, but were available at Bunnings cheaply for $9, and can be worn 'backwards' without getting in the way. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Fantastic experience: At my recent exam, it was found I had decay deep under a previous crown. The dentist tried so hard to give me a crown and keep the tooth. Dr Manarg talked me through the whole procedure and showed how caring she was to give me a great outcome

Fantastic experience: Went to see the team at Kallangur Dental Surgery for Zoom teeth whitening - great experience in the clinic, all the staff were very helpful and friendly and my teeth look great!

Negative experience: Took my daughter for fillings. First dentist was good, second and third dentist rushed and my daughter was crying. She was in pain and could feel it. Went to another dentist, cavities under ALL the fillings! Had to get them re done! Will never go back. Now my daughter hates going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Absolutely amazing service throughout. This was my first time having any kind of serious tooth extraction/surgery. It was a judgement free, patient and incredibly attentive experience. All of the staff are lovely and willing to do whatever they can to help. Dr Jun (apologies if I have gotten the name wrong) was amazing at helping keep me relaxed and make the procedure comfortable for me, while I was uneasy about the surgery. Was genuinely surprised by the ease of the process and how amazing everyone was and still is. Got a lovely phone call the following today to check up on how I am doing. Honestly, I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough… wonderful business with wonderful people.

Fantastic experience: I have had an extensive history of major and minor dental over the past 10 years. When I found Dr Sonia’s clinic all those years ago, I was so impressed with her professionalism and ability to treat each patient as though it was her only patient. Over the years Kallangur Dental Surgery has grown immensely; however, the same professionalism and personability has remained. The clinic has sent a hand-written card each time I have had a baby, squeezed me in in an emergency, and has been flexible according to whatever is happening in life at the time. I know I’m in good hands!

Negative experience: Just realized that I have paid much more than the other dentist would charge for a tooth extraction. + $600 dollar for one tooth that was already partially removed. + unemployed + no health insurance to cover on the top of it Other dentist charging half of this price. Fantastic experience: Dr Meenaz recently installed 6 x crowns at the front of my mouth. Not only are they of the best quality material from the best manufacturer in Brisbane, but Dr Meenaz did an awesome job, and was very considerate of my anxieties about the entire procedure. The look is very natural and they look amazing in my mouth and feel very comfortable, nobody can tell that they are not my own teeth. Extremely happy with the entire process from start to finish. Positive experience: Beautiful place, receptionist is lovely and the workers. I had a root canal done but the temporary filling felt rough and wasn't smoothed out, I could still feel a hole in it and now food gets stuck in it and still so uncomfortable to eat on ‍♀️ I'm not sure if I'd go back, a root canal ain't cheap and should be done properly and not rushed

Fantastic experience: Great service. Had tooth ache while staying in the area. They fit me in for a same day emergency appointment and addressed the issue and created a treatment plan. Gave me another appointment the following week to start the treatment plan. Wasn't going to continue treatment with them as I reside 2 hours away however I'm really happy with the service and dentists and we have been travelling to continue treatment there.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Emad for a couple years and he’s brilliant. He’s very thorough and painless with teeth cleaning and check-ups. He’s also super knowledgeable and client focussed and I just genuinely like getting my 6 monthly check-up with him because he really demonstrates excellence as a Dentist. Fantastic experience: Great dental surgery. From my experience all the dentist's I have come across have been extremely helpful and doing what they can to achieve the best outcome for dental work as needed. Saw Tara for the first time had to get a few fillings in awkward positions she did a great job in making sure she was as efficient as possible. Fantastic experience: I had an extraction performed by Dr Emad he was exceptionally skilful so the experience wasn’t as bad as one would expect! I was mostly impressed with how well I healed with very little pain not like what I have experienced in the past with other dentists. Glad I’ve finally found a dentist I feel safe with!

Fantastic experience: My son needed emergency dental work due to having his 1 and a half of his front teeth knocked out at a weekend camping trip, they got me in on a Monday morning asap, filled and fixed his broken tooth, made an impression of his mouth and had a retainer with a fake tooth done up within 24 hours. Now his mouth looks like nothing even happened

Fantastic experience: They are such lovely kind staff. I became very anxious and bad nausea after trying the gas sedation and in the end could not go ahead with the tooth extraction that day. They were so comforting and understanding. I still have to get the extraction done but I know I will be well looked after. The only suggestion I have is for your website and phone message. If you could please indicate when the office is closed for a holiday that would be helpful. I waited on the phone for a long period of time before I gave up and then found out it was closed. It would be helpful if your message said we are closed at present.......Update went back and saw Dr Nick and Frances to finally get this annoying tooth out. I followed their previous instructions to help with my anxiety which really helped. They were so encouraging and understanding once again.The tooth is out yay. Very professional. I would highly recommend Kallangur Dental. My procedure was reasonably priced. 10/10.

They answered all of my questions and were extremely patient and caring with my children. I found all the staff to be very friendly throughout this lovely practice . Negative experience: I had three molars filled at Kallangur Dental Surgery, two of which were adjacent to each other. The quality of the work was substandard. One day, not long after I'd had one of the molars filled, I was flossing my teeth, as I do regularly, and the floss got caught on the edge of the front tooth in between the two teeth that were filled. I had to pull the floss out as it had got jammed and, unfortunately, a piece of the filling broke away. Whenever I have had fillings done in the past, dentists have always inserted a thin wafer of plastic/steel between the teeth, to make sure that the edge of the filling was going to be smooth and did not leave a jagged edge behind. The dentist that performed the filling did not do this, which I thought was a bit odd. Further, each of those dentists had left the practice, when I rang to book another procedure, which does not say much about the professional aspect of the business. Anyway, I rang to book to have the cracked filling fixed under warranty and was met with a barrage of why I might have to pay for it by the receptionist. I went ahead and booked to have it checked. When I was seen by the dentist, she took some photos of both teeth and insisted that it was the one at the back was the one that was cracked and not the front one, which by feeling with my tongue and using a toothpick, was definitely not the case! However, the back tooth had also been filled by them, but she insisted that a fix was not covered under their 2 year warranty, so I would have to pay again!! These dentists, apart from performing sub standard work are also not to be trusted. I most definitely don't recommend them!!!
