Fantastic experience: I really hate the dentist. Needle's suck. But dentist Anika is so patient and gentle I barely felt it. Literally the only dentist I've had who has shown this much care. The receptionist Srishti is such a sweetheart and gives great money saving tips. Really recommend core dental for a caring and affordable experience.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Charmaine Hall for her expertise, knowledge, and bedside manner. Took my 7 month old to see her for a second opinion and consult for a possible frenectomy as his paediatrician was pushing surgery. Dr Hall examined my son and thoroughly discussed the potential outcomes, risks, and benefits. She was very open and honest, and thorough; puts the child's best interest first. We will definitely be returning in the future for all his dental care needs and concerns. Thank you Core Dentla and Dr Hall for your care.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the level and detail of care, their paediatric dentists have provided over the years for my children. We have now moved onto Dr. Anika who is wonderful with my child. Very thorough, accommodating and very reasonably priced with her services. We have seen her twice now and the receptionists ladies are also super lovely, specially Srisuti who was very helpful with a Saturday appointment، payment split and answering follow up questions. Keep it up!!

Fantastic experience: A very clean, spacious practice with lots of natural light. Nav at reception was very friendly and welcoming. I was very happy with my appointment with Dr. Darren and his assistant Jackie. I look forward to continuing treatment here for Invisalign.

Fantastic experience: Really good dentist (Dr Kaur) and assistant - very thorough, careful to make sure you are as comfortable as can reasonably be expected. 2 filings, sitting well and no issues. Will be using this dentist in future for regular cleans and checkups.

Negative experience: I have been going here for about 10 years and have always loved it but unfortunately have had some really bad experiences recently. I had my one of my top retainer wires come off a month or so ago so I came in to get it fixed. It was pretty clear that the dentist had no idea what she was doing and just tried to stick it back on. Within a couple of weeks, it was off again. In the second attempt she was unprofessional and was talking legal nonsense and telling me she’ll need to charge me next time, mind you this was all when I had cotton in my mouth and couldn’t talk back.. She then basically told me that it’s best if I just remove my wires which is really horrible advice. Anyway, she did the same thing as the first time and within a week, they were off again. I went to another dentist and they were great, they took the whole top off and re did it all. They said there was no chance it would stick properly the way they were doing it and said it was a really bad attempt, which I fully agree with. It’s really disappointing and I genuinely feel this dentist should not be working on people’s mouths without further training in dentistry and also in how to talk to patients. I also got a nice email from them shortly after as I put through feedback to them and they said they would call me to discuss it, and they never called.. overall just really bad experience lately and it’s left such a sour taste in my mouth.

Fantastic experience: You are greeted by lovely Jo the receptionist who instantly makes you feel at ease. ( which is good for scardey cats) !! Dr Shristi is one of the best dentists I have been to. Makes you feel calm, explains everything and is gentle.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of visiting core dental in an emergency I had with a sore and infected tooth that i wanted to remove asap. I didn't have an appointment and never visited the clinic. I called on Monday morning and Joanne was kind enough to book me in within 30 mins. When I arrived I was well looked after and didn't wait as Joanne and Dr Simran had seen how much pain I was in. Dr Simran was very informative of what I needed to do and didn't rush into removing my tooth. Dr Simran had given me some numbing around the tooth which soothed the pain along with prescriptions. Dr Simran and Joanne were very comforting throughout. After my visit, Joanne was very helpful in booking a specialist for me and requesting an earlier date for me to go and get the tooth checked by a specialist. The whole experience was great and I would highly recommend anyone with anxiety over dental work to go to Core Dental Wyndham, you will be well looked after.

Fantastic experience: Dr Simran is lovely, having a 10 year old who was very nervous after having a not so good experience with a different dentist previously was hard but she was amazing at putting her at ease. Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the dentist in years, partly because I have very sensitive teeth and the last time I had them cleaned it was very painful. The team at Core Dental were so friendly and when I told the dentist about my sensitive teeth she gave me numbing cream. She knew I was nervous so she took her time and gave me plenty of breaks. The whole experience was amazing, I felt no pain at all. I highly recommended Core Dental Wyndham. Awesome customer service, everyone was super friendly. I no longer dread going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: We were referred to Core Dental Wyndham for our son's (7 years old) dental surgery. We were so happy to have Dr Charmaine Hall treating our son. She was thorough and had a caring approach. She explained the procedure clearly and addressed any questions I had. My son had five teeth extracted under general anaesthesia at Wyndham Clinic Private Hospital (which is located just next door) and all went well. Having your child go under GA for any procedure is always a little nerve wrecking. But the staff at Core Dental were able to help us through the whole process, providing an information pack with consent forms, hospital admission process, etc. The anaesthetist got in touch with us prior to surgery to address any concerns. A well run clinic which is always appreciated when going through this kind of thing. A big thanks to Dr Charmaine Hall and all the staff at Core Dental, from Gin & Logan

Fantastic experience: I recently had to take my very elderly Mother to the dentist, she was in a lot of pain with a toothache. I had taken her to Core Dental in Werribee before to see Dr. Dlir Matty. He treated my mother with great respect and was very gentle with her as he had to extract the bothersome tooth. I would highly recommend Core dental, the staff are very helpful and Dr. Matty is very caring towards his patients.

Although a little more expensive than some dentists the service and compassion is highly undervalued. Thankyou team for providing essential treatments to my son recently. Fantastic experience: I've had a lot of work done with Core Dental Wyndham over the past 5 years. It started with a few fillings, and because the dentist did such amazing work I also had orthodontal work done. I couldn't be happier with the results. I have a brand new smile, the difference is astounding. They provided everything I needed over the two years, answered any questions i had, and provided all details about the dental plan. Scheduling appointments was a breeze, and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Their appointment reminders are helpful, especially for those booking a month or two in advance.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Core Dental for years now mainly for my 6 monthly check ups and cleans and always had a good experience, on time, friendly and proficient. Recently I had to have an infected molar extracted and that tooth "has taken its revenge" on me for being pulled by causing a lot of after op issues which were explained to me by the dentist during the procedure. I went back twice and both times I was not charged for the aftercare, can't be more happy with the friendly and competent treatment. I hope that vengeful tooth is now at peace and I will continue visiting Core Dental Wyndham for my routine checks only.

Dr Nguyen was very professional, informative and tried her best to make my son feel very comfortable. She was very patient when he started to cry and she was able to calm him down and proceed with the check-up. From feeling uneasy about the fact shes lost a baby tooth so young, Linda and her team were confident for the health of the rest of her teeth that it needed to be removed. Surgery was smooth and the team did a fantastic job in making us feel comfortable. Their bedside manner during the whole process was outstanding.

Fantastic experience: Had a checkup with Dr.Ivey and got exactly what I was looking for, as she was knowledgeable, helpful and provided a very positive atmosphere to make me feel comfortable. Likewise, Jacinta the hygeinist also deserves high praise, leaving me with no question that my clean was done properly with detail.
