Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to a dentist for a couple of years , however I have been a customer with Demi for over 30 years on and off . Rebecca Ho was very helpful and understanding and was able to perform some minor work on different fillings and done a great job . Definitely recommend her and Demi dental and staff !

Fantastic experience: I went to Demi Dental for the first time after seeing them on the MediBank preferred dental list. I was soo please with the care that Dr. Dillon provided, went over and beyond by not only doing the fillings I needed but recommending some fissure sealants as a preventative measure on some teeth aswell !! I also mentioned to Dr. Dillon that I have always had an insecurity about one of my front teeth that I filled when I was a kid after chipping a tooth and how I’d do anything to make it match the tooth next to it. Dr. Dillon proceeded to explain what “composite bonding” was and fixed my tooth for me. I’ve never been soo pleased with my experience at a dental practice and will proceed to go to Demi Dental with Dr. Dillon indefinitely. Negative experience: The front desk at this dental clinic is completely unreliable. I went to book an appointment with the dentist two weeks ago, and they told me the schedule was full. They asked me to leave my phone number and promised to call me the next day, regardless of whether there was availability. It has already been over two weeks, and I still haven’t received any response.

Negative experience: 若你有嚴重的牙齒問題 非常不建議 同一顆牙齒補了2-3次還是問題不斷 一直掉 而另一顆大臼齒 因為疼痛去補牙 也補了兩次以上 過程中即使女醫師打了三次麻藥還是痛到掉淚數次 但醫生從來不曾發現問題 在這幾次看診過程中 牙髓早已進展至發炎壞死 不管看幾次仍然持續痛 才轉交給男醫師處理 最後只能根管治療 又額外花了1500 在這間診所處理重大問題 要有心理準備花一次次的錢換一次次的失望 最後失去你的牙齒 值得嘉許的是 男醫師技術的確很好

Negative experience: 一次糟糕的牙醫體驗。在26號預約的五點半洗牙，我能感覺到大家都急著下班，所以清潔做的並不細緻。直到臨走前我才發覺下面的牙齒沒有清理，最後好在我的提醒下洗了。一次性的店，以後不會再來。(本次預約的是張醫生)

Negative experience: Would’ve given 0 stars if I could. Made a booking on a Tuesday, provided all my details and confirmed booking at the dental clinic. When I turn up to my appointment on Friday week, receptionist advised I don’t have an appointment booked in their system nor they can find my details and asked me to book in another time. Had to reschedule other appointments to attend but was let down and caused inconvenience to me and my work colleagues. This is the first time attending and will never return. Very unprofessional, worst customer service I have experienced from a dental clinic.

I had my wisdom tooth taken out by Dr Dillion Yu and he took the time to explain everything to me and make me feel very comfortable the entire time. I will never go anywhere else. Even the receptionist Jean really cares and put so much effort in getting me in as soon as possible with lots of contact. Here there are no surprise costs and lies, they are honest and keep you in the loop the entire time, explaining everything.
