Fantastic experience: Dr. Jun is the absolute best. I have a pretty unique case involving a dental implant which required bone grafts and quite intricate procedures. Dr. Jun always makes sure I’m comfortable and happy every step of the way. He has reiterated many times that he wants to get everything perfect; you can tell he cares about the end result and is dedicated to his craft. Super blessed to have access to his services. I’ve recommended him to many friends and family and can’t thank him enough for his work. He’s the man.

Fantastic experience: I have been to BDC several times now to see Dr Jun after neglecting my teeth through my 20s. Dr. Jun has been fantastic throughout the process of getting my teeth up to standard, including wisdom tooth removal, a root canal and adhesive restoration. Dr. Jun is the first dentist I've visited since being a child, and despite this there was no judgement, just advice on what steps I need to take to rectify my own neglect. Each visit he has looked after my teeth with incredible skill and professionalism, and has always been great in recommending next steps to take care of my teeth I still have more visits to go but feel in good hands with Dr. Jun at Bathurst Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. Peggy expertly extracted my wisdom tooth and gave me some great advice on getting a couple of crowns and a bridge for a missing tooth. A much more practical and affordable solution to what had previously been suggested by another dentist. Highly recommended !

Negative experience: They were very judgmental. When I mentioned that I was homeless they made me pay in advance before doing any work in my mouth. Like I was some kind of criminal. I am an old lady 67 years old. They treated me with total disrespect.

Negative experience: I don't know why there's so much positive feedback on a place that has destroyed my confidence in a way that is beyond a joke maybe they woke up to what they were doing... about 8-9 years ago my teeth were destroyed by one of the dentist not naming them but I should. they grinded my teeth back to cap but left them uncapped and didn't have an appointment close enough and when my next appointment finally happened the unprotected teeth that had been ground back were to damaged to do anything with I lost most my top teeth due to this and also out of pocket because I had a simple tooth ache in my back molar oh plus when removed my teeth he snaped them and left a few roots behind, avoid this place go to any of the others they are just nicer and seem to not just take advantage of people that aren't sure what's going on

Negative experience: Worst experience in my life going to this Dentist, Staff are rude I waited over a hour and all the people that just walk in get to go in first even though my appointment was secluded before them. If you are wanting to use your voucher for free dental care I would suggest going to the orange Dentist or wait a bit and there will be another one to go to in Bathurst soon and the lady at the hospital clinic said that lots of people using there vouchers there are not happy with them. I think they are just milking this voucher scheme for all they can.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Charles for a few years now. He handles my routine dental maintenance and has also extracted two of my wisdom teeth. He’s caring, highly skilled, and always charges a fair price. He is the best dentist I’ve ever had.

Negative experience: Dr Charles Wong is so wrong. Attaching a crown Dr Wong had trouble fitting it. He asked if he could take away a bit of tooth and as a nervous patient I agreed. He cut away 1/3 of a neighbouring tooth and filled it with temporary filling. Why did he not adjust the crown? Within 2 months the temporary fell out and I went to another dentist. I requested a $200 refund for the temporary filling which Dr Wong approved. Now 22 months later the crown has fallen out. The 3 anaesthetic injections took 7+ hours to wear off. The assistant seemed (to me) unqualified as she nearly bore through my gum with the suction. Dr Wong had to instruct her. Ironically, my neighbour went to Dr Wong and had what he thought was a filling, only to be told by another dentist, it wasn't done. Very unethical and very rushed. I'm sure the clinic will have no trouble finding my details (Christian name) as I went there a number of times as well as, saw different dentists. Dr Charles Wong will remember, as he approved the refund. Their reply shows their lack of care and untruths. BDC = Bathurst Dental Care

Fantastic experience: I cannot highly recommend enough, Josh and his wonderful team were absolutely fantastic in managing my fears (that have been crippling for years) to the point I almost fell asleep I just can not believe id ever be that at ease. The mouth props they use are amazing you can relax and not be at all uncomfortable. Thank you so much I’ll be travelling back whenever I require more dental work 10 out of 5 for me. Cannot highly recommend enough if you have a fear of dentists.
