Negative experience: Visited today - two of us for two appointments - were seen by a locum (or so it seemed). He did not introduce himself. Appointment was very rushed. Charged for an examination but really he asked me what I'd come in for; (duh - a check-up??) and what I needed doing (ahh... you're the dentist). On non-answers to further questions, I suggested: "Should I just come back and see the lady I usually see". He agreed yes. It was pretty clear the staff was focussed on rushing us through (lunch was next) and aiming to get us as out as quickly as possible. Very disappointed. If you don't have time to do the appointment properly, then don't book us in. Ahh, but then the total charge of nearly $800 for two rushed appointments could not be charged could it?

Fantastic experience: Chipped my tooth badly whilst on an outing, called into the Dentist at 2.45pm hoping to book in after my upcoming long weekend. They booked me in straight away and by 3.00pm was being treated and at 3.30pm my tooth was repaired. Fantastic work by Dr Inoka as always, thoroughly enjoyed my holiday after that. Highly recommend the services of the practice and the Dentists

Gentle, patient, listens, informative before during and after and only does what is necessary (not the pushy sales person). I moved from the area but still travelled 28kms to see him as his services are that good. I have finally found a dentist nearest to me that is just as awesome so I am sad to end my connection with Dr Guy. The least I can do is tell you all how amazing he is. Fantastic experience: First time at the dentist in a few years and the experience was really enjoyable. they were able to do everything in the one location and when I returned to get my fillings the next week, it was a little pain as possible. Dr Guy is very informative and helpful while also being able to have a quick laugh and make you feel comfortable. If I have any further issues with my teeth this will be the first place I try to get in to.

Fantastic experience: I had a family dentist for almost 30 years who retired. I was so nervous to find a new dentist. Dr Guy and Dr Inoka are amazing. They are professional, thorough, gentle and caring. My eldest daughter had some treatment, and Dr Guy called her the following day to check on whether she was experiencing any pain or discomfort. That is what I call Above and Beyond. As a result, my entire family now come here, and won’t even consider going anywhere else.

Negative experience: Don't recommend this dentist. I didn't have a good experience with Dr Guy.he wasn't responsible.I filled my tooth there and after a week I still had pain. I went back to him for treatment but he recommended me to go hospital،so rude and not friendly at all, but Reception team are fantastic and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to everyone at DMS for their great work. I have been to DMS twice so far and Dr Guy and Dr Inoka, the assistants and reception have been amazing both times. I have had 2 teeth removed here and each time they explained everything clearly, made me feel totally relaxed which made for a smooth experience. Am happy with this place I have booked in for more work this week :) Highly recommended if you are looking for a dentist !
