Fantastic experience: I have been going to GDC Tahmoor for over 10 years and would go to nowhere else. I have a phobia of dentists nut now I go without to much drama. All the staff are wonderful, especially my hygienist Renee. The staff at front desk are always helpful. Dr Michael is very patient with my and my phobias. I would highly recommend is place to everyone.

The best part is They also offer a twilight service were you can be knocked out while they extract teeth or if you just can't handle the pain or thought of any dentistry work. The team at Tahmoor was excellent! Admin staff were really friendly and prompt getting me in for a consult same day. The dentist I was seen by, brilliant. The whole consult went by smoothly without a hassle and everthing explained really well from the procedure, expectation pre-post op and costings. Couldn't be happier. I recommend trying them out

Negative experience: I came in with a severe toothache, hoping for immediate relief. Instead, I was quoted over $2,500 for dental surgery with a three-week wait and was told nothing could be done in the meantime. The dentist gave me a prescription for Panadeine with codeine and sent me home still in pain, with no actual treatment provided. The next day, I saw a different dentist for a second opinion. He treated the issue on the spot, in the chair, charged me a fraction of the cost—and my toothache was completely gone. I cannot recommend Gentle Dental to anyone based on my experience. And if you do go, I strongly suggest getting a second opinion.

Had some fillings done today and I’m in love with the results! The staff and dentists/assistants are all so friendly and bubbly as well as professional I cannot fault this place. Negative experience: I was happy with the work, but the price was out of this world $550 for a filling ( was only in the chair for 25mins )& then quoted over $300 for a clean & another thing they charged me a fee to actually pay my bill,, Some Dentists seem to be getting out of control & we need to stand up & say no thanks

Fantastic experience: I've always had a great experience at Gentle Dental Tahmoor. Dr Russo is a magician and has always been able to help me in an emergency with an urgent filling or broken tooth.

Negative experience: Michael was very gentle n good extracting my tooth, I am very nervous n hate having to go to the dentist n he really puts me at ease n is very kind n patient with me. but I was in shock at the price I had to pay, so very expensive over $500, so hard when you are not financial at all n live from day to day.
