Negative experience: Edit- after seeing the response, I will absolutely not be calling to arrange to go back. I emailed them at the time to give them the opportunity to discuss and they didn’t bother to respond. On top of that, they are holding my records and refuse to forward to my new dentist. I had a horrendous experience with the dental nurse on my last visit. He was so distracted watching the tv above his head causing him to constantly knock me, slump over me and hit my teeth with the instruments all while chewing his chewing gum in my ear. I thought I was doing the right thing by informing management of the experience via email and asking for them to confirm they won’t have him in my next appointment, rather than going straight to leaving a review, however disappointingly I didn’t get a response.

Negative experience: I went to this dentist to get a discoloured tooth cap fixed and left without it being done, as it turned out the appointment was only considered a “consultation” (which I wasn’t told beforehand). On top of that, I was charged for an X-ray I specifically said I didn’t need. It felt like a waste of time and money, and I left with the same problem I came in with. Very disappointing experience.

Negative experience: The online booking system is failed!! So sick to try same things again. Gotta find somewhere else

Negative experience: Tryed to book an appointment online, after setting up an account, verification by text, verification by email, create an account, login, only to be prompted to call to book an appointment, called and got hung up on... ill just go elsewhere

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been a very nervous and apprehensive patient when it comes to dental visits, but Dr Silvio at Lifecare Dental has completely changed that for me. From the very first appointment, he made me feel at ease with his calm and reassuring manner. He’s incredibly professional, thorough, and clearly very knowledgeable—always taking the time to explain everything in detail, which really helps to ease my anxiety. Dr Silvio is also exceptionally gentle, and I’ve never experienced any pain during my treatments, which is something I never thought I’d be able to say about going to the dentist! It’s clear that he genuinely cares for his patients and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire process. I honestly wouldn’t go see anyone else now. If you’re someone who’s nervous about dental visits, I can’t recommend Dr Silvio highly enough.

Negative experience: I had to attend this practice as an emergency because my dentist was not available. I had a broken molar and asked to a temporary fix to last until I get to my Dr. 2 hours later I left this practice swollen, with a broken lip and bruised half face. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mashrufa Mitu is an exceptional dentist! She was highly recommended by a family member, and I can confidently say they were absolutely right. Dr. Mitu is incredibly professional, caring, and genuinely priorities her patients' best interests. She takes the time to thoroughly examine oral health and always considers other health factors in her treatment plan. During my visit, she provided me with valuable techniques to maintain proper oral hygiene, which I really appreciated. Her attention to detail and dedication to her patients' well-being make her stand out. I highly recommend Dr. Mitu to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!

Fantastic experience: Great service.

Negative experience: I were to LifeCare Dental as they told me in reception Bupa would cover the 100% of the services (clean + check) as I didn't do it in the last year, but the day of the appointment the person in reception told me I need to pay and after sent the invoice to bupa, explaining than when I called to take an appointment none told me that and I was thinking they will get the payment from bupa. Anyway I sent thr invoice to bupa and they won't refund any money as the doctor dentist is having some "problems" with her bupa subscription, is what they told me. After several conversations and calls with the dentist they always reply than the manager is not over there to fix the problem.....

Fantastic experience: I visited Life Care Dental for my regular check-up, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Dr. Mitu and her team are incredibly professional, caring, and attentive to their patients' needs. The entire team made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend Life Care Dental (Dr. Mitu) for anyone looking for excellent dental care and a friendly, welcoming environment!

Negative experience: My partner attended the appointment on time and was made to wait more than1hr to see the dentist 1 week ago. Today I'm running 20 mins late due to flat tyre and I also called in to notify the clinic that I'm running late. When I arrived, I was told the dentist cannot see me as I am late. They cancelled my appointment on the spot. I questioned the dentist why everytime patients need to wait for long time and you cannot wait for the patients especially I had an unexpected situation today. I was told this is how medical system works and it is common for patient to wait for more than 2 hrs . Sounds like doctor/dentist 's time is so prescious and patients' time worth nothing! How ridiculous!!!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Karunakar Krishnan! Over the past three years, he has truly transformed my smile and, more importantly, my confidence. I’ve had crowns and a dental implant done, and I have always been impressed with his attention to detail and expertise. Dr. Krishnan takes the time to explain everything and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the entire process. His compassionate approach really sets him apart from other dentists I’ve visited. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding dentist. Negative experience: An hour wait to be put in with a random dentist, the most painful cleaning I've ever experienced for no reason which included cutting up the roof of my mouth and causing an infection.

Fantastic experience: My Autistic daughter saw Dr Mitu, I thought it was a small issue and booked the last appointment on a Sunday, it turned out to be a major issue and a tooth had to be removed. Dr Mitu was so incredibly welcoming, patient and kind. At no point did we feel rushed or raced out so she could go home on time. She persevered with my daughter and managed to do what needed to be done. I am incredibly grateful.

Fantastic experience: Provided emergency care for my husband on a Sunday. Was given an X-ray, fixed 3 broken teeth and provided script for antibiotics. Very thorough, helpful and caring. Have placed them in my phone contacts. Thank you so much.

Negative experience: I just wanted to say a huge thankyou to the lovely team at LifeCare dental in Kingsway I had been up all night with bad toothache I didn’t think I would find a dentist on Sunday I found this one and the receptionist was absolutely lovely the doctor Mitu was amazing as was the nurse I can’t think of her name I am super anxious and scared when it comes to dentist they put my mind at ease from the moment I walked in and oh so gentle I didn’t even feel the extraction and afterwards pain was minimal . Fast forward to todays experience 24/11/2024 My daughter took my granddaughter to the same dentist today 24th November as I recommended this dentist very highly I was so disappointed in my granddaughters experience the same dentist I had end of September was the same dentist my granddaughter had today and my granddaughter was extremely upset she had asked my daughter to get her nana I was in the next room and the dentist replied quite rudely don’t have time for this do you want to go home in pain this is absolutely appalling. It took my daughter most of the day to calm my granddaughter down in this day and age this experience shouldn’t happen . I have retracted my original review and updated this one . Also the receptionist this time had no idea on how to do the charging of the account so no idea on if it’s gone on HBF or Medicare or both and charged out of pocket expenses as well . Definitely won’t be going back I think I’ll stick with my original dentist . Maybe you guys should update your website not recommended for young children as I know from my experience as a child who was traumatised this can carry on and become a scary experience right through your life . I am extremely disappointed on my little granddaughters experience today

Negative experience: Had a emergency appointment for my 7 year old daughter this morning, had been told good reviews over this clinic so I went in with high expectations thinking my child would be comfortable and happy. Dr Mashrufa Mitu had absolutely no patience with my daughter knowing my daughter was quite nervous, she was very rude and the experience was enough to put my daughter off a dentist. It appeared that she was more concerned about the patient after her than the patient she currently had. My daughter was in absolute tears and shaking so I went to get my mum to assist from the waiting room and was told ‘I don’t have time for this! I have another patient waiting, do you just want to go home and be in pain?!’ Safe to say I won’t be using this dentist ever again for my child and I won’t be recommending this dentist to anyone. The front counter had no idea on how to do the charging and it just appeared that this dentist did not want to deal with anyone today. I don’t know if the dentist herself was having a bad day but having a bit of patience goes a long way.

Fantastic experience: I am wanting to share my amazing experience yesterday by the fantastic dentist Dr Jas Chana. He was so so kind and gentle and patient and explained absolutely everything to me and took breaks when my adrenaline spiked through the roof after I needed a shock extraction of my tooth. I’ve just had a follow up text from them today and that made me feel cared about and looked after. If you are nervous about going to the dentist I Highly recommend Jas, he’s lovely.

Fantastic experience: My wife had to visit the practice due to an emergency her regular dentist couldn’t attend to. She was seen by Dr Regunathan who is an extremely professional and caring lady. The problem was quickly diagnosed and my wife felt totally at ease while the problem was resolved. From arriving to leaving the practice everyone was very helpful and friendly. Fantastic experience: I had an exceptionally pleasant experience at Life Care Dental in Kingsway. Within minutes of calling, receptiom (I think Charlotte) scheduled an urgent appointment for my broken tooth with Dr. Dhaval. I brought my energetic 3-year-old daughter, and Dr. Dhaval and Nurse Karen were amazing with her, making it a fun visit for her too! Despite Dr Dhaval's sincere apologies for using the biggest needle they had for the anesthetic, I was surprised I felt no discomfort. The team also answered all my questions about future care. Big thanks to the whole team for their excellent service!

Fantastic experience: First time visiting the dentist Lydia was amazing exceptional care temporary fix and cleaned my teeth, told me what work needs to be done on my teeth and my options which made me feel a lot better then I have ever before going to the dentist definitely be back with my family.

Fantastic experience: Dr Cheng and his dental nurse are absolutely amazing. After seeing 2 other dentists who completely missed my issue, Dr Cheng correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. I wish I had gone to him first and saved myself 10 days of pain. Thank you Dr Cheng and special thanks to the dental nurse who comforted me through the procedure. Highly recommend Dr Chemg.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional ways of handling customer bookings. We booked appointment with a Dentist and at the last minute someone called us that receptionist moved our appointment to other dentists without even informing the patients. When you share the feedback with them they don’t cared . Not recommended at all.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t not recommend Dr Karan enough! I will never go to anybody els. Karan is an extremely professional doctor but cares so much for his patients. Each appointment I’ve been to, I’ve felt safe, relaxed and have full trust! All of my wisdom teeth extractions have been so good! Fantastic experience: Cant recommend this dental practice high enough they are fantastic! Julie has been super helpful each time we have been to the practice and helped us through the process we needed she went above and beyond in helping us. Dr Mitu is amazing i have seen her several times and if i could give more then 5 stars i would she was fantastic, then my son and partner both needed surgical removal of wisdom teeth/more complex dental work done and they both seen Mitu aswell she was fantastic from the very first consult she is so calming, kind, helpful and patient she made the dental experience a pleasant one for us all, she goes above and beyond to make sure your ok, to explain everything to you and make sure your ok during the process. We will definitely be seeing Mitu for all our dental needs in the future.

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank this dental practice enough. First time I have gone and was super impressed. The staff are lovely and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had to get a wisdom tooth out and this might sound weird but the best visit to a dentist I’ve ever had. The dentist was so professional and highly skilled and efficient. Fantastic experience: Charlotte at the front desk would have to be the most helpful person I have ever come across, I received treatment for over 12 months with Dr Silvio (who is also absolutely incredible at what he does) and Charlotte made sure all my appointments were at the times I needed and gave me plenty of notice if anything needed to change. She went above and beyond after appointments to check in and see if I was okay every single time. Charlotte is an absolute asset to any company as there are not many people with her work ethic or caring nature. I could not recommend Lifecare dental or Dr Silvio enough.

Fantastic experience: I always have a wonderful experience with Dr Lydia Ling, she always explains everything and helps you understand what you need to do to help maintain good oral hygiene, very helpful staff, would recommend any dentist here.

Fantastic experience: Deep clean, treat abscess, filling on rear tooth molar on Xmas day 25th Dec 23 care and look after Dr Khan and her dental technician, great care and excellent work dr khan look after, and following day on 26th Dec 23, boxing day feel uncomfortable and doubt revisit clinic, dr Vireena reexamined and explained to me because of that receding gumnloss in that area is prone to develop abscess regularly to deep clesn and floss and use savlcon mouth wash. She provided me lots of explanation and care, thank you for both of your care to me.

Fantastic experience: My husband came here yesterday. The service was 5 star. Charlotte, a receptionist, was so helpful when I was booking his appointment, her service was exceptional, something you do not get very often these days. Dr Koshal was just amazing, she explained how she was going to surgicaly remove his tooth, then detailed instructions for his aftercare, she was very gentle and cared every step of the way. This morning he received a phone call from Charlotte to check everything was ok. I can recomend Lifecare and Dr Koshal 100 percent.

Negative experience: I had an appointment today at 2.50 pm at 3.05 pm I informed the receptionist that I couldn’t wait any longer as my wife had a car accident and that I needed to pick up a hire car. The receptionist spoke to the dentist and then came back and abruptly told me the dentist would not see me again, so much for service and patient care.

Fantastic experience: Patient, caring and lovely staff. I took my mother as her dental bridge had mishap and needed removal. We had an appointment with Dr Bushra. Fantastic experience: It has to be one of the best dental clinics in Perth. Both the staff and the clinic are excellent. Dr Dhaval is the best dentist I’ve had. I had a bit of a phobia of going to the dentists but its not so bad. Highy recommend.

Negative experience: Have to say Lifecare Dental in Madeley are shocking service is horrendous and they clearly are looking to scam as much money off you as they can the professionalism and knowledge of the dentists is to be questioned 2 hours to complete 4 fillings with other things added which I did not ask for. The dentist was rude and whilst working on my teeth sat there complaining about other employees utterly disgusted will be taking further through the process with complaint and cost do not see Bushra Khan. When I complained to the receptionist she did not seem to care. On a positive Perth LifeCare Dental in Perth are the opposite can not recommend Yvonne enough she is professional empathetic and very gentle. The dentists there seem to be of a higher standard.

Fantastic experience: I have always been terrified of the dentist, and I avoid it like the plague. Dr. Rahul and his assistant were incredible. Put me completely at ease, they dealt with my anxiety really well. Dr. Rahul showed me the tools and explained exactly what he was going to do, showing me how different things were used. Answered my questions patiently and professionally, I actually enjoyed my experience at the dentist today for the first time in my adult life. Cannot recommend highly enough ❤️

Fantastic experience: I've had a few traumatic experiences, not only with dentists but surgery in general. I had so much anxiety leading up to removing an infected wisdom tooth that was close to the nerves and fused to the bone. Dr Sohoni was wonderful and everything went well. I will definitely go back there and recommend this dental clinic to others.

I explained to her about my phobia. She was amazing. I ended up making an appointment for the next day with Dr Bushra. Omg she was so gentle with me. She explained everything to me as she was doing it. She made sure I had no pain. I needed all my top teeth removed plus my wisdom teeth. On the day I was given 2 pills and I fell asleep in the dentist chair. I woke up as my denture was going on. No pain whatsoever. I will definitely be returning to Dr Bushra at Lifecare Dental. Fantastic experience: Dr Karun Krishnan is the best Dentist I have ever been to. Kind , caring and considerate. I am so happy with the new crowns he did for me. I have a terrible fear of Dentists but he put me at ease the first time I saw him. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you.

Negative experience: The actual dental work was average ie scale and clean and a filling I am not convinced I actually needed. They over service and try to take the maximum amount of money off you. Full X rays. Do things without asking why would I want a fluoride treatment then another a few weeks later. Ground teeth down. Advised wisdom teeth needed removing another dentist strongly recommend against it. I am writing this a long time after the event and time hadn't changed my opinion. Definately not for me.

Negative experience: Insisted on a $50 up front payment just to make an appointment for my 7yr old son as a new patient, even though we have registered our other child before, as well as being fully covered by a health fund. Then when we finished they denied ever taking the payment and we had to show them a bank statement to get the refund. Not impressed

Negative experience: Its worth getting a second opinion. Life care told me i needed 6 teeth removed. After visiting another dentist i was told i only need 3 removed the rest could be filled.

Positive experience: My time at lifecare dental with Dr Lucy Ge as my dentist has been a really positive one. I needed to get 8 teeth out (which included 4 wisdom teeth to be removed surgically). Post recovery, my wounds healed really well, and I think it’s thanks to the dentist and her skills. Only downside is I got allergic to the amoxicillin antibiotic, I had to get another type of antibiotic. Something to think about it incase it might happen to you too. I was really nervous about the whole thing, 8 teeth is a lot and hated dental injections (still do). But Dr Lucy Ge was such a chill dentist; she reassured me that I will be able to handle all 8 teeth taken out at once. It really made all the difference for me. I was no longer worried and now looking back, I have no regrets at all, I’m really glad I trusted her competence as a dentist. Some tips: If you want discounts for prescribed medications with your healthcare card, buy them at the pharmacy before the dental procedures/surgery. Otherwise, you’ll pay the full price, feel free to talk to your dentist about these things. You can never go wrong with saving a bit of money. Some example of the medications you might be given are usually the pain killers, anti-inflammatory pills, antibiotics and valium pills (this one helps u feel sleepy during surgery, very effective and less scary than IV sedation!). With teeth extractions, if you are worried about brushing right into the socket hole accidentally, get one of those small interdental Pikster brushes. That way you have more precise control when brushing around the hole. Discolouration and tartar build up can happen so fast, so brushing those areas are just as important (especially if u wanna avoid cavities!). Dental injections are such a pain but stay relaxed as possible, and let your dentist know if you have any concerns so that he/she can take measures to better assist you. I wish you all the best!

Fantastic experience: A massive thank you to Dr Rainer Anderson who was able to remove my daughters wisdom tooth Saturday night. Emma had been in so much pain and after our local dentist refusing to remove it and saying she needed a specialist, it had become infected and unbearable pain, she obviously couldn't wait to see a specialist so an emergency visit to Dr Rainer and he had everything under control and the tooth extracted within half an hour. She is recovering well and no more pain! He is absolutley brilliant and we will be travelling to see him for future dental visits. Thank you so much from Emma and her mum Debbie.

Fantastic experience: I wish to record how pleased my wife and I are with the service we have received from Elaine Tseu who has been attending to our dental needs for a number of years. Her service is very professional yet friendly and empathetic. I can honestly say, and I am now an octogenarian, that I have never experienced a dentist with the qualities Elaine has. Recently my wife, who is 79 went through so major dental surgery and Elaine handled the delicate procedures over a number of weeks with sympathy and very clear explanations at and before every step of the way, which gave us complete confidence. Will be back for my six month check up in a couple of weeks. Thank you Elaine.

Negative experience: Moved from qld to Perth, choose this dentist purely because of my health fund. It was abit out of the way for me, they starting seeing me when I was pregnant & started off great. I went back after my pregnancy to do an Invisalign consult, I had a scan done of my teeth & was told a dentist would call me in a week or 2 to make an appointment to go through a treatment plan & price. Well it’s been over 2 months now & me calling them every week, for them to say “so & so only works mondays & Tuesday’s I’ll have them ring you then “ I never hear a thing. Apparently they don’t want my money, or service. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I attended Life Care dental at Kingsway for two upper wisdom teeth to be removed from the initial phone call to make the appointment to the extraction I felt at ease and confident I was in good hands. I was very anxious about having them out and I saw dentist Alex who is amazing and very experienced. My teeth were out in 5 mins pain free and I felt so at ease. Thankyou so so much for making the experience a good one. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I visited this practice for the first time today and was very impressed. The staff were lovely and the dentist I saw, Dr Vireena Koshal, was excellent. I was in a fair bit of pain and required an emergency root canal. Dr Koshal was very calming and reassuring and made the procedure as good an experience as it could be. I will definitely be returning to have Dr Koshal complete the work.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing dr. Greer and Ann, they're wonderful people, so far so good, including the staff and receptionist, you can also ask the cost of the treatment before you start, and they'll tell you how much is the cost.

Fantastic experience: I honestly can not recommend this dentist enough. Everyone is so lovely and accommodating I have never had trouble getting an appointment. All of the dentists are very friendly and so gentle. I usually see Dr Emilia and she is fantastic! Bonus they do Invisalign! If you are looking for a dentist definitely give these guys a go you will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going to this clinic for over ten years. We have never had a bad experience yet. From the receptionists to the managers and dentists, they’re are all polite and professional. They make me look forward to my appointments!

Positive experience: I took My 8 year old daughter there after hours one evening as she was in a lot of pain. We got in pretty quickly and the dentist seemed pretty competent in her abilities. Did feel a little uncomfortable with the manner she spoke to her assistant tho. By the end of our visit my daughter was all sorted and had full recovery in a day or two. What got the biggest shock though was my wallet as my daughters treatment cost me just under $1000.00. The practice is located just on the outer side of the main shopping complex at the intersection of Wanneroo road and Hepburn ave. So unless it’s an emergency or your fully covered by insurance etc. this might not want to be your very first option.

Fantastic experience: I am a dentist avoider but forced to go due to requiring an extraction. From the moment I made the appointment to walking into the surgery I was made to feel at ease! The dentist Greer was so lovely as was her nurse and never felt judged or embarrassed. Would highly recommend to someone like myself who has had way too many bad dentist experiences. Fantastic experience: Attended a hygienist appointment today with Ann, my teeth and gums feel great. Ann was very informative and gave me some tips for improved dental hygiene. Never heard of the 'little picksters' but will make sure I get some to use in my daily routine. Thanks Ann. Really dont mind visiting this dental surgery all the staff are great

Negative experience: I can NOT believe the way I was just spoken to by the receptionist. I called, the phone was answered as 'Hi, ya there?' I responded 'Yes hello, I was..' before I could even finish I was rudely cut off to then be told 'Look I am really busy right now can I call you back'.. pardon me? For 1 that was extremely unprofessional and for 2 no you can not call me back because I am certainly now not comfortable attending your dental centre, mind you I am absolutely petrified as it is to go to the dentist.

Positive experience: Sam is such a great dentist! I am a notorious non-flosser and he was so helpful and nice about my teeth. He made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. I dont even mind that I have to go back!

Negative experience: Been a few years back and found they were really good but this time not so much. I called and booked for an appointment a few weeks back and was told "i was all booked in on said time and date" i went there (i dont live around the corner from this area so its a bit of a travel for me) and was told i wasnt booked in and that they were full and couldnt squeeze me in. Fairenough i know mistakes happen sometimes so i ask to be booked in for 2 weeks times. I watched the lady as she typed me in and she gave me a card with my next appointment date and time. I call today to cancel and once again i wasnt booked in! Glad i didnt travel there again to be told i wasnt booked and waste my fuel and time.
