Fantastic experience: All the staff super kind and friendly, made me feel as relaxed as I've ever been at the dentist.Which is HUGE ! Dr Dom I highly recommend , very quick and painfree . The call back the next day to see how you are progressing is very caring. I had a similar experience with Dr Ian 5 yrs ago .Ive not been a regular customer but the Team make it very easy to walk in the door and not judgemental .

Fantastic experience: After a bad experience many years ago I have avoided going to the dentist. I met Dr Vincent earlier this year and I cannot praise him enough. His calm nature, welcoming smile and ability to make you at ease is amazing. I actually leave with a smile on my face instead of coming out a mess and shaking. I would highly recommend this Dentis and the Clinix as a whole. All the staff are extremely welcoming and professional. I am even booking my future appointments to get all the required treatment completed.

Fantastic experience: I needed some fillings, so reached out to Australian Dental Burpengary via there web page and completed an online booking appointment (extremely easy to navigate and book). Once I arrived at the practice (5 minutes early) I was greeted by extremely professional yet friendly staff. Dr Vincent came out and took me straight in, he explained what I needed and proceeded to make me feel so at ease. If you are looking for a professional Dentist who offers great care and friendly manner I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Vincent and Australian Dental Burpengary.

Positive experience: Unfortunately I have an issue with the last visit. The tooth that was filled left a rough spot on the tooth, which made it feel like there was something on the tooth and now there's a bit of loose tooth after I chew on it that I can feel.

My visit there today was by accident, I thought I had actually booked with my usual dentist but I was in a rush and booked the wrong place but I am so greatful I did, Dr Vincent and the Team were more than empathetic and kind. Fantastic experience: At first I was uneasy and in defense, obviously I don't visit dentist nor look after my teeth. It was a lengthy period but definitely worth the wait. Dr Pawan and his Team were always polite and professional after my initial consultation and it was all finalised I had a list of what was going to happen estimating times and visits, and pretty much was spot on. After my 2nd visit I had no issue going to the dentist they always made me feel welcome by saying hello and goodbye, by name every visit. I would not change a thing and would do it again. I feel better more confident and can't wait for my next visit. I highly recommend there dental practice, I now take my 3 children there.

Negative experience: I have booked with them before and with my children been sick and my husband cancer treatment , I had to cancel few appointments Finally have a day I can go but was told they can’t take me in due to my past canceled appointments.. so sad.

Fantastic experience: Dr Joseph and his team of dental nurses and reception are brilliant, if you have any fears of going to the dentist this would be the place to go! Welcoming, caring and careful. I had tooth extraction (wisdom tooth) and some fillings. All done to precision and even any numbing needles were barely felt, after care was also top notch and information about everyday teeth care was explained, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have no issues with "going to the dentist." I couldn't have said that 20 years ago. Aussie Dental have great staff - always welcome you. Dr Sam takes care of me and he is great, always explaining what is to be done and keeps explaining as he is proceeding. Overall the practice is well organised with first-rate facilities.

Fantastic experience: Had bad experiences with dentists when I was younger and Poor fillings which lead to long term issues with my teeth growing up. Avoided dentists for many years later as a result of avoiding the thought of such uncomfortable lengthy painful experiences and cost based on experiences and people I know getting ripped off. Got to the point my dental issues where affecting me greatly being huge burden. Bit the bullet and made an appointment with Australian Dental from a recommendation of a friend. I expected the work I needed to be done would cost me a house deposit based on what I had seen others I know pay. To wrap it all up I have had a couple of extractions "Painless" I have had I think 8 fillings "Painless" I also have had a dental implant "Painless" . After the first 2 appointments I was actually keen and motivated to go every weekend non stop for a couple months in a row to get on top of my issues. I simply can not recommend the team here highly enough. Thank you Sam And Michelle. During the implant procedure Dr Michelle asked what music id like to hear and put on a play list, they where so caring and I had awesome 80s tunes playing and I actually had a chin wag chat during the whole procedure. Thanks again to the team. I feel like a whole new Man after finally getting everything sorted and the total cost of all the work was 1/4 of what I expected based on people I know who had basic work done from other dentists. If you need work done just make an appointment and the team here will look after you, Just do it, make the step.

Fantastic experience: Nothing has changed in the many years I've been going to Australia Dental Burpengary. They are the most professional, honest and caring group of Dentists I have ever seen!! Other Dentists I've been to always hit the bank fast and hard, suggesting all sorts of expensive must have's. This group genuinely care about you and offer advice on things that may help and fully explain why. Then I have the opportunity to make a choice. They do not grab for every last $$ you may have. Gentle, explains everything step by step and they have my best interests at heart. Who knew?? Dentists are not scary at all. Highly recommend this practice. Thank you guys. You are the BEST!!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Australian Dental at Burpengary for years now and have always had a positive experience. From the receptionists, to the dental nurses and the dentist themselves. Everyone is so kind and make you feel comfortable during what can be a vulnerable or scary time. Dr Sam is so lovely and always makes the whole experience calm and anxiety free. I also was always worried about judgement for my teeth but there's absolutely no judgement. The prices are also fair to what I've found around locally.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend these guys, I recently had a few fillings replaced on my front teeth, I’m VERY anxious with the dentist but Dr Sam was amazing, made me feel very comfortable and did an awesome job, the fillings matched perfectly in colour and blend right in, much better than the original fillings that had been done elsewhere. Fantastic experience: The receptionist was welcoming and warming. I had a really bad situation. Dr Sam was the best dentist I’ve seen in 30years. He was 100% concerned with my comfort and made sure I understood everything that was happening and fixed the issue. The dental nurse was also very reassuring during the appointment making sure I was ok. I also received a check up call today to see how is was feeling and if I had any questions or concerns. Fantastic experience: Was an awesome experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, Liz at reception was lovely and made me feel at ease, Dr Sam Chan is a legend and a great dentist. They ran me through everything, made me very comfortable and procedure was painless, easy and very professional. My procedure is also healing significantly faster than the same procedure done at another dentist. Price was awesome too and they also have Afterpay, which really helps. I, like many other people, avoid the dentist till the last minute but I am now on the list for 6 month check ups and will be with them for life. Do yourself and your teeth a favour and go see these guys. Thanks again was honestly the best experience with the dentist to date.

I’ve been driving past Australia Dental at Burpengary and decided to take the plunge and book an appointment. Wind forward to assessment day - best dental experience ever. Unlike other experiences of being judged and patronised it was all positive. A plan was made with clear outcome and that’s all I wanted. No judgement ! I had the absolute pleasure of Sam the Dentist and based on my experience I highly recommend Sam and this practice. I can’t thank you enough !

Fantastic experience: Every time I go to Australia dental Burpengary I've had nothing but the best experience. As a young adult I always had to have the local anaesthetic as I got older I was hating the numbness while waiting for the anaesthetic to wear off and then I would have pain for many hours afterwards. I am now able to sit through procedures that most dentists would say you should have the anaesthetic but I have a better experience at the dentist by not having it. This is something that a lot of dentists don't like to do but I've been seeing Dr Sam for a few years now and I haven't yet had to have an anaesthetic though once he felt I should so as patient as he is he proceeded without. We made it through and I had no associated pain at all. Dr Sam talks you through everything that he's doing. He has an amazing compassion with his patients. The receptionists and dental assistance are also as compassionate as Dr Sam. They even go the extra mile and call the following day after a procedure to see how everything is. I thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone that has a fear with dentists. You will soon be enjoying your visits like me
