Fantastic experience: Dentist Han is wonderful with kids. My son who's seven saw her for his 6months check up and he felt at ease, she put him at ease and he was comfortable. She also explained what she was doing step by step and made sure he was okay before proceeding, I think she's caring and took the time to answer my questions. My husband has been seeing this Bupa dental clinic for two years now and said the dentist's here have a more caring attitude unlike Pacific smiles Woden where we use to go to. See Dentist Han, you'll be in safe hands.

Fantastic experience: I would like to share my very good experience with Dentist Justin Lee, he was very patient during check up, cleaning and also replace my fillings. He listened to my questions and my concerns and took his time to explain things to me and also made sure i was very comfortable during the filling process. Very efficient with what needs to be done. Thanks again and also thank you for the dentist assistance who I was too nervous to remember the name at the time.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Justin & Fena, I had my 2 wisdom teeth removed without feeling any pain in less than 1 hour. Justin was very professional & Fena was super efficient in assisting. What a great team! Anyone thinking about getting rid of wisdom teeth should go to them. I have a very low tolerance for pain, but they have made the process way better than what I had in mind. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Living in Canberra for 6 years, I’ve visited multiple dentists but Sarah Han at Bupa Dental is surely the best dentist I’ve ever visited. I was told multiple times that I overbrush my teeth but Sarah was the first dentist who explained the cause and consequences and gave me actionable advice. She is very gentle on cleaning as well. I would definitely come back in 6 months and get checked up with Sarah again! :)

Fantastic experience: This Bupa preferred Dental Practice provided me with a refreshing experience and too my faith in the industry in general. It reminded me of when I was a child and it was a given necessity to have YOUR family Dr, YOUR family dentist and later YOUR hairdresser etc! Having been traveling for over ten years I hadn’t established any local health professionals but, in true Murphys Law style, my attitude of “I’ll get around to it” to “I need both NOW”! In fact it was in a very short space of time, utilizing my Bupa Health Insurance App, I was fortunate to locate a Bupa Preferred Dental Practice AND more importantly, secure an appointment that day despite the fact that it was late in the afternoon by the time I was able to find an appointment anywhere ! I’m sure that the gentleman on reception, Sandesh, had a lot to do with convincing the dentist that I genuinely required a consult and treatment. Within 40 minutes from this call, I was whisked thru from checking in at reception and I was propped up in the dentist chair. Dr Justin with his assistant Dr Kalpana, gently but confidently tended to my concerns whilst assuring me and putting any anxious fears way on the back burner and now after having now two visits under my belt, those initial and justified fears have completely dissipated. Dr Justin, is a young, confident and very competent Dentist who doesn’t try to ramp up unnecessary treatments which ultimately leave you with outrageous out of pocket costs, but provides a variety of methods that can be utilized in his and your course of treatment plan. He lays it out for you with an explanation of how each one could be implemented your personalized treatment plan . He advises which methods are rebate able under your individual BUPA plan and should it not be covered your informed and he honestly provides alternative methods if possible . This is what I found particularly refreshing, where your involved in the decision making process, both of you working towards the same goals and how it can be achieved AND being mindful of how it will impact you financially. Upon leaving , your greeted once more by Sandesh at reception or Coni, an “L” plate receptionist, any out of pocket expenses have already been determined ongoing appointments made and later confirmed by SMS. For someone (ie me!) who has been to dental professionals around the world, and I must add , most have been unfavorable experiences, I can say with confidence that my attitude has been turned around by the friendly, professional and compassionate manner in which every single staff member provided me. I certainly don’t have any hesitation in recommending the Bupa Dental Practice Canberra Civic, 64 Northbourne Ave, Canberra ACT.

Fantastic experience: Hygienist (Alyssa) is amazing - I’ve had a number of ‘standard’ cleans by other dentists which were far more uncomfortable than the deep cleans she did. Always great to have ‘new teeth’ after a dentist visit!

He is VERY2 GOOD! My son was personally greeted by his name as soon as he stepped into the clinic. Fantastic experience: It’s is very good centre let me feel welcome and special . As I am going to overseas in two weeks time and requested filling to be done on first consultation. I knew I put a different request on them. To my surprise they fulfilled my demand . I am would like particularly thank Dr Tittu and Dr Sadie go extra miles to help patients.
