Fantastic experience: I was on the lookout for a dental clinic that could start my son off on the Invisalign process. My friend recommended we see Smile creation in Bundoora, very happy we chose to do so. The staff are amazing and Dr Khanna is professional, caring and a perfectionist. Fantastic experience: Congrats to Dr Sanjay Khanna for the incredibly smooth and flawless extraction of my tooth today. An infection/abscess on the root which has been ongoing for a number of years, was removed so so efficiently and pain free!! What could easily have been a complicated task was performed with such professionalism and utmost care. He has an amazing team at the surgery who made my experience very comforting and where attentive to my somewhat urgent case. Looking forward to the continued treatment he has planned for me. Positive experience: I visited smile creation in Bundoora a few months ago for a general clean. The staff were friendly and they did had knowledge and experience however the clean was not what I expected. They spent around 15 minutes to clean all of my teeth up and down, which was not enough for a good cleaning. It would have been a good service if you charged $60 for it, instead of $120.

Fantastic experience: I FOLLOWED MY DENTIST ACROSS THE OTHER SIDE OF THE CITY I first met Dr Sanjay Khanna when he was working in a dental clinic in my local area. About five years ago he opened up his own practice 'Smile Creation' in the northern suburbs of Melbourne and both my husband and I have continued our dental treatment with him. Sanjay and the staff at Smile Creation are fantastic. We are always greeted with a smile and asked how we have been since our last appointment. The reception and waiting area is nicely laid out, roomy, always clean and tidy, and so are the facilities. Some of the things that make going to Smile Creation a standout for us: Sanjay always comes out to reception to greet us before we go in for treatment. When in the chair, he explains every step of the treatment procedure, regardless of whether it's a routine clean or a root canal. This makes me feel more comfortable during the process, as I have always been anxious going to the dentist. Sometimes, there will be background music on or the television turned on and this is a good distraction and also helps to relax in the chair. I have a 'gag reflex' and he is very considerate and recognises I need a break when I raise my hand, as well as giving me extra tissues. If the dental work is major, Sanjay provides us with a quote so that we know what to expect up front, as well as a schedule for when the work will be done. He takes great care when working, has a soft touch so as to cause as little inconvenience as possible and is very thorough in his examinations and treatments. If there is a potential problem with a tooth, he organises a follow up contact to see how it's doing. We highly recommend Dr Sanjay Khanna and his staff at Smile Creation Bundoora. Fantastic experience: I initially went to another dentist and they really didn’t diagnose the problem that well and it just got worse because of their negligence and I couldn’t even get an appointment when I was in pain , I suffered for 3 weeks cause of them . Smile creations got me an appointment right away and professionally diagnosed the problem and fixed it with just 1 visit.
