Fantastic experience: I had been looked after by Dr Lynette and Louis for the past few years and they have made significant improvement in my oral health. I really appreciate the honesty of advice and effective treatment plans.

Positive experience: The team was very nice and but towards the end, while they were polishing my tooth, I felt as if a part of the tool had fallen into my mouth and I felt an immediate pain in my gum and lips. I didn't like the fact that they tried to hide the incident, not informing straight away of what had happened and I had to insist to know what they had done to me, while they were trying to stop the blood. They tried to minimise it, saying it was "just a paper cut". I felt dizzy and when I arrived home, I figured out it was bigger than a simple paper cut on my gum. My lips were also injured and I've had to apply cream and disinfect it every day as it is at the corner of my lips, which makes it hard to heal. It's been 5 days now, and I'm still not able to eat, even laugh normally. I can't even check the filling they made since, as I can't open my mouth well. One should never be injured by professionals when trying to get healed. Especially when you are asked to pay $375. Not the best experience for my first time at a dentist in Australia. *** Edit *** After reading my review, Dr Lynette Lim apologised for what happened. It turns out that the dentist who treated me was an independent contractor, hired to cover a maternity leave. Dr Lynette offered to fix my tooth at no charge as the pain was still persistent. She took the time to share her inputs and re did the filling. Treatment was quite brutal but since, it seems that the pain is gone now. I appreciated Dr Lim's follow-up, how she cares about making her customers happy and I thank her for that. The dentist I saw initially does not work at the clinic anymore.

Fantastic experience: Our whole family have been going to Lynette and Louis for the past 3 years. Every occasion, their service was professional and painless. They go out of their way to make you feel at home, we always feel welcome. Their equipment is new and up to date and we always feel safe. Definitely recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I first made an appointment here on a recommendation and since have been recommending Dr Lim and her wonderful team to others. Dr Lim is thorough, precise and extremely attentive to all details of her dental work. She has stayed late to do needed work for me and came up with an implant solution that saved my $1000. Dr Lim collaborated with the periodontist to ensure my implants all went to plan. I cannot speak highly enough of this practice where the dental nurses as well have all been engaging and effective. Dr Lim is my permanent dentist!

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough about Neutral Bay Family Dental, in specific Louis. He is simply outstanding. I am not a huge fan of going to the Dentist. However, Louis is skillful, patient and completes a thoroughly impressive clean every time.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Lyn now for over two years, she is an exceptional dentist, a real stand out. Her high degree of professional skill coupled with her lovely caring nature makes a visit to the dentist seem almost pleasurable! I have complex dental needs; many implants, crowns etc, and have felt quite despairing at times regarding this. Having discovered Lyn I feel confident now that these issues will eventually be a thing of the past. She has a very subtle sense of humour too, which I really like. I thoroughly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I am not one to post reviews regularly but after my 3rd visit today I have to say that I would highly recommend Neutral Bay Family Dental. After not visiting a dentist for many many years plus I have terrible anxiety I had to go due to a broken tooth. My first visit was a welcome relief, the team put me at ease and made the process very easy and gave that extra TLC that I needed. After the second and third visit (Louis and the team) made the me feel very comfortable and pain free (even though I had to get 1 or 2 injections on each visit). At one point today I closed my eyes and I could have gone to sleep, it was that comfortable, now I am a person who does not like pain and has a fear of dentists all together. I just wanted to say thank you Neutral Bay Family Dental, you have made my experience more enjoyable and I am not afraid to visit the dentist anymore, you have made me a regular customer now.

Fantastic experience: Exceptionally diligent with a highly skilled caring staff. The practice has been my dental service provider of choice for numerous years now as I have always found the service exemplary. Dr Lynette Lim and her whole team ought to be congratulated on the level of care that they provide.

Negative experience: Not a very good experience. I booked an appointment at the clinic based on the google reviews as my dentist relocated and I was looking for a dentist in the neighbourhood. The clinic didn’t look very clean and the doctor scared me a bit after the first visit, I came back for the second appointment and I came back home upset as the doctor didn’t show the best manners making me anxious in different ways. I am now going in another clinic under another doctor care and I love attending to my dentist appointments.

Fantastic experience: I've been visiting Neutral Bay Family Dental for 6 years now, and can't say enough good things about the team. Not only are they all welcoming and friendly, they're all deeply knowledgeable about their field. Louis has incredible attention to detail, is thorough but gentle with the tools, and efficient. Whether it was fixing a chip on my tooth so it's invisible, or removing my aligners so my teeth look as good as new; every time I see Louis, everything is perfect. Dr Lynette is wonderful. She's committed to making my teeth the best they can be, and takes a forward looking perspective on how to improve things. She removed all my wisdom teeth in the chair, has coached me through aligners, and keeps me accountable for my dental hygiene on a regular basis. She is an absolutely brilliant dentist, and a lovely person to match. I always recommend the team to my family and friends, who are never disappointed.

When I made the first appointment, I asked to be put with their most gentle staff member - which is where Louis came in. He is so lovely, calm, patient, and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: Two weeks ago I had to get my lower wisdom tooth removed. I was quite nervous but Dr. Lim explained everything and made me feel very safe. It wasn't pleasant of course to get an impacted wisdom tooth removed but Dr. Lim did a great job and now I'm pain free again! I'm with Dr.Lim for a while now. Go there every 6 months to get my teeth cleaned. Recommend her and the team to everyone who is looking for a nice, caring and professional dentist.
