Fantastic experience: We were referred to Norwest Paediatric Dentistry after discovering our son has 2 chalky molars. We got an appointment very quickly. Dr Jana Nikolovski was incredible. She was thorough, she provided great information and we were given multiple date options to get his crowns fitted. The reception staff were wonderful to deal with and my questions in his follow up call were answered quickly. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Our third visit to Norwest Paediatric Dentistry and another success! Arriving early allowed us time to build a ‘creation’ with Bluey playing quietly on the TV in the background. I only wished we had more time to read a book, there’s a great collection of thought provoking kids books. The same comfort and care, explaining every step of the way, why they use the tools they do, how they might feel in their mouth etc. The choice of a ‘prize’ at the end (Harry Potter keyring being the selection this time) and leaving with a sparkly smile. This place is exceptional. They really care and have such a knack of creating a space of comfort. 5/5 from us again!!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I visited Norwest Pediatric Dentistry, and from the moment we walked in, the experience was nothing short of remarkable. Olivia, at the front desk, was the first person we encountered. She immediately listened to the details of my daughter's dental issue, one that a previous orthodontist had been unable to resolve. Despite it being a Friday afternoon and my expectations of hearing back being low, Olivia reassured me that she would contact me after consulting with Dr. Rebecca Eggers. To my surprise and relief, Olivia called back promptly with an appointment time, demonstrating her commitment and attentiveness. When we arrived for the appointment, Olivia's warm, friendly demeanor set a comforting tone for what had initially been a dreaded visit. Her kindness made both my daughter and me feel instantly welcomed and at ease, which was a huge relief given the anxiety we both felt about the outcome. Dr. Rebecca Eggers was truly exceptional in handling my daughter's fear of dental procedures. At just eight years old, my daughter had a deep-seated anxiety about dental work, yet Dr. Eggers had a remarkable ability to communicate with her in a way that was reassuring and easy to understand. She took the time to explain each step of the process in terms my daughter could grasp, without making the experience frightening. Dr. Eggers even allowed my daughter to see and touch the equipment, giving her a sense of control that made all the difference. Hannah, the dental assistant, was equally amazing. She went out of her way to ensure my daughter felt comfortable, even playing her favorite movie with headphones to distract and relax her. Hannah interacted with my daughter on a personal level, treating her more like a friend than just a patient, which really helped build her confidence. In the past, my daughter had been to four other dental appointments for the same treatment, each one ending in tears and overwhelming fear. However, this time was completely different. She remained calm, confident, and positive throughout the entire appointment, thanks to the incredible team of Dr. Eggers, Hannah, and Olivia. Their combined efforts created an atmosphere of trust and support that I had never seen before. The issue that another local orthodontist couldn't resolve was finally addressed and fixed. The team at Norwest Pediatric Dentistry exceeded our expectations, turning a frustrating situation into a successful outcome. For some, this may have seemed like just another routine day at work, but for me, it was an experience that went beyond what I had hoped for. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism shown by Olivia, Dr. Eggers, and Hannah made a world of difference for my daughter and me. They transformed what could have been a stressful situation into a positive and empowering experience. I left feeling truly grateful for the exceptional service we received, and my daughter now feels more confident about dental visits moving forward. Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to all the staff here and especially to Dr. Ashleigh! I’m so overwhelmed with the fact that you all catered so well to my little boy who is ASD. It actually brings me to be a bit emotional. From the beautiful ladies at the front desk (from the very first phone call), to The dental assistant with Dr Ashleigh, the hospital they worked with and the anethestist that was recommended. This was the first dental and then hospital visit where there was 0 trauma involved for my boy to a point where he didn’t want to leave the hospital you worked in today. You all made it so he could be seen asap and looked after asap. As a special needs mum, my heart is very grateful for each and every one of you. Thank you to all involved from beginning to the end and I’m excited we have a safe and loving place to bring our son from now on.

Fantastic experience: I've found Norwest Paediatric Dentistry accommodating and supportive, especially Dr. Jana, who has been treating my son, who is on the severe end of the autism spectrum and has a complex case of comorbid conditions. Having a child with special needs and challenging behaviours meant no regular paediatric dentistry was able to meet my son's needs. Norwest Paediatric has not only met my son's needs but also exceeded expectations. Thank you, Dr. Jana! We are grateful to have found you and for all your help!

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist for children, they are so incredibly patient and flexible. My child was scared of putting a gas mask on for a simple procedure, so they immediately adapted the plan with no fuss. Then when my child wouldn't stay still for the second approach, they adapted again, all while totally calm, lovely and making us both feel like it was no bother. I was blown away by their adaptability and the kindness they showed. Definitely not as cheap as other dentists but so so worth it.

Fantastic experience: Nothing but amazing things to say about this place!! My son recently had dental surgery with them and we had Dr Ash and she is absolutely incredible with our son! One of the nicest and warmest doctors we have ever met (and we have met a fair few with our son’s preemie journey). Since the surgery, we have had phone call follow ups with other dental professionals from the practice and the receptionists and they have all been so wonderful! I would 100% recommend Norwest Paediatric Dentistry to anyone!

Fantastic experience: We were referred to Norwest Paediatric Dentistry for our 4 year old. It was her second time ever at a dentist and I was expecting the worst. The team at NPD were so welcoming, kind and gentle with her. She did everything they ask, including two different x-rays without mum in the room. I could not recommend them enough.

She answered all his questions patiently and was so gentle when it was time to administer the local anaesthetic, that he was not even aware it was happening. Fantastic experience: This is probably the best dental clinic I have ever attended. The staff are very caring and attend to your need. Our dentist Dr Jana is fantastic. As English is my second language, I found her instructions and advice very easy to understand and she happily answered any questions I had. When I couldn't make a decision to what treatment was best to my daughter, she told from her experience what would go best. My daughter had to fix her front teeth decay in the hospital. Dr Jana and her team made the process very easy to follow and the whole experience much more pleasant than I would expect. My daughter's front teeth was fixed beautifully. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: AMAZING TEAM! I have taken both my kids here since they were toddlers (now teenagers) and my boys always leave happy. This amazing team are so friendly, welcoming and they really take the time to check each tooth and they always make sure the kids are feeling safe and happy. I would highly recommend all parents to take their kids here, this team will definitely look after your kids teeth!

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my son to Norwest Paediatric Dentistry since he was 3-4 years old he was referred for some dental work & I have never looked back, we have been going there ever since. My daughter started seeing the amazing dentists there when she was old enough. The staff are amazing from reception to dentist and surgeons. Fantastic experience: Dr Rebecca and her team are amazing! I needed an emergency appointment as my son fell over and broke his tooth at school. Their whole approach to my son was so different to the general dentist and they made him feel comfortable and relaxed so his tooth filing could be completed. Overall the experience was so positive, and now my son is happy to return again for further appointments. A follow up call to see how my son was going the next day after his first treatment, was greatly appreciated! I highly recommend Norwest Paediatric Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: I cannot believe the service in care given by Norwest, paediatric dentists. I deal with specialists and those in the paediatric arena, very often and the ability to connect with children and eliminate fear is amazing.

NWPD prove their worth with industry leading expert paediatric dentistry and exceptional customer care. My children have had their share of issues with their teeth and are looked after by the team here on referral from our general family dentist. They are having good outcomes now and are on track for lifelong healthy teeth with the care they are receiving. Fantastic experience: After a bad experience with another dentist I was afraid my son would never go back to the dentist again! Thought I would give Norwest a try, and they turned him around! He keeps asking me if we can go back again! They also picked up some major dental issues that our previous dentist never mentioned! All the staff are lovely and professional and so good with the kids! My daughter loves them too! There may be a bit of a wait list - but they are totally worth it! The daughter of a friend needed emergency dental treatment and were seen straight away, she also rates them highly!

Fantastic experience: Norwest Pediatric Denistry is an excellent practice. The practitioners have all been so good with my three children over the years. Two of my children have additional needs, and one has been through braces, and the care and support we've had from Silvia and the rest of the team has been second to none. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Brought my 3 year old here for her very first dental appt last year with Dr Deepa. She loved it! Dr Deepa was incredible - super patient, thorough and explained everything to me and my daughter before she did anything. We've just had our 6-mth follow up and it went perfectly again. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a really gentle approach for their child.

Fantastic experience: This is such a wonderful practice. It is newly renovated and has a children’s play area. The dentists are lovely and always make my 4yo daughter feel comfortable during her appointments. She even had a filling in the chair and came home smiling. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Two of my children have had their dental work completed by the dental specialists at this clinic. Myself and my girls were treated with respect, patience and understanding throughout the whole process. From the first point of contact right through to the follow up appointments after their dental surgery. At first, I was a bit taken back by the list of work that my girls needed done on their teeth. However, after taking my time to ring around and get assessments from other specialist dentists.....it turns out that I was, infact, in the right place the first time. Not only did they offer a lovely service and make my girls feel comfortable, they were also reasonable and respectful with payment plans. We now have a house full of happy and healthy teeth. Fantastic experience: As a parent of a 9 year-old with severe autism, I find that the wonderful staff here go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and try their best to think and work "outside the box" to help us with all our special needs. I have really struggled to find a dentistry that I felt confident could help us beforehand. We are very grateful to them all!

Negative experience: Absolutely Appalled. My 10 year old daughter was complaining last night about pain in one of her teeth, and upon inspection we’ve noticed her tooth had a large crack/split across it and was bleeding. The next morning I called this practice as my daughter has been a patient there previously. The receptionist was lovely and tried to help us out as much as possible, asked us to email through some images and would speak to the principal dentist asap,as my little one was in pain. I called the Practice to follow up on my email 1 hour later and was advised the dentist is willing to see us in one weeks time and advised my daughter to eat only a soft food diet and not to touch the area!! So basically, my 10 year old child is to remain in pain for another week, hardly eat anything except soft food and not touch her mouth, even though the area is still very sore and bleeding. Needless to say, I will NEVER come back to this practice, nor do I recommend anyone else to waste their valuable time and money with them. The most unprofessional dental service I have yet to come across. I have always wondered how any service can have flawless reviews and yet they treat their clients with so much disregards. Shameful.

Fantastic experience: I took my 2 yo son to Norwest Paediatric Dentist today. He started getting anxious in the waiting room (thinking that it was a Dr visit and he'd be getting vaccinations). He got very worked up during his appointment but Mo and his assistant were so good with him. They gave him toys to occupy him and Mo even let my son watch Bluey on his own phone to try to calm him down. Even though he was very upset, my son even ended up thanking them as we left. Thank you for doing your absolute best with a difficult patient.

Fantastic experience: Reception were friendly and accomodating. Clinic was very clean and spacious. My son was booked in for his first dental visit with Lia (Dental therapist). She was knowledgeable, kind and patient. Her nurse Shiva was friendly and a great comfort to my child. I highly recommend this clinic and will definitely be telling family to attend.

Fantastic experience: Great, gentle dentist for young kids. I started taking both my kids when they turned 2 to get them used to the dentist. Can highly recommend this dentistry. Even when my 3 and a half year old had to get a tooth out (under general anaesthesia), he was given a beautiful teddy and a certificate for being so brave. Going to the dentist is not a chore in our household. Dentist Jackie, dentist Lia and dentist Sylvia are amazing.

Fantastic experience: I have had two grandchildren to Norwest Paediatric Dentistry, a 7 year old girl and a 3 year old boy. I have nothing but praise for the dentists and staff who had the children doing exactly what they wanted all through their understanding of children and their kindness. Both had to have operations on their teeth and they explained in simple language exactly what was happening. Could not have been happier.

Fantastic experience: From a super nervous first visit to now counting the sleeps to show Miss Sylvia how well he has been brushing! Such a wonderful clinic with a weak welcome, ease of booking and proficient reminders and a great experience for little ones to appease fear and understand the role they play with dental hygiene. Not preachy or combative when it comes to diet education which is really helpful to convince a 5 year old that has a “but why” response to everything thee days.

Fantastic experience: All the staff at Norwest Paediatric Dentistry are amazing. All 3 of my children enjoy their checkups! I highly recommend this team. We've had general checkups, extractions and cosmetic fillings. Each visit, my children are at ease and well looked after.

Fantastic experience: I switched to NPD after visiting a standard dentist with my six children. One of my children (8 y/o) has severe anxiety and meltdowns about any dental issue, including wiggling her loose teeth. The first clinic did not offer any form of "happy gas" and suggested that I simply not tell my daughter that she would need a numbing shot. Because she has older siblings she was already aware. NPD was absolutely wonderful and worked with Kinnley on her level immediately. I was assured that they do use "happy gas" when the situation warrants it, and was happy to see they did not go straight for it, but recognized the need when my daughter started crying just from discussing the very simple procedure. My daughter had a filling and two extractions and left saying, " That was so easy!" and "Now, if I have to come again, I won't be scared anymore!" I couldn't possibly say enough about the caring, compassionate, professional, and friendly manner the whole clinic displayed, but particularly Dr. Jackie. Thank you NPD!! Update: We’ve been coming here for over two years now and love it just as much! They are also completely considerate and accommodating for my son with autism and even have sensory toys to help with the anxiety that can come from being in the chair. The doctors and staff are incredibly patient, understanding, and empathetic in every way. They remember each of my four children and even myself. They are absolutely the best paediatric dentistry ever! Thank you NPD!

Fantastic experience: We've been coming to this practice for about 7 years now, on recommendation of our very respected midwife. We love this practice- they are so caring and gentle with children, and just lovely to deal with. They are fully honest and upfront with their recommendations and are very capable of dealing with children with medical concerns. We'll be sad when the kids are no longer kids and we have to leave this practice!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience with Norwest Paediatric Dentistry recently, from the first phone call where reception were able to identify the extent of the injury to my 2 year old and hence prioritise an appointment, through to surgery to rectify the situation. Most importantly though my 2 year old only has positive things to say about visiting the dentist and going to hospital... as a parent I don't think I could ask for a better outcome! I would not hesitate to recommend Norwest Paediatric Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Norwest Paediatric Dentistry enough. My kids love going to see Doctor Jacqui and Nurse Sylvia, who are kind, compassionate and professional.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lia is genuinely the most caring dentist and both my children love her! We’ve now seen her twice, and both kids are starting to become more confident in the chair. She has such a gentle approach that somehow always gets them to cooperate (I need her tricks), and explains everything to me in a way I can understand. So grateful to have found Dr Lia.

Fantastic experience: I have a dental phobia, but can cope with bringing my kids here. The waiting room isn't overwhelmed with that "dentisty" smell. The dental rooms are bright, decorated with fun pictures, as well as dental hygiene relevant information and roomy. The staff are all very lovely, they are very considerate of the fact that they are working with kids. They take the time to explain and demonstrate all the tools they'll be using, and really strive to make the whole experience non threatening. My kids actually ask when we're going dentist next - very different from my experience growing up!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Norwest Paediatric Dentist for my 4 year old who was in lots of pain with his teeth. From the second they picked up the phone they were so very helpful. My little one had to have surgery, which is quite a scary thing, and they were absolutely fantastic, both in the hospital and the after care we received. I can not fault them. Every team member I have had contact with is both caring and friendly.

Fantastic experience: We have been attending NPD for the past 6-8 months and have had an excellent experience. The team, headed up by Dr Eggers, are highly professional, friendly and expertly thorough. I don't ever recall enjoying going to the dentist as a child but my boys love it and that's testament to the experience they have at NPD.

Fantastic experience: the team at Norwest have been so great - with emergency treatment for my 6 year old after a bulk dentist clinic missed something important, to making first experiences with the dentist for my 2 and 4 year olds a breeze, cannot recommend them highly enough. We drive across Sydney to take our kids to Norwest.

Fantastic experience: The staff are friendly and put your child’s mind at ease. My son really wasn’t a fan of the dentist until we started coming here, now he doesn’t fear it anywhere near as much. They are great communicators to both parent and child.

Fantastic experience: Most times we don't get to choose the specialists, as the GPs or general dentists will help make the referrals and honestly I would have no idea to begin with. However, this dentistry has exceeded every expectation possible. The reception is amazingly helpful and reassuring, especially for a first time guilt-ridden mum. The doctors are patient, great with children as well as experienced and skillful. My little trooper went through a few checkups and a proper dental procedure with Dr Jacquelyn Fechney and our experience couldn't have been better. Along the way, every question was answered, every details was explained and every little concern was thoroughly followed up. Both my child and us as parents feel respected, understood and guided. Thank you so much for your wonderful service and please keep up with the good work on helping children grow and maintain beautiful teeth for life.

Fantastic experience: Recommend staff, they are all fantastic and made my DD feel really comfortable and special. Very organised and follow up care post op brilliant. Only issue is it is a bit tricky to locate the actual place, google maps got us lost on our first visit!

Fantastic experience: Amazing team of professionals! My son is on the spectrum and has had some difficult dental issues which were resolved with genuine care and always with his needs in mind. We have been seeing the team for more than 7 years now and my son has never had any issues or concerns seeing ‘the dentist’. We couldn’t be happier!

Fantastic experience: Prior to coming to Norwest Paediatric Dentistry, I could never have imagined that children could LOVE and LOOK FORWARD to going to the dentist! But that's what has happened to us. I now understand that a paediatric dentist offers so much more than a normal dentist for children, even more than extra- kind normal dentists. The resources, experience of the staff, the child-centred practice and additional training add so much value - the kids are not only relaxed and happy, but they're so well educated and better enabled to take charge of their own dental hygiene. This also makes life so much easier for parents! I drive a long way out of my way to come to Norwest because it is worth it to me to give my kids such a brilliant foundation for their dental health into the future (& because it's probably less time consuming to do the drive than to fight them about cleaning their teeth properly all the time...!)

All the staff, including admin, dentists and assistants, are all so warm and friendly, and make my kids feel comfortable and even enjoy their visit to the dentist. We have met several dentists over the years with my 3 kids, and all of them are amazing.

Fantastic experience: We have been taking our daughter to Norwest Paediatric Dentistry for 11 years and the service has been second to none. They have picked up any issues that have arisen and provided the best solution for her. Our daughter is so comfortable with Rebecca and Sylvia which is really important to us.

Fantastic experience: All the staff were amazing. I was all little anxious about my 5 year old getting her teeth worked on, but the dentist and her assistant were brilliant. You can tell they work with kids. Highly recommend to family and friends.

Negative experience: Called to book an appointment for my 6 years old who is in pain as the initial treatment with another dentist did not work and the other dentist suggested this place to see my child for the worsening situation. They requested a referral and that they will chase his images from the previous dental clinic and will call to book an appointment based on the assessment. After few days with no call back , I did a phone call to follow up and they answered that they will call soon which did not happen until after 4 weeks from requesting the appointment. The issue is that during all that time there was no communication to apologise on the delay and check how is the child going in case a more urgent appointment can be made or even advise that it is not going to happen soon. I did not wait for them anyway and booked my child some where else in the first week when they did not come back to me, but it remains a very disappointing experience. Very poor communication unfortunately.

Fantastic experience: My 9yo daughter was extremely anxious about attending and the dentist made her feel calm and relaxed. She used games to distract her from the scary parts and afterwards my daughter remarked at how unexpectedly fun that was ‘and I wasn’t even scared.’ Magical techniques, I am forever grateful!

Dr Rebecca and her team have gone above and beyond to manage my daughter’s complex dental needs while dealing with her anxiety in such a professional and caring way. Fantastic experience: My children have both been to Norwest Paediatric Dentistry and absolutely love the staff. They are friendly and very professional. My 2 year old recently needed some dental work done under general anaesthetic. This caused great anxiety for me however I knew she was in really safe hands. I would highly recommend Norwest Paediatric Dentistry to anyone. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Fantastic experience: I began taking my little 1 year old there over the past year (2020/21) and I have had the most amazing experience. We were under the care of Dr Rebecca Eggars who also completed dental work on my little one under anaesthetic. Dr Rebecca is very kind, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns around other dental experiences that had scared my child, my feeding history and also respected my breastfeeding journey. The dental work completed was fully explained and Dr Rebecca and our anesthesioloist, D Elliot, discussed everything prior to the surgery and after and took our concerns and questions into account. We are now under the care of Dental therapist lia and my child was very comfortable with her in our first session. The clinic also gave our child a gift bag with things that helped distract as well as give a sense of achievement. The reception staff are also wonderful and have noted my questions to put to the Dr between appointments and have always got back to me promptly. I recommend this clinic very much, especially for very young children ( under1) and wish I had found them sooner.

Fantastic experience: Sylvia has been amazing with our daught since she was 2 and knocked her tooth. Now my daughter 5 loves going to the dentist and always asks when she can go next. They are informative, knowledgeable and kind in all interactions.

Fantastic experience: Both of my daughters have been referred to Norwest Paediatric Dentistry at different times - and we've always had a fantastic experience. Dr Jackie is amazing at keeping the kids calm and in control of the experience. And they've loved walking away with their selected toy!

Fantastic experience: The clinic is very nice, clean and open with nice views. The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful and make us feel welcome every time we go. Dentists and nurses are wonderful with kids and make my son feel very comfortable with getting treated. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best paediatric dentistry in the Hills area. Our daughter fell on the mouth and had bad bruises on the gum round front teeth. Even though the emergency session for the day was fully booked at NPD, Susan the receptionist took down our details and consulted with the doctor and tried squeeze us in between the morning session. Doctors and nurses were super friendly and took care of the rest. These people have such warm heart and genuinely care about your kid's well-being.
