Fantastic experience: After a really disappointing experience at another clinic, coming back to Midas Dental after two years felt like walking into a kind friend’s home. Dr Katrina and her team are genuine, warm and incredibly down to earth. I needed a pretty major filling, and the whole thing was completely pain free. Katrina explained everything clearly, checked in often, and made me feel calm and safe throughout. It’s such a contrast to my last dental visit, where I left feeling unsure (and like I was being sold things I didn't need!) Here, I felt respected and reassured. I’ll be a loyal patient for as long as Dr Katrina is practicing. I couldn’t recommend this clinic more.

I came across Midas Dental from a few recommendations and was very impressed with the service provided by Dr. Katrina and her team. I found her pricing to be fair, didn't feel rushed and the work completed was all to a very high standard. If you live in the Alexandria and Erskinville areas I highly recommend you visit.

Fantastic experience: As someone who is terrified of the dentist, I recently had some treatment done at Midas Dental over 5 or so visits. Dr Zhao and her team were extremely helpful, patient, understanding and caring. Dr Zhao talked through every procedure and answered all of my questions and made me feel a lot better about the entire process. I’m extremely happy with the results and would recommend Dr Zhao and Midas Dental to anyone in the area looking for a dentist!

Fantastic experience: For the past three years, my two sons have been under the exceptional care of Dr Katrina , and they refuse to see anyone else – even though her clinic is now far from our home. Dr Katrina has a wonderful way with children. My boys actually look forward to dental appointments because her kind and patient nature makes them feel relaxed during every visit. The clinic is nice and clean, and her team is always friendly. We keep traveling far because her quality care you can trust is worth it. I highly recommend her to everyone!

Negative experience: I have been chasing and chasing for months and been ignored with my request to settle my matter regarding my implant 1) I have now gone to the branch and collected all receipts and you can clearly see that I have paid $1500 in credit and then you minus it without me getting my implant 2) I have called and called and left messages 3) I now have a cracked tooth next to it as it is week 4) I have been calling since January 5) I request your insurance details 6) I have had zero return call 7) I have requested the statement several times 8) I have requested the owners to call several time 9) You have neglected me as a client 10) It is effecting my health On a personal note I am beyond happy with what has happened to me as a client and I have spent thousand and at no point has any one at MIDAS come back to me , it is appalling that this business has not take the time to help me and address my teeth and payment

I'm not usually at ease with doctors (particularly dentists) but she is so kind and caring that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her practice. She then recommended a deep clean with Dr. Peter Azzi and made me feel very comfortable since I was very nervous and anxious about having to get a deep clean. No pain and everything went smoothly! Fantastic experience: Love this dentist. I've been attending for about 2 years now, and Dr. Azzi is my go-to. It used to be Dental 99, but now it is just Midas and I can't see any difference in care - it is outstanding. The reception staff are personable and Dr. Azzi is non-judgemental, all while giving great advice and feedback. I'd highly recommend for pretty affordable and trustworthy care.

Fantastic experience: Had my left upper and lower wisdom teeth taken out a week ago. Complications and possible outcomes explained clearly prior to removal, staff were very understanding and polite, the receptionist even took my dads number to call him when I was ready and didn’t suffer from any post infection or pain. All in all a very good experience. Would definitely recommend this dental clinic and would highly recommend Dr Katrina.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended! Extremely professional and great dentist. I saw Dr Katrina who was always professional, friendly and understanding. I was having a veneer replaced and I really appreciated being consulted all the way through the process for example on whether the veneer that had been made was the right shape and colour etc. Dr Katrina was always the first to say if she felt the colour wasn’t a perfect match and to offer another to be made - the honesty was great and made me feel supported. Other less good dentists would probably have not been so honest!

I have had a fear of dentist (bad experiences from childhood), which cause physically reaction. The reception staff were so friendly and thankfull asked probing question over the phone and were so great when I arrive putting me at ease some what. During my consultation with Katrina she was very empathic to my fear, examination was painless and by the end my fear had subsided. Previous dentists spent 10mins with me, told me it was not fixbale, and send me off Dr Katrina spent 40mins on this tricky one, lots of details work and checked if I could chew comfortably. Now two hours later, sitting in my dinning room, and enjoying my steak which I couldn't chew for last few months.
