We've been with them for around 8 to 9 years and it wasn't easy to try and find another clinic that provides high quality service and has friendly staff/receptionist. Fantastic experience: I had a good experience here with Dr Choi doing fillings. The assistants are really good too. I felt like treatment options were laid out to me very honestly, and during treatments everyone made sure I was ok. It's been a few weeks, maybe a month, and so far my fillings feel completely fine. Dr Choi also gave me some great tips on improving my dental care into the future.

Fantastic experience: I started to see Dr So in So Dental Lemon Grove since 2008 and now my whole family are with So Dental. Dr So is very experienced and professional. He is also very experienced at orthodontics procedures. Recently Dr So helped my two young kids to Implant-supported palate expander to widen their narrow upper jaw. The whole process was quite smooth and both my kids settled well after the procedures. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs this procedures.

Negative experience: 提前半年预约的医生洗牙， 快到预约的时间了前台打电话来说医生去度假了 要换其他医生和其他时间洗牙，结果又又又快到时间的时候又说商场停电又要换时间，然后当天预约的11点 我们准时到达，坐等了半个小时才开始轮到我们洗牙，结果问了前台才发现只有一个医生！！给我们3个人轮流洗牙！！！我们最后洗牙的人要在这里坐着干等至少2个多小时！！问题是我们事先预约的是两个医生啊！！简直浪费时间！！服务太差了 下次不来了！！避雷！！

Our doctors are punctual and avoid being late with scheduled appointment. There are very few occasions when we would be inadvertently delayed by some procedures. We value our patients’ precious time. Patient satisfaction and your welfare is everything to us.

Fantastic experience: My family started coming to So dental for dental care since five years ago. We like the clean, high-tech and friendly atmosphere in both of their Lemon Grove & Chatswood Place clinics. All the dentists and staff are very helpful and give us peace of mind regardless of any procedures. Fantastic experience: I've been with So Dental for over 10 years and are very happy with both the dentists and the overall services. The nurses are also very nice and gentle. My kids started seeing Dr Andrew Chu since 2yo. Dr Andrew is always so kind and patient to them. My kids are not scared of getting on the dentist chair at all! Fantastic experience: As a person that has never enjoyed going to the dentist, when I found So Dental over 15 years ago, I was so happy to finally find a dentist that offered great service and made me feel that I was in secure (safe & gentle) hands. Dr So (the best dentist ever, in my opinion) performed extensive dental work this year, the only person I would trust to look after me doing such work. He not only did a fantastic job, the results are so natural too.
