Fantastic experience: First time at this Dental Surgery and pleased to say that it was a good experience. Didn’t have to wait long to get an appointment despite being School Holidays. Dr Braun made sure I was comfortable before starting by adjusting the headrest and did a good job of cleaning and polishing my teeth. Thoroughly investigated an issue I was having but found nothing requiring any further treatment at the moment - I have been to other dentists who always seem to find something that needs doing! Particularly pleased that HBF covered all the cost as Paris Rd Dental is a preferred HBF clinic.

Negative experience: I requested a receipt and medical details last week. The receptionist asked for my email address but never sent anything. I followed up again today, and she told me to call back later—still no response or follow-up. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. I expected better service. I urgently need the receipt and medical details for my overseas insurance.

Fantastic experience: Great Staff warm and friendly My Dentist, we can't show you his face ha ha, was very knowledgeable and treated me with the utmost of respect and kindness. Especially understanding I am a Man so our pain threshold is not that of a Woman ha ha His management of pain was fantastic and he genuinely cared. I didn't feel a thing and the staff followed up with me the day after my treatment to check in and ask if there was any issues or pain. Which I'm happy to say there was None! Fantastic experience: As having a previous bad experience with a completely different dental practice was hesitant to get any work done. BUT the doctor, Chris Choi was patient and caring, and did an absolutely amazing job. Received a wisdom tooth removal and a filling all in one and was in little pain with no swelling the next day. Negative experience: negative points and 1 positive point. 1- One of the dentists treated me for 2 dental decays. When I returned to France, and after having done x-rays, the treatments performed were not waterproof, so I had to repeat the treatments 3 months later 2-I had asked that before any treatment, I know the amount. we did x-rays. The dentist tells me about one dental decay On the day of the treatment, one cavity was planned, and two were treated even though I had not given my consent to the second. 3- He was the first to reveal gum disease to me, I appreciated it, I was able to start treatment with him.

Fantastic experience: I'm one of those people that have a fear of dentists, and as such I had avoided them for over 20 years. The need for an extraction brought me to this practice, and the lovely caring non judgemental staff were amazing. The denist recognised my anxiety was peaking during the extraction, and talked me through what was happening. Happy to report that I have had zero pain post extraction. Highly recommend.

Dear Jan, Many Thanks for your feedback. We understand that you were booked the next day for your toothache as the dentists could not stay back due to prebooked commitment. It is strange that you say about 2 weeks wait. We treat emergencies like toothache very seriously and patients never wait for more than 2 days to see us. If we are fully booked for the said day, we endeavour to get appointment with our 2 sisters surgeries either in Bunbury or Eaton. Our Dentists usually stay back for these emergencies unless there are some unforeseen circumstances. However, it was a pleasure treating you and thank you for your feedback. Team PRFDP

Fantastic experience: Was sent here from Forrest road clinic as the dentist appointment I had was cancelled after my dentist didn't show. I walked in and the receptionist sent straight into see Dr Chris, he used numbing gel before giving needles which scores 10/10. His assistant may have been a dentist in training and will go a long way under Dr Chris. I was so impressed that even though it's another 10km plus to travel I will make Dr Chris at Paris road clinic my go to dentist in future.

Fantastic experience: My experience was very positive. I was quite anxious about having my tooth removed, however, my dentist Chris was very reassuring. He explained the procedure well and on a number of occasions checked to make sure I was ok. It was also nice to have been given a phone call the next day to make sure everything was going well and if I had any questions. I would highly recommend this practice.
