Fantastic experience: I have been a patients at Artarmon Fine Dental for many years. Dr Mark Chung is an excellent, highly skilled and most caring dentist who offers the highest standard of care at affordable pricing. Free parking is easy nearby. One outstanding feature of Artarmon Fine Dental is that Dr Chung offers Saturday service which is a REAL blessing, enabling busy professional patients to get optimal dental care without having to take time off work. The practice is very clean, modern, welcoming and accommodating. The staff is very helpful and professional. Dr Chung is very gentle, patient and thorough with this special communication skill of making patients feeling at ease and fully aware of what to expect. The experience as a patient is most pleasant. Whilst sitting in the waiting room, a patient would learn a lot from watching the continuously-running cleverly-created entertaining and most educational short video clips (eg the potential consequence of dry mouth on dental health etc.). Whilst sitting on the very comfortable treatment chair, the patient could enjoy various shows/movies (of your choice) from a ceiling-mounted flat TV screen, hence making the experience much less daunting. I recently required 2 crowns to be placed at very awkward locations and Dr Chung could perform the procedures successfully with ease and I can not be happier! They made my partial denture which looks so natural people are not able to tell which teeth are natural and which are not! The denture fits so well I don't want to take it off at all! Fantastic experience: This place is good if you need to fix your teeth! I don't write reviews, but after my visit here I thought they deserve commendation. The team here works very hard to make you feel comfortable and at ease. They are all professional, especially Dr Mark who is very knowledgeable and non-judgmental. He explained to me my options clearly, listing all expenses involved, just as I wanted (no nonsense). I couldn't believe how good he was together with his assistant during the procedure (tooth extraction). Positive experience: I went to see Dr Mark for a check and clean, he's very knowledgeable, team is very friendly, Elizabeth is lovely. However, he was very pushy with the treatment package and he focused only on bad things about my teeth (they're a bit crooked), showed me pictures of people with deteriorated teeth to make his point, which discouraged me from proceeding with the treatment plan. A feedback sandwich would have been better in this case.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr Mark Chung at Artarmon Fine Dental with my three children for a routine check up, clean and dental advice. The level of professionalism from Dr Chung and his team exceeded my expectations. Two of my children had never been to the Dentist before and were apprehensive. But Dr Chung made the visit incredibly easy with his calm and easy going personality. He also has Netflix in both the waiting room and above the dental chair to keep them occupied while he does his work. As for the extra mile, Dr Chung dedicates a great amount of time to each patient. He really listens to what you have to say and takes his time to give advice. After you leave, he emails though pictures of your teeth and summarises the advice he gave during the appointment. Fantastic experience: Dr. Mark is very passionate about his work and care about his patients. He regularly checked on my mom during her root canal treatment and after the procedure. He also lexplained everything in detail and discussed all the options when my daughter needs to do her teeth alignment. Fantastic experience: Dr M Chung is very careful with my teenager’s teeth. He made sure all the baby teeth are gone and the adult teeth are ready to be adjusted with the help of Invisalign. At first we were a bit worried, but Dr Chung went through the procedure until we knew what is going on! After 6 months, the top teeth had come out nicely straight and bottom teeth has also moved straighter than before (it was originally much more crooked) Coping really well, her Invisalign has also influenced her to eat healthy and snack less. Fantastic experience: I want to dispel the stigma of root canal. I have just finished 3 rounds of root canal treatment with Mark and I don't know why root canal gets a bad rap. The pain I had before starting was constant and annoying but all that disappeared after the first session. With the right amount of numbing and soothing music I nearly fell asleep on 2 occasions. Root canal removes the pain, it does not add to it. I have been seeing Mark for years and highly recommend him for any dental treatment, especially root canal.

Fantastic experience: Mark is a dental wizard!! I had crooked teeth like toppled gravestones and thought they were beyond help but NO.... Mark has performed miracles with Invisalign and I now have a whole new smile. This was way beyond my expectations. He doesn't push for anything that is unnecessary. The dentist assistants are also friendly and helpful. The practice has modern and clean fit-outs and equipment. Fantastic experience: On Boxing Day 2017 I had the pleasure of meeting Mark. I had contacted Mark regarding emergency treatment for my wife. He kindly agreed to help and said he would take her in immediately. Since then Mark has been my dentist. My three daughters and my wife now also go to him for check ups and dental prevention. I am very impressed how meticulous and how serious Mark is about his profession. He is into the smallest detail about dental and oral health. I have also experienced gentleness and compassion throughout every consultation. He also has a great sense of humour which makes me feel very relaxed. His surgery is always filled with a happy environment which is also attributed by his super friendly co-workers. Mark and his team enjoy and love what they do and only want to give the best to their patients with much care. I travel about an hour to get to Artarmon Fine Dental but it's totally worth the effort. I highly recommend Mark.

He shows me the X-ray results and photos taken step by step and explains what is the best available option for me. After discussing with him, it gives me the peace of mind to make an informed decision on the next step. He is careful in performing the procedures to ensure that I’m not in any pain or discomfort. He follows up on me the next day and following weeks to ensure that my teeth are in good condition. Mark is also friendly with kids and my girl had such an enjoyable time during her dental visit this week!

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful first experience with Dr. Chung and the team. I had severe jaw pain in the morning, they squeezed an appointment in for me and by the afternoon I had my wisdom tooth taken out! I am always the type to avoid the dentist, but after such a professional and personable session I have booked in another appointment in two weeks. Fantastic experience: Despite having my wisdom tooth pulled out, I had an incredibly good experience. Dr Mark and his assistant Molly are incredible nice and funny people. From the get go, making an emergency appointment was so easy, Molly got back to me ASAP and I had an appointment booked. Mark is a delightful, professional and very kind dentist! I had very sensitive front teeth and step one he suggested a very affordable fix, you can tell him and his team care about their clients and aren’t just after money. Mark explains everything to you and. gave me a range of options I could choose from. The practice is in a very accessible location and is a very new, extremely clean and inviting practice. Fantastic experience: I miss Elizabeth (nurse and receptionist) and Dr. Mark. One of my favourite dentists ever! (besides Dr. John who also used to work there but sadly moved to Singapore a few years ago) They always always make me at ease, they have earphones/TV to distract you during the whole procedure and make sure you're doing alright during the session. Dr. Mark is really really lovely and is a great dentist!!! I've moved to Melbourne, been to several clinics yet nowhere and noone compares to Artarmon Fine Dental:(( Can you guys just move here??
