Positive experience: Friendly and professional staff

Fantastic experience: I went to the mall to meet a friend for lunch and happened to stumble upon this dental clinic. I made an enquiry, and to my surprise, they were able to book me in for the very next afternoon. I had my teeth cleaned and also needed a filling, which was done thoroughly and properly. The whole experience was smooth and professional, and I felt well taken care of. Looking forward to my next appointment on Tuesday!

Negative experience: Run. Worst dental experience I’ve ever had. Dentist couldn’t get my veneers to stay on. I would drive out of the carpark and it would fall off again. Spent $$$$s and had to have all of that done again by an a new dentist elsewhere. Worst part was, this awful dentist blamed me for his inability to do veneers. Save your hard earned money. I lost mine to incompetence!!

Negative experience: Receptionist - I had a very frustrating experience with the dental receptionist. I had to cancel my appointment last minute because of a work meeting, and instead of understanding, she told me that I couldn’t rebook at all. She insisted I would have to wait until someone else canceled and there was availability. It’s one thing to have a cancellation policy, but to offer no flexibility and leave customers in the dark is just bad customer service. Great way to run the business to the ground. I won’t be returning. Well done Samantha.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service at Parramatta Dental Clinic, was calling a few places early in the morning with severe wisdom tooth pain, PDC were the first to call me back and scheduled an immediate appointment for me. Great package price for the service I needed. I loved that they had the price up front on the website too so I knew what I was going to pay prior. They gave me great meds which helped the pain and swelling within hours. I will definitely be back to have this sucker removed once the infection clears. Thank you so much!

Negative experience: I called at this place to book an appointment to clean my teeth the lady who answered my call today around 4:40 pm was super rude and unhelpful ! I find very rude and unfriendly as I didn’t felt like booking an appointment in this place.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Family Dental Care Experience I recently took my family for dental checkups, scaling, cleaning, and fluoride treatments at Parramatta Dental Clinic, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially when there was an error with the website booking for my family members. Sam kindly responded to my email and arranged for us to be seen together, which we greatly appreciated. Dr. Kaur attended to all of us and provided excellent dental care and advice. We highly recommend this dental clinic and have decided to make it our primary dental care provider in Parramatta.

Fantastic experience: I've been visiting the Parramatta Dental Clinic for well over a decade and a half now. The clinic is well maintained, clean and professionally run. They also perform a range of different types of imaging and x-ray scans for routine assessment and treatment. I have confidence in the procedures and treatments offered and I certainly would recommend this clinic (and their staff) to family & friends.

I have never met someone who gets to your level and builds confidence. Not only was the treatment painless but she supports you through and after treatment. Negative experience: Parramatta Dental clinic was fast and efficient to book an appointment because noone goes here. I was new to the area and came here cause I needed my wisdom teeth removed, the staff were nice enough and also friendly, It cost 65 for them to look at your teeth, 105 for x-ray and 225 to remove each tooth So, I gave a one star review because they harassing me every week to pay and they kept my id for two years till I paid them every cent back, I'm just making sure if you're broke or don't want to waste your money don't go here, bad energy!!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone I interacted with was very nice. I saw Dr Sarkar for a checkup and clean and she was very professional and eased my anxiety around appointments. The dental assistant(?) and receptionist, whose names I didnt catch were also very helpful and pleasant. The facility/building itself is also new and looks really good and since its located in the Westfield its relatively easy to get to.

Negative experience: Had an appointment at a certain time but got bumped back because someone needed emergency surgery. No heads up, no apology, had to go to the reception to ask when the dentist was available. Waited 45 mins without a single utter. Terrible.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service by staff and doctors. Equipments and premisee are top notch, hygienic wnd well maintained. Conveniently located inside Westfield, 2 minutes walk from bus and train station. Appointment was quick and easy. This was my 3rd routine checkup and I will visit here regularly in the future.

Fantastic experience: My son has been coming to the Parramatta clinic since he was 4 years old, and now he's 6. He's autistic and non-verbal, and I can't thank the team at the clinic enough. Not only the dentists and dentist assistants, but also the receptionists are incredibly welcoming. My son has seen 3 different dentists there, and I have nothing but positive feedback. Despite knowing there might be some pain involved, the dentist and assistant know how to calm him and make him feel comfortable. It's truly amazing how the team works around my son. Fantastic experience: My first visit to a dentist and it was a very comfortable and smooth experience thanks to Dr. Fadi at Parramatta dental clinic. Located in Westfield Parramatta. The booking process is easy and can be done online. The staff are very helpful. Visited for dental cleaning and check up. Private medical cards are accepted. In case the card is not working, the invoice provided for claims offline. Highly recommended in the Parramatta region.

I have been with Dr. fadi since the first time I had went to him for my teeth in Iraq several years ago, I love his work and he is absolutely brilliant. He is time efficient and has been very informative about everything or any problem I have had. I absolutely recommend Dr. Fadi for his amazing work, he is one of the best in the field.

Fantastic experience: As someone who used to dread going to the dentist, I can confidently say that my recent experience with Dr. Fadi was nothing short of amazing. He patiently listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained each step of the treatment plan ( I had a root canal done ) , ensuring that I felt informed and confident in the process. He is extremely time efficient ( little to no wait time) and has a gentle touch that doesn’t feel like a construction site is happening in your mouth . If you’re looking for a dentist who utilises state-of-the-art equipment and modern techniques, making dental procedures efficient and virtually pain-free, I can not recommend Dr. Fadi more.

Negative experience: Terrible service and experience. My 4 years old son suffered severe oral and throat infection, and high fevers after a dental appointment there on 7th July and had been hospitalised for about 9 days on IV antibiotics injections at Westmead Children hospital to treat his infection and his severe infection also badly triggered and evolved to possible Kawasaki disease and lucky he is recovering now from infection and illness but still not fully back to his normal lively healthy self like he used to be. Sent an email to the clinic and called a few times with doctors' notes about what infection my son had after the dental appointment and also GP's notes too. The dental clinic made excuses and tried to avoid damage to its reputation and its responsibilities and avoid compensation to us but kept telling us that my son got the illness and infection from somewhere else like childcare or home maybe and not from them. But the truth is this is not contagious flu or other viruses at all as the doctor already mentioned, but severe oral and throat infection and no one was sick at all like him from childcare and everyone from home is healthy. And He was a very healthy boy until that dental appointment and the timing was he got really sick after the dental appointment. Being parents saw my healthy boy get sick like that was really upsetting and the dental clinic actually didn't do the right thing from the beginning and tried to avoid all necessary responsibility and compensations for this incident too. Never visit this place again. They kept telling us the equipment they used is sterilised but If it wasn't for a dental appointment, how could my son get such serious oral and throat infections which showed no trace of flu symptoms and needed about 9 days IV antibiotics Injection at the hospital to get well. He had been to childcare for about 4 years and never was sick like that. He was a very healthy boy and had no bad medical history or records at all before the dental appointment. Hope the clinic and the manager/owner there at least to be fair to us to resolve this and the clinic not run away from their responsibility in this matter.

Fantastic experience: I'm not a regular patient of the clinic but happened to be visiting the Westfield and booked in a routine check up / hygiene appointment (its been longer than 6 months!). Saw Shubha ...she didnt keep me waiting and the time in the chair was quick and easy...no fillings....I promised to bring my 3 year old son next time...

Fantastic experience: Absolutely lovely staff. The map says it's in the centre of the Westfields but it's much closer Daiso, down the ramp towards the Church St exit doors on LVL 3. When I was lost the receptionist was super nice and helpful with describing where to go. I spent years avoiding the dentist because I was taught it was really expensive and that I was going to require a crown. Dr Shubha Sarkar was so lovely and built a perfect cap like fixture to my tooth so that I can actually smile now and it didn't break the bank to do so. Would definitely recommend.

Positive experience: Thankful for the last minute appt. Reception girl was great but Dr shuba wasn’t the best I’ve seen. Was rude to me, not personable , I was anxious but she did not care one bit. Kept tutting, sighing etc. made me feel like I had done something wrong by cracking my tooth. On departure she turned her back to the screen and did not say a word.my bite is incorrect and causing pain but I am too scared to go back.

Negative experience: They aren’t very skill-full. I want there for a filling, it came off within 8 months. My wife also had cavity fillings there, hers came off within a year. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Negative experience: NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL！！I had an extremely nightmare with pdc for my wisdom teeth removal. 1. Not professional enough that give me the information they can do the surgery but cost nearly 2 hours just take out 1/3 teeth out. They failed the surgery. That gave me pretty large operative wound but only take out the part already outside can be seen in my mouth. Done nothing to the teeth root inside the gum. 2. Missing prescription without any conscious and most horribly gave me the medicine that I told I AM ALLERGY to. 3. Lies to me only little part teeth still in my mouth but actually quite big part and I need yo spent 4000 dollar to hospital to do another surgery. Anyone who wants to go here MUST THINK CAREFULLY. Hope my experience can stop more people from suffering unnecessary pain and fee in pdc.

She discussed my problem tooth and educated me the entire process. She involved me in the entire process by highlighting my problem teeth. Negative experience: NOT RECOMMENDED. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. The moment they found out you have private insurance then it's party time. They will max you out on insurance and WILL charge you in private too. Recipientist was too busy with her personal things and didn't even explain how much expense i am looking at. They think you are Elon Musk and they will make sure that you go home with an empty account. Filing I have in my mouth feels like a cement in my mouth everytime i eat anything. They have no idea what they are doing. Just a simple advice AVOID.

You can imagine how anxious and worried that can make an 8year old. But Dr. Upasna was so friendly and gentle with her. She patiently answered all my daughters questions and calmed her fears and got my daughter to cooperate willingly throughout the check up. Towards the end, we left the clinic not just with clean and healthy teeth but an inspiration to do everything to keep that smile sparkling... Upasna comes across as a very friendly doctor who is passionate about her work and will go to every lengths to make you feel comfortable and give you the best advise in your situation. Fantastic experience: I've been visiting Parramatta Dental Clinic for the last six months. With a big fear of getting to the dentist my teeth weren't in a great shape, but Dr. Upasana Dang has turned it all around. She doesn't stop at just fixing the problem, but has stepped in with preventive solutions to make sure my teeth are on the right track and explains the entire process so well which calmed my intial nerves. I didn't even manage to tell her y I was there she just forced and routine clean and sent me on my way....

Fantastic experience: I was in a world of pain yesterday due to a cracked tooth in my lower jaw. I was lucky to get an appointment with Dr Haneet Kour. She quickly identified the root cause of the problem and explained everything thoroughly in an easy to understand jargon. She did a quick procedure to fix the issue. I am happy with the treatment and relieved to be pain free. Thank you Dr. Haneet. I highly recommend Dr. Upasana Dang. She did a fantastic job yesterday in relation to a tooth filling.

Fantastic experience: I generally hate going to the dentist but Dr. UD and her team made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The clinic is very clean and the team is very professional. Dr. UD was very meticulous and understanding. She made an effort to explain every little thing and answer all my queries. Dr. UD also made sure that i was much relaxed and my mind was diverted by watching Netflix on the dental chair screen, which helped a lot and it made the whole experience delightful.
