She's incredibly thorough, explains everything clearly, and you can tell she truly takes pride in her work. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by her, and the whole experience was much better than I expected — the procedure was gentle, and my recovery was smooth and quick. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Patricia Wong! I’ve always felt some anxiety about going to the dentist especially because I came in with so many issues I’d been avoiding for a long time. But Dr Wong has been nothing but calm, kind, knowledgeable, and completely non-judgmental. We’ve been working through an extensive treatment plan for over a year now, and we’re finally nearing the finish line which I’m super happy about!! Fantastic experience: My first visit and it was great! I walked in and for the first time in 20+ years I felt as I did when I walked in to our family dentist back in the country. Friendly, relaxed, professional and caring in giant servings. A delightful room with a garden view completed the experience. I was an emergency patient and was treated with care and warmth. When you can say it was a real pleasure, and its a dentist, that's pretty rare.

Fantastic experience: Very empathetic, patient dentist! I have a fear of dental work instilled from the pain of childhood dentistry work. Dr. Sandler is patient, kind, gentle, careful & considerate of this fear. He is calm and also quite funny, making an experience I find difficult much, much better. I couldn't recommend more highly. Negative experience: First time patient based on the “stress free” description on the website and customer reviews. Probably the most brutal, painful scaling procedure I’ve ever experienced since the 70s! Was considering taking my young son here, but this was the type of experience phobias are made of.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Crows Nest Dentists! The practice near my home that I was referred to refused to implement adequate COVID precautions, so I sought out the faraway Crows Nest Dentists instead. It was not a crown of the peplomeric sort—but one of the dental sort—that I needed, after all. Here’s why it turned out to be well worth the ≈1 hour commute: 1. COVID-safe - HEPA filters and ventilation from HVAC and an external sliding door ensure air is refreshed between patients and from other occupants. Staff happily wear N95s to minimise the risk of contracting and transmitting airborne diseases. 2. Cutting-edge technology (literally) - A CEREC system incorporating an intraoral scanner and milling machine allows crowns to be designed and produced to great precision within a single visit, without the need for gag-inducing dental impressions. 3. Excellent staff - The receptionist (Sonia), dentist (Marc) and assistant (a Hong Kong woman named Elaine?) were accommodating, friendly and entertaining. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. Marc, capably assisted by Elaine, executed the procedure gently and nimbly, with the craftsmanship of a jeweller. Within a few days, my crown felt so natural, it was as though my original tooth were still intact. 4. Pleasant ambience - The treatment rooms have ceiling TVs, background music and floor-length windows. One room opens onto a leafy, quaint balcony where I enjoyed a tea break courtesy of Sonia. The word ‘koselig’ perfectly encapsulates the experience. Crows Nest Dentists exemplifies how practices can keep staff healthy and productive, and attract and retain customers during an airborne pandemic of a rapidly evolving, immune-evasive, multisystemic, immune-dysregulating virus. Their commitment to patient safety, innovative technology, and patient-centric care makes them the best dental practice I have ever attended!
