Minimal discomfort during the procedure and kids shows playing on the TV made it pretty trauma free. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: There’s not too much in life that un-nerves (excuse the root canal pun) as much as the sound of a Dentist drill doing its thing at high-speed. Now in my 70’s, my fearful reluctance to make regular dental visits over the years meant my teeth are now in urgent need of some serious maintenance. A rear molar had become overly sensitive over a few days which eventually progressed to the beginnings of a full-on tooth ache. After urgently Googling and reviewing local practices, I contacted Nundah Central Dental, and they thankfully scheduled an emergency appointment for me. Upon arrival and knowing how nervous I was, Andy and his team could not have been more reassuring, caring and considerate. After brief introductions, I was immediately taken into the procedures room for my tooths assessment. Andy took the time to “fully” explain the pros and cons of the various options for rectification. We opted for a root canal/crown, and I’m delighted and relieved to advise that the 1st stage of the process was indeed virtually pain free….maybe briefly and very mildly uncomfortable at times, but certainly pain free. I’m please to advise that I left Andy’s surgery super relieved and any nerves I had on arrival have been put to rest. I was also kindly contacted the next day after the initial surgery to check and see if I was in any pain or had any concerns which was lovely. I was pleased to advise that I had zero issues and actually no pain or sensitivity whatsoever. I’m now scheduled for my 2nd visit to finish the procedure in 2 weeks’ time and I’m genuinely looking forward to updating this review at that time. So far…….I can highly recommend Nundah Central Dental, Andy and his team.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best dental clinic I’ve been to in Brisbane. Professional, caring, and really thoughtful. They have a web chat that you can use to message them out of hours with any concerns and they text back! I messaged them around 10pm about bleeding and by 11pm I got a response on what to do, an alternative solution if I didn’t have any more gauze, and reasons why it could be bleeding. I felt very supported by the team before, during, and after my procedure. I don’t know any other dental clinics that will help you as first priority without billing you ridiculous amounts. I initially scheduled an appointment for Monday, but I requested to reschedule for Saturday when my daughter would be sleeping. The staff kindly accommodated my request and even offered to adjust their schedule to fit me in earlier than originally planned. The team explained the procedure clearly and did an excellent job removing my wisdom teeth. They also gave my kids nice gifts and took the time to speak kindly to my son, who was waiting in the clinic with me. Dr. Andy even called me three times on Saturday to check on my recovery and alleviate my concerns about bleeding. I highly recommend Dr. Andy and his team, especially to those with young children. But when I had to get a tooth taken out it was done in a matter of a couple of minutes and it was painless, and they let me come in straight after I finished work. I was treated with the most respect and kindness of the staff and I had a good experience. I was very happy and even booked another appointment. The lovely assistant behind the desk next day gave me a call to ask if I was feeling ok and if I had any problems to go back. That tells me they care for their patients. I do recommend 100%. Just like every dentist though prices vary, but what price does it matter when it comes to your health. Thank you guys. I appreciate the relief I now have.

Fantastic experience: I've consistently been attending here as a patient since around December so I can confidently say this is an excellent clinic. I'm a student and suffer with some chronic conditions so it can be complicated looking after me in any medical capacity for numerous reasons. Not only is this clinic full of the most patient and kind people I'll likely ever meet but they fully breakdown every procedure, why you need it and why it costs a certain amount and are fully upfront about everything before they do anything which is extremely helpful. I've had some poor experiences with dentists before but I can confidently say you'll be in safe hands.

After my extraction I was still having some discomfort in the area, Dr Andy and the lovely lady at the front counter made my life easier and booked me in for a complementary clean and check up just to make sure all was going well.
