Fantastic experience: Dr Malhi is the best dentist! I came here 3 years ago with bleeding and swallen gums and my teeth were not in great condition. With Dr Mahi's advice and treatments, i am now not suffering at all. Even though i have moved half an hour away, I still see her annually for a routine teeth clean and its always so lovely to see her and her warm smile and caring nature. I highly recommend her.

Negative experience: Worst experience with Dr Eva. Rough even after I voiced that I was nervous due to sensitive gums. No communication about what she was doing and was a very painful experience. Never had any issues with seeing a dentist before today but will not be coming back. Paid $199 for new client offer which included X-rays, told me they won’t be doing the X-rays as they said I don’t look like I need it, and I was “too jumpy” but they said I still had to pay $199 even without the X-rays.

Negative experience: Saw Doctor Eva in 2024 for my check up during pregnancy . I knew of my existing two cavities (I usually see a different dentist but since I’ve relocated had to opt for a new one). Dr Eva noted after an appointment of clean and check that I have 11 cavities and the works will be $1800. I was baffled -no photos/x-rays were shown to me to prove this . I made another appointment at a new dentist not with this practice (this time with a dentist recommended by a friend and not just trusting Google reviews) and they confirmed I only have two cavities and took thorough photos of my teeth. I would avoid this dentist if you don’t want to spend $$$ on issues you don’t have . I’m glad I didn’t go ahead with this “dental plan”

Negative experience: Dreadful experience with Dr Eva. Rude and uncaring. Soo awful for a dentist and it want that cheap either.

Positive experience: Not a very good experience with the reception and cancelled the appointment as a new patient. I called the clinic in advance to ask about out of pocket fee for my health insurance and the staff said I could just come by and she will check for me. Come to the clinic another day, and the receptionist said she could not check unless I have an appointment for the day. I told her about the phone call and she changed her mind magically that she could check for me now. Wait for her to finish all the other phone calls and customers to check for me. The receptionist was very unclear and vague about the cover and the fee, repeating that they are doing a special offer that is very worth the money….. Just don’t feel it is a clear to customers about their charges and fees from this experience. I don’t think would ever come back.

Negative experience: They canceled my appointment without telling me. Not a phone call or a text message and completely wasted my whole day.

Fantastic experience: I am someone who is almost scared to go to the dentist. These guys were very patient with me and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Went here to fix my toothache problem. Dr. Gupta was my dentist. She is really amazing and explained to me patiently as clear and detail about my tooth problem. She does her practice on Saturday too so very convenient for me that works on weekdays. BUPA extra covers some of the services as well so I didn’t have to break the bank, but the service fee is slightly cheaper than some dentist that I’ve ever been to.

Negative experience: Not in a hurry to go back for a check up and clean. Rang twice with in 5 minutes of me leaving to go to bank to get money and come back. Said l need a sleep dentist but not long ago sent me a text to make a booking. I am holding off going back. They are more interested in the money and this place is not cheap more friends dental workplace is cheaper than here.

Fantastic experience: Primary dental is absolutely amazing! I have been seeing Dr. Maria Rodriguez Leon for over a year now. She is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is professional and caring. She is always upfront about your options and the costs involved. She makes sure you are comfortable and eases the anxiety. The dental assistants have also been very kind and professional too. The reception staff always greet you with a smile and do an awesome job making appointments and taking payments etc. As someone who has high anxiety around dental work this dental practice and its workers have been a blessing.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency with my tooth with which I thought I would have to remove, however Dr. Eva managed to prolong the life of the tooth which I'm really happy with and got me in first thing Monday morning as it happened over the weekend!

Fantastic experience: I have visited this clinic once back in 2014 roughly. I've never been a fan of the dentist and untill restently dreaded the needles to numb everything. I preferred dental work with out pain relief. Needing to have my teeth looked at in 2023 that dreaded fear returned . I was made feel looked after, in good hands and calmed buy the dentist. I actualy was able to have local anesthesia. Go me ! Im still sure i left claw marks in the poor seat & The world did not end .Thank you so much. 100% recommend this dental surgery. Fantastic experience: There is an older Filipina dentist that worked on my teeth. Has been over a month and her work has help up and I am very happy. Her receptionist and dental nurses were all great and I am looking forward to making these people my regular dentist.

Negative experience: Experienced dentist might lack humbleness. The facility is good but pick your dentist wisely. Dentist started working on teeth without asking or knowing any background. Her intention was just to create a plan for next sessions. While cleaning teeth it does hurt and patient might be jumpy, which has to be acknowledged by dentist which was missing. Dentist was very rude, wont be going there again. Better dentists in Frankston who are not rude and for sure friendlier and gentler. Please do not book just because of BUPA affiliation and sort the review to “Newest”

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience going in for my check and cleans today. After years of being scared and having issues with dentists I was welcomed warmly and treated kindly. My teeth feel amazing after my clean and weirdly enough I’m excited to go back for my next appointment. If you’re thinking about going to a dentist that’s kind, does a great job and explains each step of the way then come here!

Pricing was very reasonable and they were accomodating when I had to reschedule. I only switched because it was a little far from work and most appointments are operating during the weekdays.

Fantastic experience: I lost a filling in my front tooth and I called my dentist in Mornington, only to find that they had closed down. I called several dentists in Mornington to get a Saturday appointment but none had a vacancy. I called "Primary Dental" in Frankston and Alison answered my call. After explaining to her what my problem was she was very sympathetic and said we can get you in early afternoon on Saturday. I was so relieved as I did not want to walk around with my tooth looking so bad. When I arrived Alison was so friendly and caring. She spoke to me about what they do there and also gave me some pricing on other dental treatments I want. She also said they had a special on for first time patients at the clinic and she would speak to the dentist about it. Dr Nishu went through all my dental requirements for me and filled my tooth. She also gave me the special which was a full mouth check up, a clean and polish and 2 Xrays . I am very grateful to her, her assistant and to Alison. I can honestly say that I am so glad I found them. I have made another appointment for 2 weeks. Phyllis
