Negative experience: The actual appointment was exceptional. Only disappointing thing was the cost of work was $3600. I inquired about payment plan as I had done previously for $7000 worth of work and paid in full no defaults with Denticare. To be informed that after filling out the basic information and paying $500 deposit that Humm denied payment plan. So Dental work will not be going ahead.

Fantastic experience: Went here for the first time after seeing great reviews on Dr Diego Wainstein with people who were anxious when visiting the dentist. I had to have my bottom wisdom tooth removed, he talked me through the process and was very warmhearted with my situation and has all the time in the world to listen to any concerns. I felt no pain at all and the procedure was so quick. Great experience and feeling pretty comfortable to visit again when the time comes.

Fantastic experience: The staff at MS Dental are very polite, courteous, and an absolute pleasure to be with. The process for a first time patient is very thorough and does not take long to complete. My first visit was for a front tooth that broke off last week, the tooth was damaged playing cricket 47 years ago and had been worked on by other dentists over the years. The highly professional team at MS Dental mentioned they would need to build a new tooth however it may not look as good as the original. After a brief discussion and a quote for the dental work the procedure started. The dentist was considerate of pain management and very gentle overall. The tooth was built in a relatively short time frame. Upon inspection I was very impressed with the outcome. The dentist had done marvellous work and the front tooth looked a lot better than the original! Missing a front tooth can make a person self conscious and I was relieved the dental work was so good. The staff at MS Dental are now my Number 1 team to go to for check ups or any dental work required. Thank you for the excellent dental work you completed for me.

Negative experience: Dr Anshika Nigam booked our appointment for 1.30 I said I could get there by 1.35 she said that’s fine. My client and I arrived at 1.34 we sat there until 1.55 until the receptionist said so because you were late we took the next person in and now you can’t be seen until 2.30. We drove from Muswellbrook and couldn’t stay and wait as I had other clients I needed to get to in the afternoon. Not only a waste of our time but also my clients funding.

And the filling today didn't hurt at all. I have been home for over an hour and no pain. She's quite a great dentist.

Negative experience: Took my 93 father to get a tooth pulled First time I’ve ever had to have a medical clearance from a doctor to get a tooth pulled No Hypertension no bleeding history What a waste can of time, cost $115 for an X-ray/consult still to go home in pain and told to come back with a medical certificate Week’s appointment . Dismal third world service seems to be about money nothing more!!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the service at MS Dental. Dr. Monica is a gentle and patient dentist. Following a rule of only going to the dentist when in pain I ended up with serious problems with my teeth. I have had 2 visits and I went to her on my second visit with no pain to do an extraction. The extraction was painless and I recommend anybody to seek help before they are in pain. I am looking forward to my next visit for more general care. Considering my usual dental visits have been 10years apart that says a lot about Dr. Monika and the staff at MSDental.
