Fantastic experience: Best orthodontics in town! They communicated really well and even showed me a clear visual of how my teeth will look once straightened. Overall, I definitely recommend this place. I’m getting my braces put on soon, and so far the plans and deals they offer are worth the money. I can’t say for sure about the long run yet, but I do believe they’ll deliver as promised. Super excited to start my braces journey and I’ll update again once I get my top braces put in!

Negative experience: After an injury resulting in losing a tooth, i decided to use Invisalign at NQ Ortho to fill in the gap of the lost tooth at a cost of approx $4000 for the lower row of teeth. Please refer pic attached of the end result. The teeth settled with a large gap where the missing tooth was. I contacted NQ ortho when the teeth started moving back after the invisible treatment was completed, but NQ Ortho wanted to charge me ongoing charges to keep the teeth from settling further. Unfortunately, I can NOT recommend using Invisalign or NQ Ortho. Another dental professional in Cairnsstatedd that they could not tell Invisline was ever used to straighten and move my lower row of teeth in its current positions. Please consider other options with long-term results before using Invisalign or NQ Ortho.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rhonda Coyne was very personable and has a multitude of experience as an orthodontist. I felt relaxed speaking with her about my concerns relating to my child. I definitely recommend Dr Coyne and her practice.

When we took him in 18 months ago, he would never smile showing his teeth - his teeth were crowded and one tooth was rubbing on the other teeth so badly it wore the tooth down. Fantastic experience: Rhonda and her wonderful team have been looking after my kids teeth for 7 years now, starting with my son when he was 6 (photos only). If it wasn't for Rhonda's care and advice my son would have had braces for years and years. Instead, he had early intervention of aligners which avoided invasive jaw surgery in his teenage years. Now at age 13 he has fantastic teeth! My daughter who has special needs has seen Rhonda for the second time in 2 years a couple of days ago, she is 7. The first time she saw her she was unable to go into the clinical room and Rhonda sat with her calmly and looked at her teeth in the waiting room. Rhonda got a couple of blurred photos of her teeth, that was all and we were so happy with our visit. Our last visit a couple of days ago the team made sure there was no music on in the practice, turned the TV off and our daughter was happy to be in the clinical room. We are so happy and thankful with the care, advice and guidance that Rhonda and her team have shown us over these past 7 years. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Her knowledge and expertise over the years has only increased and exceeded as she always seeks to keep up to date with the latest technology and techniques. As an adult patient, I loved that NQ Ortho provided modern options and technology like Dental Monitoring and aligner treatment - this meant I could straighten my teeth again, but this time discreetly with clear aligners and with minimal disruption to my busy schedule as Dr Rhonda could track my progress remotely with the use of dental monitoring! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
