Fantastic experience: I am very greatful to Dr. Krish and his team at Northwest Dental & Implant Centre. To my sedationist Dr. Nancy Chen. I have 7 teeth that need a fillings and cleaning. I have a phobia going to dentist, the sound and pain of teeth drilling put me off. They give me a choice of doing it under sedation. It was well explained by Dr. Nancy Dr. Kris spoke to me as well before I put under sedation on what option I will choose , if I need further treatment. It was a very good experience and very good result that I can still have my own teeth. To their dental assistant/ front staff thank's for follow up call. Will definitely recommend you guy's.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend them highly enough! Dr Krish and his team are absolutely fantastic. I’ve had clean ups, root canal and wisdom tooth removal and in all instances everything went perfectly well. Service is absolutely outstanding and they go great length to ensure you’re comfortable with procedures.

They also are completely transparent about costs, future plans and dental procedures which really calmed my nerves in the chair. They actually take the time to explain what they’re doing and give you time to relax if you are nervous. The tv is such a nice addition to the atmosphere there. Fantastic experience: Thank you Dr Krish and the team! I had a great experience in whitening my teeth, it's something I've always wanted to do but had been nervous given I have sensitive teeth. Dr Krish was knowledgeable with my options, and the work was done with extreme care and patience. I opted for the in-chair option with blocking gel, and the nurses checked on me regularly and were very attentive. The practice was clean and calm, I will definitely go back again. Thank you!

Positive experience: I recently visited this clinic for a 12:30 appointment, which was delayed to 1:30 without clear notice, and the door remained locked until 1:40, leaving me waiting outside on the street. Once inside, I felt unwelcome at the reception, as though I was expected to introduce myself without any greeting. During my consultation, the dentist sat behind me rather than facing me, which felt awkward. When I tried to move to speak to her properly, she asked if I was okay—an odd exchange. I believe the clinic’s customer service and communication could be improved to ensure patients feel more comfortable and informed.

Fantastic experience: I was so happy with the staff I am embarrassed about how I have neglected my teeth from having a fear of dentists and other things the staff were so understanding and kind to me I needed two teeth taken out normally I would not go ahead with the procedure and go through the pain and wait till they fell out or pay alot of money and get put to sleep to have them out. The procedure was almost painless, just a tiny bit from the needle, which really was nothing I could not express in words. How highly I recommend this clinic. I'm hoping to go back to talk to them about what can be done for me to smile again and not be so embarrassed. Do yourself a favour and your teeth no matter how scared of the dentist you are. Trust me, they are the best at what they do im 48y/o. I've seen a lot of dentists that do not come close to this clinic to the point im actually looking forward to going back. Thank you so much you made a very scary procedure painless and easy and I don't understand why I had the fear to begin with but I have had very painful experiences from other dental clinics in the past they don't have any compassion or care for there patients but Northwest Dental & Implant Clinc does.

Fantastic experience: After a really bad experience decades ago, with the help of my daughters and a visit to Dr Krish i was able to get the dental work i desperately needed. I was like a frightened child with so much anxiety. But Dr Krish was exceptional. I was given options and told about procedures and time to decide. Norwest Dental and Implant Centre is bright and airy, very clean with very experienced people. All the staff are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable. My family have been attending this clinic for quite a few years. I highly recommend Norwest Dental And Implant Centre at Schofield's.

Fantastic experience: My girls (7 yrs old and 10ths old) had a great teeth removal experience here. The girls were afraid of teeth removing during the process, but Dr. Krish and Melissa were really so patient with my kids through all the way with kindness. This is a great dental team and definitely recommend this amazing dental centre!

Fantastic experience: My little girl was quite anxious to visit a dentist after a previous visit at a different clinic didn’t go too well. After meeting the girls the first time my little one was completely unwilling to open her mouth We returned a week later and they had built enough trust with her to complete her filling she required. Honestly can’t thank them enough. They took their time and approached her in a very trusting friendly demeanour and adjusted the procedure to her needs. She was nervous to lie down so they did it with her sitting up. They explained all the tools they were using to help ease her concerns and worries. Will never go to another dentist again.

Negative experience: This clinic will offer service without you knowing that they will charge you after. They will just show you a oral hygiene 10 minute video and at the counter you will be surprised you got charged for $37. If they know you have a health insurance, they will make sure they will charge you as much as possible. Very untrustworthy Dental clinic, do not go to this clinic. Find another, there's a lot of honest clinic around. A negative star rating should be given to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: You can only imagine taking 6 children to a dental clinic…crazy, right? The staff at Norwest Dental Clinic made the whole experience a lot easier. They were patient, friendly and accommodated for the noise. They were able to successfully treat all the kidlets, as well as putting together a letter required to a government agency. Incredibly efficient and highly recommended.
