Fantastic experience: I had a great experience today with Daniel O’Conner, my first time with him at Lakeside. He was very thorough, explained everything he was doing and showed me what problems I had. Had one tooth restored and a clean. Didn’t feel a thing. One crown to go. I have never had a problem at Lakeside Dental Studio nor has my wife. A great practice all round!

Fantastic experience: I recently took all three of my children to this dental clinic for routine cleanings, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. In the past, dental visits have left my kids feeling anxious and reluctant to return—but this time was a complete turnaround. From the moment we arrived, Lily in reception was warm, professional, and incredibly child-focused, allowing me to concentrate on one child at a time. They explained each step of the process in a way that was clear and calming for my kids, helping them feel comfortable and in control. The care and patience shown by everyone was remarkable. A special shoutout to Cherady, who was truly exceptional. She not only handled the cleanings with gentle expertise along with her lovely assistant but also identified tongue ties in all three of my children—something that had never been noticed or mentioned by any previous dentist. She took the time to explain the potential impacts and clearly outlined the next steps, referring us to the right professionals without any pressure. This level of attention and care is rare, and I’m so grateful to have found this clinic. I honestly couldn’t fault the service and will absolutely be returning. If you’re looking for a dental team that goes above and beyond, especially for kids, look no further!

Fantastic experience: I never thought I could rate a dentist so positively...my husband and I took our 3 year old and baby in a pram. Nothing was a bother. Dr Josie was so fun with the toddler during his turn, and made sure he was entertained while the rest of us were treated. We have private health care and didn't end up with a bill which I've never experienced before. Happy to have made the switch from another dental practice.

Fantastic experience: If you have kids Dr Josephine Bourne is your dentist! We have just moved here and got all of us checked by Dr Bourne at lakeside dental. She was so incredible with our kids 5 and 7yrs old. They both came home thinking it was such an awesome place to go. She is very thorough and we all felt we were in incredible hands. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Lakeside Dental were quick to see me when I inquired about a booking for my toothache they asked if I could come in right away. Josie took time to find out my medical history and time to explain my options once she had identified the problem. She took time to make sure that I experienced minimal pain during my procedure and explained the next steps in fixing my teeth. They also have the best water view. I’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience I had at the Lakeside Dental Studio. I have had a fear of going to the Dentist for such a long time. There is a big difference between a dentist telling you that he or she understands how you are feeling and actually understanding. Actions really do speak louder than words. At this Dental studio they walk the talk . My Dentist Dr Danny and his Dental nurses Jen and Lilly did such a good job keeping me calm while they did a great job on my root canal. It was a long process but I came out smiling and that's a first. A big shout out to Brandon he really does take very good care of not only the patients but also the staff. I couldn't recommend the people and the business highly enough. Thanks guys p:) xx

Fantastic experience: For the first time ever I can say I had the pleasure of meeting a new dentist. Scott and Mia looked after me with the utmost care and professionalism. I have always had a serious phobia about the dentist but here they put me at ease, explained everything that was going to happen and even had the ability to calm me down when the anxiety set in. Brandon did a follow up call a few days later to check how everything was, I have never experienced this type of customer service from any dentist in any country I have lived in. Fantastic experience: It's been 10 years since I last went to the dentist because I used to faint when I was getting a needle in the gums and had to have sleep dentistry in the past. My first visit to Lakeside Dental at Swansea two weeks ago has changed all that. I had a broken molar and the dentist who looked after me was Neville Bo. He listened intently to my past experiences and suggested that he could fix the tooth with a crown without sleep therapy. I trusted him and he and all the staff were amazing and now my tooth is fixed WITHOUT PAIN! Neville was caring and explained everything as he did his work. I actually felt incredibly calm during the whole process. The level of care and service from every member of the staff is so high that you feel looked after as soon as you put your foot in the door and I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend Lakeside Dental Studio to anyone and especially to those who experience difficulties when going to the dentist.

Found the dentists kind by giving time to actual talk about my concerns by eye to eye contact, not trying to speak as a patient with your mouth open and instruments inside it, :-( that’s not thoughtful, nor respectful. Fantastic experience: I needed a new dentist and I am so happy to of found Scott the dentist at the Swansea practice. Scott's knowledge and mannerism when explaining options for the health of my teeth and gums was great. I've never had such updated advice on my teeth, they certainly practice all new and updated products with a lot of training and confidence. The practice does more than just cleaning teeth and their equipment was so updated, I've never had such a good experience. Scott is is great listener as well and doesn't push you into anything that you aren't comfortable with. The staff also have a very professional and have a kind manner and made my first experience definitely worth while. Highly recommend the practice and a special shout out to Scott!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to lakeside dental now for quite a number of years now. Sometimes I do not get the same surgeon which is honestly never an issue. They are professional,polite, transparent and understanding. Also the same can be said for the surgeon's assistants which who both work seamlessly every visit. Fantastic experience: Today was my second visit to Lakeside Dental and I have seen 2 different dentists who were both extremely pleasant and professional and explained everything as they carried out my treatment. They also provided very up to date valuable advice about how to care for my teeth. I would highly recommend them BTW beautiful location and rooms as well

Fantastic experience: I had been in pain for a week or so and the day before tried another surgery closer to my home, with no success, I was still in pain. I decided to give Lakeside Dental Studio a go the next day as my local was closed. Well, I walked in and the lovely friendly Dental Assistant Mia greeted me so kindly and immediately she put me at ease. The amazing dentist Adrian, was able to isolate my pain and immediately started my treatment there and then. I am now pain free and will definitely be returning for further treatment. Although I am nervous of going to the dentist, my experience at this practice was a very pleasing outcome!

Negative experience: Great friendly reception. Wasn't introduced to dentist or nurse so wasn't clear who I should be briefing. The nurse told me to stop talking cos I was repeating myself. After a friendly start, not sure I'll subject myself again to that rudeness.

Fantastic experience: Had a broken took and was able to get an appt the next day at Lakeside dental studio. The staff and the dentist, Kar Mun Phoon, and her nurse, Abby, were fabulous. Dr Phoon explained everything to me and told me the cost before she did anything. Have never had that before at other places. It was an amazing experience and the end result was 1st class. I’m very happy to go back there.

Fantastic experience: This practice has done all of my dental work for the past 12 years or more. I have always found their work to be of the highest standards. In the past several months or so under the Lakeside banner I have had some major work done and have found that the standards of their work has been excellent particularly during the difficulties with Covid. I can thoroughly recommend Lakeside Dental Studio for all dental work including their excellent preventative programs.
