She is such a sweet lady and the best part is the follow up from the clinic who called me twice to find out how am doing. The lady at the reception is very professional and kind too. Fantastic experience: I’ve never been a fan of visiting the dentist, but my experience with Dr. Vidya and Dr. Shreeja completely changed that. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. Both dentists were incredibly professional, gentle, and took the time to clearly explain every step, helping me feel confident and comfortable about getting my fillings done. The receptionist was also exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. Fantastic experience: Took my 3 children here and they were amazing, could not recommend them more highly. It was my youngest 2 first visit and it was such a positive experience for them that they are looking forward to their next visit. My eldest has unfortunately had to have a lot of work done previously due to lack of enamel and I like that she was actually shown where the problem areas are and shown how to properly take care of them to prevent having further issues.

The healing process has been amazing and her detailed explanation of what to expect and how to care for it was second to none. She was also upfront and honest with my options on how to proceed and the probable costs involved. I’ve found my new regular dentist.

Negative experience: Would not recommend. I had an appointment for my daughters. I arrived only to be told they had cancelled it due to me not replying yes to a msg. No where in the msg did it say it would be cancelled if no reply only call if you want to cancel. This was my second chance with this dentist, as the 1st time again I arrived for my daughter appointment only to be told I would have to wait unsure how long. No phone call to let me know in advance. My daughter is petrified of the dentist and with them knowing this it is hard to get her there so to be told twice I dont have an appointment is disgusting. It is amazing how they want you to communicate but they dont have to communicate with you. I will not be returning nor would I recommend.

Fantastic experience: Have only recently transferred our records to this clinic after being with our previous practice for 30 odd years. This was due to moving into Pakenham 2 years ago. Was very impressed from the outset with the professionalism of both the dentist and her staff. I booked in for an examination, clean & fluoride treatment and was very pleased with the thorough work done by Dr Prabhakaren. Explanations were given throughout and pricing was also provided before work was commenced. As my daughter had also recently transferred her records to the practice, she gave me a 10% discount on the 1st visit. I found Dr Prabhakaren to have a very pleasing and caring nature who put me at ease. I noted when googling dentists in our area that the previous owners of our house had also left a great review of this clinic and have been going there for a long time. I returned today for a couple of X-rays to check if there were any cavities for filing and was happy that there were none to be fixed. Follow up booked for 6 monthly review and I will be definitely comfortable with returning. The clinic is also very welcoming, clean and bright so I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Pakenham Creek Family Dentist is great. They are very close to where I live and, in the short time that I have been meeting with her, I have seen that Sheeja is very thorough and informative in her work. During our appointments, she has explained to me, as the patient, all the processes and reassured me of any concerns I may have had, including the breakdown of treatment costs. I have to say that it is wonderful to be this comfortable with a dentist so quickly. (I even fell asleep in the dental chair while having a small filling - without anaesthetic! I never do this.) I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a dentist who is caring and takes the time to get to know you and your oral health.
