Fantastic experience: I received a great service from Doctor Suzanne during my visit and her team were very friendly. They were professional and made me feel comfortable and at ease during my appointment. Would definitely recommend her.
Fantastic experience: Dr. Ash is the best dentist I have ever met. She is very patient and highly skilled. I almost lost a tooth previously due to gum disease but Dr. Ash helped me to save it. Highly recommended.
Fantastic experience: My son had to get two teeth removed recently due to having an abscess in each one. We were visiting from Esperance and got the first removed with Dr Ash. She was so considerate with him - she had techniques and strategies for making him feel as comfortable with the process as he could. Would highly recommend her. When he complained of a tooth ache two weeks later I didn't want to spend another night of him wailing in pain so I just booked the first dental practice that had an availability the following morning assuming we would get a similar service. I was mistaken. My son tried to run out on that dentist twice - I think everyone in the waiting room might still remember his voice ..so I've learnt my lesson - stick to a good dentist when you find one even if you have to wait for an appointment!

Negative experience: I had an extremely rough time with the Laotian women dentist,, I think her name was Dr Sue. She was very aggressive withh her language and treatment of my health. I wouldn't recommended this one.

Negative experience: Took time off work for my appointment only to get there and hear the dr is delayed. It would be nice to be called/messaged ahead of time to let your clients know. Especially if it's a new client. Not reliable and I didn't wait.

The numbing cream made it pain free and breaks made me feel so at ease. I would highly recommend Dr Ash to anybody and will now be doing 6 monthly checks and bringing along my daughters.

Fantastic experience: I am a 70yr old male and was suffering severe toothache. I am very apprehensive of dentists. When I visited Piara Waters Dentist I was greeted by Dr Ash. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease. As I wasn't sure which tooth was causing the pain Dr Ash carried out tests to identify which tooth was the problem. She told me that we needed to be 100% sure as the Tooth needed to be extracted. The problem tooth had previously undergone a root canal and had a heavy filling. Dr Ash numbed the gum with cream before administering the anaesthetic. Dr Ash turned on the ceiling TV. I can honestly say that the extraction was pain free. Dr Ash was very gentle and kept confirming that I was ok. We actually had a laugh during the process as I asked if I could take the tooth home to put under my pillow for the tooth fairy. I reckoned it was worth $50 but unfortunately the tooth fairy didn't. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Ash and Piara Waters Dentist to anybody, especially anyone who is a bit apprehensive of Dentists. Dr Ash was professional and caring and is one of the best dentists I have been to.

Ash and her assistant were excellent. I had the 1st ever mostly pain free scale and clean.1st time any dentist has used a numbing cream. Went back for 2 fillings this week. Highly recommended them. Very gentle and reassuring. If I knew i could visit the denist pain free I would have booked sooner.

Fantastic experience: I came to Piara Waters Dental today because I had a very painful toothache a couple days ago. I got here right away, and they were very nice to me, and then they brought me in. Dr. Ash Mendis, she helped me a lot and kept talking to me through the whole tooth extraction and said that I would do fine and got me distracted from what as actually happening in my mouth. It was very quick, and I got my tooth right out, without doing any surgery and it felt much better after that. I would highly recommend Piara Waters Dental to everyone. Bhagya

Negative experience: Be aware of their hidden charges. I went there for a dental cleanup, which is actually fully covered by a private health fund. In the past, I have done the dental cleanup at other clinics and they never changed me out of pocket for cleanup. Here at Piara waters dental Clinic, they charged me $228.00 for the clean-up and didn't tell me upfront how much this visit is going to cost me. I am very disappointed with this clinic and I will never use your services.

We understand that you have had check-up and cleans done at other dental clinics, who are most likely preferred providers with your private health insurance, without any out-of-pocket charges. Piara Waters Dental is not a preferred provider with your private health insurance, and we did not indicate otherwise to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We appreciate your feedback and concerns. We have already attempted to contact you to rectify this situation and address any questions or issues you may have. We would also like to clarify that your out-of-pocket expense was only $130.80. And we also remember you praising us that day saying we were so much better and gentler compared to other dentists who have treated you in the past, and that you would like to bring your wife in too! It is such a shame that this misunderstanding and minor expense has come in between what could have been a wonderful professional relationship!!

Fantastic experience: Had to pull out a wisdom tooth urgently. Appointment was booked very easily and didn't have to wait at all. Dr. Ram was very professional and patient. Got the tooth out and I didn't feel any discomfort. Amazing job!

Fantastic experience: Dr Ram and Abhi are amazing! I have had an excellent experience during my first dental appointment with them. Dr Ram has performed a very thorough and informative examination and has put all my concerns at ease. He has also gone the extra mile by providing his contact number for any concerns I have after hours, how good is that?! Being a relatively new dental clinic, it has a welcoming feel with new furnishing and dental equipment used. Will definitely make regular appointments in the future for any of my dental concerns.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ram is very thorough and explains well with regards to oral health. Compared to previous dental visits, I was amazed how the process was gently done. Fantastic experience: They are really friendly. My 4 years child had dental treatment here last week. We were really happy with their friendly and accurate service. In particular, I would like to thank the Dr. Ram and nurses who made it possible for my child to receive dental treatment in a pleasant atmosphere without fear during treatment. My child even got gum anesthesia and got treatment, but he says he wants to go to the dentist for another treatment. I am very grateful and satisfied with their kindness and service.

I had recurring infections on my extracted wisdom teeth area and couldn’t find the cause with others. But this dentist is able to find the cause and help me properly manage it.
