Fantastic experience: I went to Corio Central Dental today for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how lovely everyone was. The whole team was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I saw Dr. Lisa and her dental nurse Emily—both were incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. They made me feel completely at ease and genuinely cared about my comfort. Such a positive experience—I’m really glad I chose this clinic!

Negative experience: The dentist that got my teeth ready for my plate were great,Rob the denture guy ripped me off $450 dollars,I went back to him after about a month as the plate that he just put in were clearly not the same length as my real teeth he told me to come back in 3 months as all the swelling would have gone down and then he would be able to fix them.he took about 5 different impressions of my teeth,before the plate and after the plate,I missed the first appointment, but gave him notice,so the next appointment he said it would cost another 450 dollars and wouldn't fix them unless I paid,he made them too short, but I had to pay,he told me that I wasted 4 hours of his day on the one I missed, I had to go to work and I gave him notice .it was included In the price to begin with, he was unable to produce any documents stating I had to pay more,I'd like a refund ,thank.he made them wrong but made me pay for it,that's not fare,I don't have a lot of money.i saved for my teeth to get done and paid in full for the whole lot and then got told to pay more because he cracked them as I missed a appointment Elizabeta laurie

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience, I'm terrified of dentists. From the moment l entered the building l was supported and felt safe. The office smelt like a home not a dentist, staff are non judgemental, support and showed genuine care allowing me to go as slow as l needed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone that has had past dental trauma. Was also affordable for single income person with no government funding. Sent home with great care information and script.

Fantastic experience: Went in due to a bad toothache caused by either hot or cold food and or drinks, turns out I had to have a tooth pulled. The dentist performing the procedure was so reassuring during the whole process, and the most gentle dentist I’ve come across. She removed the tooth in one piece, (all other places I’ve ever gone to have been so rough they broke the tooth trying to pull it out into many pieces), and gave me a print out of clear aftercare instructions. They even called me the next day to ask how I was doing, which I’ve never had from any dentist before. I highly recommend Corio Central Dental for their professionalism and genuine customer care.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extracted at another dental practice and it was a horrible experience. With much pain and discomfort I decided to go to Corio Central Dental as I felt something wasn’t right and I had lost all confidence in the other dentist. Apart from me kicking myself for not attending here in the first place. Galina from the start was extremely caring and she listened to every word. Galina organised with the beautiful Lisa for me to come in earlier to be seen. Lisa took a photo and saw that the tooth that was extracted had had some left behind. Hence why still feeling pain and discomfort. The compassion from everyone single person I saw at this practice was above and beyond. Explanations were given in clear and specific detail. I am blown away by the beautiful and professional people at Corio Central Dental and I urge you all, if you a looking for a dentist that know what they’re doing, come here. Fantastic experience: Absolutely BY FAR the best dentist I have ever been too. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and have had some pretty painful visits in the past and this dentist just went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and felt safe in her chair! Both the dentist and dental nurse were lovely and very funny, as a young adult going alone for the first time (haven’t been to a dentist in years) they really made it an easy and comfortable experience. Fantastic experience: Always so friendly and supportive as well as having a beautiful garden to look at to help ease nerves about being fearful of visiting the dentist. They also offer support dogs, crystals to hold and favourite music to listen to while undergoing procedures to also help calm nerves.

Thanks to Raffi the Wonder Dog and his lovely owner for the opportunity for extra cuddles and support! This is the only dentist I recommend to family and friends, and is without doubt the best when it comes to making adjustments for different needs.

Fantastic experience: BEST DENTISTS EVER!!! my partner had a lot of work done and rather than avoiding the visits he actually looked forward to going!!! Tingy Li (best dentist name ever) was awesome and so gentle and friendly on every visit, and Liz was extremely patient, making sure there was no pain at all when extracting the teeth that couldn't be saved! I've been myself now as well and can see why other half is so happy to go! You also get to pick the music you want to listen to which is just one of the ways they turn visiting the dentists into an enjoyable experience! Thank you to all the great staff there as well. Fantastic experience: Came in for a dental emergency and have pretty severe anxiety. Not only did they let me bring my dog, and tolerate him being a bit of trouble besides, but the staff were warm, welcoming and kind. The procedure was painless and check ins were made to check I was doing okay. Don't get me wrong, dental emergencies are never going to be fun, but I felt informed, safe and about as calm as I could be throughout. Thanks so much to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Hi l am maddies mum my other daughter lily who is in a wheelchair has epilepsy non verbal had her teeth cleaned at the clinic this week They were fantastic with her talked to her gave her breaks gently sunctioned when needed as she is tube fed no swallow reflux. That put music on for lily and consulted with me the whole way through the procedure Would highly recommend I also so had 6teeth removed by liz. I hate the dentist she was great so reassuring gave me time and breaks talked me through the process relaxing music. Stress ball rang the next day to make sure all was good Wow would go back she was so reassuring and a great atmosphere thanks liz Would highly recommend

Negative experience: So unprofessional. Not only was the dentist telling me that to get anywhere you have to sleep your way to the top but he also had no idea about that he was talking about professionally. You could see the dental nurse cringing and let me just say I feel for her. The receptionist was lovely but had no idea what she was doing either and ended having to do the claim when I got home.. Just very unpleasant experience.

The receptionist even took into account I was in a lot of pain and took the liberty of moving me to an earlier appointment. Fantastic experience: Mid week I called up and spoke to Lidia as I was suffering from horrible pain due to my wisdom teeth coming through. Lidia was able to organise for me to get an X-ray done and booked me in to get my wisdom teeth taken out 2 days later! The customer service was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I was a little bit nervous to get my wisdom teeth out but the moment I was greeted by Dr Ladyjenski and she explained everything I felt super comfortable! It was a super easy process and I have never felt so comfortable at the dentist! I could not recommend the team at corio central dental any higher. Such excellent service, lovely staff members and a wonderful experience for a procedure that doesn’t seem to exciting. Thanks so much once again to the team at Corio Central Dental!!!

Fantastic experience: Honestly - I have always hated going to the dentist. But after an emergency forced me to try this dental clinic (normally I'd go to one a family member works at) I've switched here permanently. The BEST experience I've had at a dentist. I've not felt pain at all here, the work seems miles ahead of my previous dentists and the team are all super lovely people. I couldn't recommend a better dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: The team here is so lovely. I was so worried that getting a filling would be super painful. Ting and the team were so nice and made everything super easy and comfortable! They really look after you here. I even got some russian kale from the garden on my way out and made a lovely salad with it when I got home for lunch!

My dentist's technique was very gentle, so no sensitivity issues with cleaning, and they really do everything possible to accommodate people. Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE Corio Central Dental and would 100% recommend them to everyone. I had traumatic experiences with the dentist during my childhood which lead to dentist avoidance in my adult life due to extreme anxiety. The team at Corio Central Dental were extremely accomodating of this anxiety and went above and beyond to make my experience as comfortable as possible, even if that meant going slow and talking me through the process step by step. They offer a range of things to help you feel relaxed, including crystals, diffusing essential oils, playing your favourite music, stress balls and a therapy dog. Dr Tingy Li is incredibly gentle and patient and has changed the way I feel about Dental visits and treatment. I look forward to going back for my Dental check ups every 6 months and will also be taking my son to see her. Thank you to everyone at Corio Central Dental for putting in 110% always!!!

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr Elizabeth at Corio Central Dental almost 3 years ago when they just opened. I have had regular check ups, cleaning, fillings and other procedures there. Dr Elizabeth has always been very professional and thorough, explaining all steps very clearly and offering options when practical. She is gentle, careful and precise, I haven't felt uncomfortable in the chair or fearful. I can always trust her opinion knowing that only the very necessary procedures will be done. The clinic and surgery rooms are spotless clean, staff are very friendly, receptionist Galya always very helpful. Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend this practice highly enough. Not only are the staff all friendly, engaging, and genuinely caring, the practice is clean and calming. The therapy dog service is such a great option for people who need it, and the front garden filled with edibles was such a pleasant sight! I went home with beautifully cared for teeth, and some cucumber and zucchini! I’ll look forward to my twice-yearly checks, and tell anyone looking for a dental practice to go here.

Fantastic experience: I've had 3 sessions here in the past 2 months to fix up old, cracked fillings. They honestly are the most nurturing dentists I've ever visited and go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and at ease during each procedure. You can tell they genuinely care and love their jobs, which makes a huge difference. I used to have some mild anxiety about going to the dentist, but I'm actually 100% comfortable with it now, because of the way these ladies looked after me.

Fantastic experience: I have had my second appointment with Dr Ting and she is great, she made me comfortable right from the get go, during my appointment today (2 extractions) she was making sure that I was comfortable, having breaks when needed. As with many people I have never liked nor gone to the dentist as often as I should- but I’ve never come across a dentist like Dr Ting before!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here since late 2018 and now I won't go anywhere else. Everyone is lovely and Dr Ting is the best dentist I have seen. She takes the time to get to know you and always tells you everything you need to know about your dental care and she is honest about her assessment and what she thinks will help your teeth and gums. I feel like she really cares about her patients. I always leave with all my questions answered and I never feel like my appointment is rushed. The practice is also a lovely calming environment. I felt welcomed and was treated very kindly throughout my 10+ visits and had dealings with all dentists on hand. I honestly couldn’t fault anything, not to mention the awesome decor! When you go inside, it’s a hidden gem with young fresh faces. My treatment was for a partial plate and at first I was struggling to get used to the look of it. It was then shaped like my old teeth perfectly with great skill and I couldn’t be happier! Fantastic experience: I had two of my wisdom teeth removed here. The receptionist, dentist and dental assistant were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They gave me clear advice and took care of me well during and after the procedure with a packet of gauze pads and a painkiller script. I was impressed upon the receptionist's courtesy call the day after my procedure to ask how I was feeling and gave me assurance that I should be okay and that I can call them anytime if I were to be worried about anything. I had local anaesthetic in my lower jaw and felt no pain or complications with the surgical site. I seldom needed the pain killer the day after the procedure, only taking it after eating (yes, I ate solid food straight away as per approved by the Corio Central Dental Dentist, and advised me to just make sure to rinse with saline water after meal). I had my teeth removed on September 2nd and three weeks later, my gums are completely healed. I highly recommend this dental clinic, they are friendly, professional and hygienic.
