MS Dental Fletcher

Fantastic experience: Hello, I attended this clinic with my two young kids and a baby. The two kids (under 5) had their proper first checkup as we've had failed previous attempts elsewhere. We saw the Oral Health Therapist, Nat. She was outstanding with the boys. They were both nervous and yet she calmed them and always asked them for permission before using each of her tools. She also introduced the moving chair (showing how it moves) and then each of her tools on their hands so they knew what they would feel like! I honestly can't rate her highly enough. Nat was a calming, friendly, great with children Dentist that I recommend to all with little children. She also works at the Cardiff clinic too if that is closer to your residence. Choose Nat. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: My 3 years old boy had an amazing experience today at MS Dental. The dentist is very friendly and made my boy feel at ease. The dentist showed him the equipment and let him play with the buttons. He normally is anxious with dentist but this time he had fun and got his teeth cleaned Love it !

Fantastic experience: We have just had a great experience with my 18mo. We went to see the team for a potential lip tie and with a thorough check and amazing advice we had the lip, cheeks and tongue ties cut.we were not pressured and advised we could have time to think if we needed. We got it done and had Checks ups with further assistance with referral to ENT. Their knowledge is great and assistance was very helpful. Lovely team at MS dental and we’d definitely reccomend

Fantastic experience: Ok so this is both a review and an apology. I had a denture fitting appointment yesterday, id shot a nail through my finger earlier that day and was in a lot of pain and very irritable. I was a very difficult and I’ll admit rude patient yesterday and to the dentists credit he remained patient, calm and polite, none of the mannerisms I displayed. Thank you for putting up with a rude difficult patient. Very professional staff highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The environment is clean and comfortable. Staff members, from reception to nurse and doctor, are very friendly. Most importantly, Dr Nick Kapoor has great skills and experience. He clearly explained the treatment plan and cost in details. My 1st visit had two bad teeth removed smoothly. Also a single wash already make my teeth white and shine. Highly recommended.

After being medically gaslit for 15 months since my son was born, I was finally able to get his lip tie diagnosed and released. I seriously can’t recommend this place enough! The kindness they showed towards my son and I and hearing what I had to say just made me feel so seen and validated in everything we have been through. Will be coming here straight a way with my next future baby if it looks like they have restrictions. Thank you SO much Dr Monica and team ❤️

Fantastic experience: We attended MS Dental for our 4 month old daughter to have her tongue tie revised. All the staff were so so caring and understanding and as soon as the procedure was done they basically ran my daughter straight back to me and straight into my arms. They watched us feed her and ensured she was ok during every step of the process. I couldn’t recommend MS Dental any higher if I tried. They were great and so informative of the whole procedure. An amazing dentist with amazing staff. Thankyou for looking after our girl.

Negative experience: Ridiculously over priced. The staff were lovely enough but the quote I got for one tooth was just straight up a pat down for cash. I won't be back to that establishment ever. Shop around as these guy charge like wounded bulls.

Fantastic experience: All of the staff including Dr Moore were very helpful and sympatheticc during my wisdom teeth extraction. They did their absolute best to ensure my procedure was as pain free as possible, constantly checking in with me to check I was comfortable. Absolutely trust them for all dental needs.

Thank goodness the dentist was thoughtful of this a thoroughly explained what needed to be done and took the time to alleviate our fears and gained my mothers trust. No mean feat in my eyes. Negative experience: I booked for an appointment for today at the Fletcher surgery. I was given a consult by the dentist there (young male) and was then told that I'd need to drive to the Cardiff Surgery to get my prescription. After waiting 40 minutes as the dentist at Fletcher told me nothing of having to wait for this I expressed my frustration to the staff at Cardiff (for a script) to where I was then started to be asked the sake questions and examined. This is poor service. I feel sorry for the ladies at Cardiff Surgery. Why is there not a fully qualified person with the new dentist at Fletcher? Makes me really wonder if I want to go back there for any further treatment in the future. If you can't provide a full service at each of your locations you shouldn't be taking bookings there!
