He felt very comfortable with her and she was able to successful place a stainless steel crown in his tiny mouth to fit on his tiny molar. Highly recommend Sapphire Dentistry because of Dr Chloe and the super friendly dental nurses and front desk receptionists.

Fantastic experience: I went to miss scarlett with a horrible dental problem that 3 separate dentists had tried to fix but she thought outside the box and came up with a solution that has taken away the pain but also shame of having terrible teeth. She worked on my tooth and also other teeth and deadened my gum so I didn't feel anything. I could layback and watch friends. She was caring and beyong professional who would see I was scared and shy showing my tooth cavity. Thank you and I'm actually very looking forward to my next appointment..instead of sleepless nights.

Fantastic experience: I can't praise Dr Caterina enough for her thoroughness and expertise in looking after my teeth for the past 10 years. This is a top and VERY economical dentist practice where staff are friendly and kind and there are constant live videos of beautiful wild animals in their natural environment on a ceiling screen, to view when being treated in the the dentist chair.

Fantastic experience: I was unbelievably touched by the sensitivity and empathy that I received after my recent visit to Sapphire Dentistry. I was experiencing severe dental pain and was somewhat embarrassed to tell them that I am in financial distress . Doctor Chloe referred me to another clinic that would recognise my health concession card and the wonderful reception staff provided me with the phone number and address . I was in fact treated at Sapphire due to the backlog at the other dental clinic. I am appreciative of the team dedication that I received from Sapphire Dentistry and highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction performed by Dr. Bhagya at the Sapphire Dentistry and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the initial consultation to the procedure itself, Dr. Bhagya was professional, skilled, and attentive. The extraction was smooth, and the post-procedure care instructions were clear and helpful. The office staff were friendly and efficient especially Vicky ..making the overall experience as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Bhagya for any dental procedures—exceptional care and expertise.

Fantastic experience: Finding a good dentist is like finding ur soulmate, u gotta be lucky fr. After seeing like 7 (idk maybe more?) different dentists over the past 16 years, I think I've finally found Miss Right: Dr. Scarlet at Sapphire Dentistry in Doncaster East.I've been there a few times already, had work done on 5 teeth (fillings, cleaning, even a root canal ). So this isn't just a first impression kinda thing.Dr. Scarlet's not just skilled and pro, but thoughtful and caring too. She talks in this soft, soothing tone - kinda like whispering to a cat. Idk what u think, but it works for me as a total wimp with needles. She knows her stuff in every procedure, and I feel like I can trust her with my teeth and all that. Vicky at reception makes it even better. Always got a warm smile for everyone, super friendly. She hits u up with follow-up calls from time to time, catching up and helping with scheduling. Real MVP! As for price I'd say pretty fair, I haven't had to break the bank for it. I feel pretty lucky to have em in my hood.

Without any embarrassment Dr Bagg's put a plan in place with great care and discussion on best practice for me. Now under an easy maintenance plan i could not be more happy. Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sapphire dentistry for my dental needs, and I must say that it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted warmly by the friendly and professional staff. The receptionists were efficient and took care of all the necessary paperwork promptly. Dr. Bhagya the dentist who attended to me, was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. It was evident that they genuinely cared about my oral health and took the time to answer all my questions. Furthermore, the clinic followed up with me after the procedure to ensure I was recovering well and provided valuable post-treatment instructions. I am grateful to the entire staff at Sapphire dentistry for their exceptional service, and I look forward to returning for my future dental needs.

Negative experience: Very pushy and money-grubbing. Bounced me around various proceedures I didn't need for a simple checkup (X-ray, etc) and told me I would need an expensive proceedures. As the cherry on top they urged me to use their own in-house dental surgeon. I left, got an appointment with my usual dentist with 30 years experience and he said everything was fine. Do not go here.

Fantastic experience: Dr Han is one of the best dentist I've had ever gone to see. Very kind and gentle. I had 4 filings done, by the end, I was falling asleep. I was so comfy and no pain. Very much recommend.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely recommend Sapphire Dentistry. As a person who has phobia going to the dentist and this time being that my molar tooth was giving me severe pain and headache and upon consultation, I had to remove it. Dr Joshua Soh and his assistance (Talia if I remember correctly) carefully explained the procedures and took good care of me along the way. I still felt very very nervous but that’s on me as someone who has never gotten any extraction for over 30 years. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Joshua, Talia, front desk staff whom did follow up the next day to check on me over the phone, to a point that I might consider switching my private health to a provider that they are affiliated with. Highly recommended! Already booked my 3rd appointment thus far. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: They were particularly attentive and thoughtful when treating my elderly and frail father. All options were clearly explained with time to discuss. Afterwards, they went the extra mile looking after him before patient transport turned up. Their friendly manner from all staff from the start made me instantly feel comfortable there.

Fantastic experience: -Convenient private carpark behind the clinic -Dr Han and dental nurse Renata were very friendly and easy going -Dr Han explained how I can better take care of my teeth -Modern clinic with lots of equipment -Appointment didn't feel rushed like at previous places I have been where cleans are done in 10 mins and you still get charged the full amount -They were on time!!! Fantastic experience: I'm a no frills kind of person- someone who has only ever attended 'corporate' health fund dental health centres before. Having attended Sapphire Dentistry to see Dr Han as a new patient yesterday, I now understand what it's like to see a dentist who genuinely cares about your health, and the health of your teeth. Dr Han immediately made me feel at ease, and took the time to patiently explain key dental concepts and answering questions in a way even I could understand, and was encouraging, rather disapproving. You could see her care and attention to detail, and the modern practice was a bonus (they even had netflix!). Having experienced Sapphire dentistry and the friendly staff there, I will never go back to being 'just a number' at a corporate place again.

When I under went a procedure, she did it throughly and answered any questions that I had.

The whole process from preparation of my existing tooth to the making and fitting of the crown only took about two and a half hours thanks to the new digital technology available at the surgery. Fantastic experience: Dr Paul and the team at Sapphire Dentistry were absolutely fantastic throughout my Invisalign treatment. Going to the dentist was always daunting until I started seeing Dr Paul, he made me feel at ease about the whole process and took the time to explain everything. You can tell he really loves his job and takes pride in his work. Couldn’t recommend him and his team enough!!
